Second time back! We went in to buy a new mattress and adjustable base for our 18 yr old son since they were having a great sale. Casey was the only person working and made sure everyone was getting help and was very nice! He helped our son find the perfect mattress, pillow and we upgraded the power base. Casey answered all of our questions, shared great info about sleep positions and quality of sleep with our son. Delivery is set up and they'll take the old mattress! He took the time go through all of the pricing and discounts and explain delivery timing, etc. He knows his stuff! Thanks so much, Casey! All in all, a great experience! My husband and I bought our bed there a couple of years ago with the upgraded power base and we love ours too! Had great service! Next bed purchase will for sure be at this location!

My wife and I were very pleased with our visit to Mattress Firm. The sales representative helping us was very nice and made us feel welcome while in the store. He showed us all the suggested options the computer came up with and also what he likes the most. He answered all our questions and was very patient with us as we talked. Went in looking to try out beds as I was looking for a new bed. With current Black Friday deals and the expertise from Johnathan, I was able to find the bed for me. No interest financing and a delivery date of less than a week from purchase. Delivery services will deal with all the trouble for me! Will definitely continue to shop at mattress firm.

John and Jeff are very helpful and knowledgeable regarding different types of mattresses. Just by describing what my elderly mom would need John was able to pick out a few to sit on and try. He priced it out fairly and I came back a few weeks later and not only did he remember my story of my mom they were able to get the mattress I wanted in just one day from another store. I had an amazing experience here while working with Brad. After going to a couple of other stores with my girlfriend and being all but ignored while shopping around for a good mattress we decided to go to Mattress Firm as one of the last spots to look. Brad greeted us at the door and immediately started helping us out. Showing us a large variety of mattresses that would fit our needs and making sure we saw every option available to us. He was friendly, helpful, and never pushy about anything. Once we’d shopped and decided he was very helpful with financing and showed me just how good of a deal it is to shop here too. The mattress matcher was a great guideline to help us understand what we were looking for, then Brad and Jack really sold us on the perfect mattress. We ended up getting a mattress, adjustable base, sheets, pillows and mattress protectors and I am SO glad that we did. If you are looking for the perfect mattress for you, come here! Labor Day purchase......Well Bradley did it again (as I see from the reviews) he helped us find the perfect King Bed . His knowledge of beds, springs, and foams was expansive. As previous reviews indicated, he was patient, told us to try all the beds we selected out (making sure if you were a side, back or stomach sleeper to try the beds in those positions). Was not pushy by any means, took his time with us. He explained the construction of the bed. Well he did a GREAT job and we bought a bed!!!! Thanks Bradley!!!

Went in yesterday to get just a basic box mattress. Jack was SO helpful and actually walked us through the process and life expectancy of the mattresses. He ended up giving me a very comparable price for a WAY better mattress than I was planning to walk out with. He was genuinely kind, and pleasant to work with. We walked in and were warmly greeted by the staff. He took time to hear our concerns and what we wanted. He then showed us around while displaying different features of the power bases and was even able to explain the differences in how each mattress was designed. He let us know what promos were going on and we eventually pulled the trigger on a king-sized bed, power base, and selected our "gift" of two pillows, mattress protector, and fitted sheets. We can't wait to sleep on our new, soft mattress when it comes in a little over a week!

Lovely service and left with an awesome bed. Knowledgable staff, although I can't remember his name (Brent, Brad?) I explained what I was looking for when I walked in and he brought me around all the beds that fit what I was looking for. I bought a Beautyrest Black Memory Foam bed, with next day delivery! I've never heard of next day deliver, ever. True to their word about 24hrs after I bought my bed it showed up at my home. It also came with two free pillows, which I exchanged for memory foam pillows, so I got a bit of a discount on the foam pillows; and a free mattress protector. The bed is super firm, which was what I was looking for. Its like sleeping on plush hardwood flooring, which may not sound like a compliment but it truly is. I haven't slept this well in years. Thank you mattress firm.

Not only did he give me an incredible deal on an item he's probably making nothing on, but he offered to bring this item to my house, on his own time, with his own truck, free of charge. Today me and my husband went shopping with the littles for a new mattress. When we arrived the salesman was a little busy because he was a lone wolf today he greeted us and we looked around and tested a few mattresses. After he helped a couple of couples he got straight to us we had made our decision by then so it was an easy transition. He let us know about all our available options and we ended up going with the financed option which worked out perfectly. We will be going back to get pillows and the weighted blanket for sure. I was so impressed with the customer service my mother and I received. From start to finish everyone involved was on point, knowledgeable, and kind. John was absolutely going to make sure my 84-year-old mother got the the best mattress choice based on her needs, and budget. John asked questions about her sleeping habits, back pain, and many more before making suggestions. He insisted she take as much time as she needed while testing the mattresses to make sure she felt really confident with her decision. Not once did I sense anything from John other than a desire to share his knowledge so we could make the best decision. No pressure, No upscale tactics whatsoever. Thank you for that! DELIVERY- A big shout out to the fabulous delivery crew Jvoani and Reggie who had nothing but big smiles all while lugging heavy mattresses. Believe me I have had a few not so happy, not so respectful of your property deliveries in my time.. and these guys shined! They both definitely added to the whole experience being a piece of cake! I highly recommend this store for your mattress purchase. I won’t go anywhere else after this experience.
