Great experience at Mattress Firm in Maple Grove. Top notch service from Bryan and team. Super knowledgeable and we left with a great purchase. Mattress was delivered the next day (on a Sunday even) which was perfect. Ricardo and his brother delivered with white glove service. Looking forward to our first night sleep on our new Purple mattress. Even though we could have bought Purple online I would highly recommend going into Mattress firm and buying it from them. They are their biggest retailer. We thought we wanted a different model but thankfully we were able to try them out in the store and went with a different model. Now we’re confident we made the right choice.

They presented all different styles of mattress, the technology involved in each style and pointed out key sleep ergonomics that we’ve been missing out on. For no reason at all, I was skeptical of checking out MatressFirm because I thought there may be annoying, high pressure sales involved. I am happily eating crow. There was zero pressure and absolutely no fake salesperson feel. Just a good, down-to-earth team that gave us all the information and space needed to make our own decision. They went out of their way to get us a top-of-the-line king sized mattress that we love, plus an adjustable base and worked to get us a price within our budget which really wasn’t expected. I’m very glad we went into the store anyway. Truly excellent experience/service. When our new bed was delivered, the crew was kind, quick and professional. Everything arrived and was installed to our liking. We’re keeping our old mattress and box spring for a future guest bed. The delivery team offered to move both down to our storage area, which was very appreciated and very helpful. My only critique was that the delivery was made outside our scheduled delivery window and we were not notified of the delay. A quick call to the store and the in store staff provided me with an updated time. The new time happened to be fine in the end, but we carved out time in our work day to make sure we were home and ready within the scheduled time frame. We would have appreciated a text or call. Minuscule, as again the delivery team was excellent overall. 5 stars.

Brian was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, however we were a bit frustrated by the financing process. Despite a 720 credit score we were denied by synchrony for a loan. I wish there were some clearer guidelines on the credit requirements, because now we have credit inquiries taking down our credit ever so slightly but without a financing option. We will be figuring financing out on our own and returning soon due to the quality of service in the sales staff. They were able to give us their sale price with a small deposit, so 5 stars for the helpful and resourceful nature of the staff.

From there he laid out pricing details and the difference between the two beds we were torn between. Even though the Tempur-pedic was more expensive than the model we decided to choose he didn't try to over sell or sway us from our decision. My current mattress is 6 years old. It was getting to the point where my fiancé and I were waking up throughout the night tossing and turning and in a lot of pain. We were putting off getting a mattress as long as we could but the last several nights proved we couldn’t put it off any longer. I went online to apply for financing because this was kind of last minute for us. I was stressed out that we weren’t going to be able to afford a new mattress on top of other expenses. To my surprise, I was approved for over $2k for a new mattress. We went to the store in Maple Grove and Ryan greeted us right away. I showed him my approval letter and he knew exactly what it was and broke down how they apply it to the store. We told him what we were looking for, and right away he brought us to the mattresses we were actually looking for, not a mattress that cost thousands of dollars. We told him the price point we wanted to stay in and he was very respectful of that. Not only was Ryan respectful, he made our experience very personable. He felt like a friend that we’ve known for awhile and made the whole experience very comfortable and relaxing. He was able to keep our new king size mattress that we picked out in our price range and we were able to get it delivered within 2 days. I absolutely will go back if and when we need a new mattress or any needs with our bed. I highly recommend this location. You won’t regret it!

After not having such a great mattress buying experience at a big box furniture store, we decided the same day to look at what Mattress Firm had to offer after seeing they had availability for the mattress we wanted. This was the first time we shopped there, and I wish we would have known sooner what a wonderful store this was because it would have saved us a lot of time and frustration. From start to finish, Craig, Bryan and Ryan were fantastic! Mattress buying can be as frustrating as car shopping, but these guys actually made it a pleasure. Craig runs a great shop, and his customer focused leadership shows in how professional and friendly everyone there is at the Maple Grove store. We already knew what we wanted, and Craig respected that by not wasting our time showing us something else or telling us what we thought we wanted (like the big box store...). We had such a good time laughing and joking it hardly felt like the chore it was supposed to be. The best part was the mattress was not only in stock, but was delivered in two days! We're just waiting now on the cooling mattress cover, which should hopefully be coming in soon. I called the location on September 15, 2021 to purchase two new mattresses to replace the worn out ones. Brian did a wonderful job taking time to help me figure out that my previous purchase was in 2018, and confirmed the style and size as I couldn't remember. Brian also took care of placing the order and delivery for the two new mattresses that I need and removal of old mattresses. My kids are full of excitement! Justin was amazing!!! Very knowledgeable and he knows his products. I had the afternoon planned to go mattress shopping at several places with Mattress Firm being my first stop, I guess it's obvious it was my only stop. My parents both being disabled needed to purchase a lower profile bed that was easier to get in and out of and part with the nearly $2000.00 bed they purchased 6 years ago. Justin explained that you get what you pay for and encouraged how we could get better quality bed on sale for the same price as the cheaper bed we started out looking at. It is always scary purchasing a new bed, this is an item that needs to be a perfect purchase because it can mean the difference of mobility for my parents, if they aren't sleeping right in their bed it can affect their whole day. I am super excited about their new purchase and feel completely at ease knowing that if it isn't that perfect fit for them we aren't stuck with it. Mattress Firm has a 30 day return policy at no extra charge or no crazy rule of buying their mattress pad or you don't qualify for the return policy. Justin, we really appreciate your honesty and knowledge.

We had planned on stopping at a couple of mattress stores to comparison shop. We stopped at Mattress Firm first. The salesman greeted us and had us try three different beds to determine the firmness we wanted. Then he showed us a different mattress of the firmness we desired that was more in our price range. We liked it very much, but wanted to shop around so we told him we'd think about it and maybe be back. Then he offered us a better deal if we bought it right then. Our salesman was in training, so the manager came over and helped work out a deal with us. He explained how the mattresses at the other store compared to theirs and even offered to hold our deal price for the rest of the day if we still wanted to go check out the other store. We actually ended up buying two new queen beds and got great deals on both of them. Scheduling delivery was also easy.

Very Helpful and Patient, Great Overall Experience We (me, wife, brand new infant) visited this location about midday on a weekday and thus it was not very busy. For the most part, we were the only customers present. The employee present was very helpful, spent a lot of time explaining all of the new "memory foam" technology and how it compared to other manufacturers. We have not purchased a new mattress for 10+ years so naturally there were a lot of questions. We purchased the same day we were there and are thus far, very satisfied. They have a great return/replace policy and I would not hesitate to buy another mattress from them. I prefer to go to a store that specializes in one or two things that they sell and this is exactly that. As a side note, they don't have any Koala changing table stations in the bathrooms, which was kind of a downer when our infant needed to be changed two times while we were there. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Changing your two week old infant on the floor (even with protector) is not the most fun.

TL;DR - If you want a mattress, go here and work with Darius. Good dude to work with and we paid less for more than I would have online. I was super skeptical about heading to a mattress store to lay on beds that possibly hundreds of people have laid on and work with some sheisty mattress salesperson looking to take take advantage of the fact that NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO BUY A MATTRESS. Going to Mattress Firm was just due diligence before I bought a mattress from an online shop. I was surprised by how forthcoming our salesperson, Darius, was. He led us through the process with honesty and listened to our needs. He was also very responsive to our budgetary concerns. In the end, I think we ended up with a mattress that will last us through much of the foreseeable future. Here's the kicker: we ended up paying way less for a mattress, adjustable bed, sheets, pillows, and delivery than we would have for the bed I was going to purchase online.

this place is awesome... i give them a 4 because of a miss communication. The bed was originally supposed to be exchanged before the end of April. Because of the Covid-19 it was extended to the end of May. Then the miscommunication came. So the bed got exchanged a week into june. Everything got taken care. Could not recommend this place anymore! We dealt with Ryan and originally didn't plan on spending as much as we did, but he took his time and listened to all of our concerns, needs, and wants. He presented us with options only within our budget and was even able to make conessions to get us in the adjustable base range. So now we've got the mattress of our dreams, AND the adjustable frame to go with it. Don't go anywhere else!

I recommend Mattress Firm. They have comparable prices and good quality mattresses. I’m waiting for my mattress to be delivered, but my in store experience was phenomenal. I worked with Brian who helped me to narrow down my selection based on what I wanted. He was very informational, helpful and answered my many questions. I took a couple days to look at other stores, but came back here to purchase. They will even price match if the mattress goes on sale during your 120 day return period.
