Great experience! Brian was very helpful and super knowledgeable. No hard sells. It felt like he really cared about what our needs were and provided a lot of helpful information and guidance. He also did a great job of helping us along with another couple at the same time. We felt like we had good information and space to discuss to ourselves. The whole process was very enjoyable and took only about an hour from arrival to completing our purchase. Looking forward to our new mattress and adjustable base! Also really happy to have the location be so close to home and parking. It made it very convenient to stop by after work. I’m glad this location is here!

Mattress Firm was listed as one of the top 3 mattress stores in Minneapolis. Tyler K. was on the floor the day I decided to shop for a bed and showed me "everything" that could possibly work for me! He even got a couple of mattresses out "twice" for me, so that I could make sure of my choice! He helped me select a platform and put a very good deal together for me. He was kind, more than helpful and very knowledgeable about all of the products that Mattress Firm carries and they are many! Tyler stayed long past the store closing hour to help me that Sunday! I don't often buy a bed but I would recommend this store on West Lake St. in Minneapolis to everyone that needs a bed package put together!

Called this location to ask about selection and availability; Cody assured us he could help us out. Cody read us immediately. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We had ordered the wrong mattress and box spring and they had delivered it. I thought I had ordered a full mattress and it was a queen. When I looked at our confirmation order it said queen. I made the mistake, so I called them up and they will do exchange. They were very nice and they are taking care of it. It was my mistake and still they were very polite about. Put the customer first. Beautyrest I wanted the beauty rest and the guys on lake Street were very helpful on Black Friday. I stopped back a week later doing a price match check although I still had the lowest price and they were still just as nice helping me. If you pick up at the warehouse in Eagan they will give you a box of twine it'd be so much faster if someone who work there or just help you but you have to tie it down yourself.

I stopped into the Lyn-Lake street, MN. Mattress Firm to pick up a mattress topper for my son who just moved into college. As I pulled in the salesman was cleaning the front of the building. He greeted me as I stepped out of the vehicle, his name was Anthony Petersen. As I walked into the store I noticed it was clean as well, which was nice to see someone taking pride in his work. He asked my budget and was respectful of it as he told me what was available for toppers. His easy going attitude made it an easy sale! Tony the Mattress Guy was great! We have a platform base and we’re worried about Tempurpedic warranty without a box spring and he was able to set us up with a 2.5” box spring that still allows for manufacturers warranty! He helped me navigate all of the accessories as well. Great experience!

I went in last week with my girlfriend and we were lucky enough to have the showroom to ourselves. Our sales associate, Tony was an excellent help as well. He was patient in answering all of our questions and it was obvious he was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling. My gf and I went into Mattress Firm unsure of the process of buying a mattress and Anthony broke it down for us. We figured out our comfort level, budget, and style based on needs within ten minutes or so. Anthony gave us more than enough options, a few within our budget and a few outside. He also checked online for deals and made sure I could get the best price on whatever I was considering. Anthony wasn’t overselling or overbearing. He was relaxed, let me and my gf explore the store and was helpful. He knew his mattresses, and used the info we gave him to find us some great options. We were in and out in under 30 minutes and found a mattress well under my budget. Great deal right now with Kings going for queen prices and queens going for twins. Definitely worth checking out. My wife and I walked into Mattress Firm in Uptown today. They had a lot options. Tony Nystruen, the Mattress Firm representative there, listened to what we wanted in our sleep, and he showed us perfect options. He was extremely honest. He didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need. He told us what items were available, and their benefits, but he didn’t pressure us. No slimy sales tactics. Just great service. Yes, my wife and I bought a mattress because he gave as such a great deal that we couldn’t find anywhere else, even after searching on the internet. The mattress has yet to arrive, but regardless of the the manufacturer’s quality or whatever happens, Tony has my back and will continue to ensure that we get the sleep experience we want. Tony is the representative you want when making such a big purchase.

From the minute I walked in I found Dave from Australia to be an exception to the rule. I walked out with a new mattress and pillow and excellent sheets. NO pressure and honest. Delivery was on time and the guys were a delight. They set my purchase up including my adjustable base and took my old stuff with them. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable and there is a wide variety of mattresses from which to choose. Be careful of the policy regarding an exchange. They “ask” that you give it 21 days before you exchange. The 21 days is actually a requirement. I spent a lot of money on first mattress and it was clear very quickly that my body and conforming memory foam do not get along. I have given them a second, significant, amount of money for a different mattress and yet I have to wait for them to deliver it until 21 days have passed. I now get to spend a week sleeping on my couch or air mattress while I wait for the 21 days to finish.

It has taken me too long to write this review! But if I had to sum up my experience in three words, it would be "Welcome to Minneapolis." I moved to Minnesota with a new box spring, only to find out once arriving in my apartment that it was too big for my bed frame. Dave gave me a great deal on a box spring, threw in a few pillows, and took great care of me and my mom. I really appreciate that he talked to ME, and not my mother.
