We visited 3 separate stores to price compare, but ultimately ended up purchasing a superior bed on clearance from Slumberland. They were helpful, but not pushy in the sales approach and brought me directly to the price point options I requested. They set us up with free door side delivery and even took our old mattress and box spring in for less than the St Paul dump charge. My daughter couldn't be happier with her brand new queen size bed and that's a satisfaction in itself. Thank you Slumberland.

My experience at the store was a very pleasant one. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, answered any questions I might had. In fact he was so good I never went to check out other mattress stores in the area. I purchased a mattress and a adjustable base. When getting the paper work in order the other salesman made light conversation with my daughter and myself. It was very good customer service. I had a warranty claim and the rep was solid. Mattress Firm stands behind the products that they sell. The only drawback was I had to pay for delivery on the warranty. Not the worst thing but that would have been nice Other than that top notch experience

Needed a new bed last month. This place had a promotion going for no interest for 2 years to pay it off. I received my statement which says 6 mos. Called the store to correct it on Mar 7th....stay tuned....I will let you know if they make it right. Talked to Brian on the 14th...he said he handled it on the 10th. I sent a copy also to the credit card company to protect myself....just to be safe. In these trying times the added stress is not appreciated but even in normal times it should never have happen. I'll give them one more star but use your own judgement on this one. Two years later the bed has a rut which I fight to stay out of all night. Even my cat has a round hole. I have turned it often to use the whole mattress but the fit always comes back on either side. Can't flip these newer needs over..... what a shame! I will be replacing it soon.

The only inconvenience to me was having to wait for the correct one to come in stock. I chose 4 stars because the delivery time slot I asked for was not honored at all.

I went into Mattress Firm with only a notion that I wanted a plush top bed. Justin met me near the door. His service was exceptionally pleasant. He was thorough answering my questions and asking me quite a bit himself to get a feel as how to help me and which option was best. He was patient and very friendly. There were two other gentlemen there their names were Sam and Andrew. Justin and Andrew helped me at the counter with the final process. My experience was exemplary.

My husband and I went in together and were greeted immediately. Anthony recognized immediately that I was the decision-maker for this purchase and directed his responses to me, (not something that happens commonly to me, as a woman shopping with a man.) Anthony was very knowledgeable and allowed me to interrupt and redirect the sale several times and direct the conversation to my needs and limited research, after he had asked several key questions and showed options in several price ranges, making our visit very efficient and smooth. I never felt pressured to buy outside my budget, although I ended up upgrading from my walk-in plan, because Anthony explained the sale, the benefits and options so well. Our mattress, up-sale mattress protector, and platform will arrive within the week by Gold-service delivery. I am confident we chose the best place to invest our time and money; and, because of Anthony's thorough salesmanship, we will know exactly what to do if it is not the perfect bed for us.

I bought a bed from Mattress Joe and after 3 nights of sleeping on it I could barely walk, with extreme low back pain. Clearly I had picked the wrong mattress. I called Joe and even though it is recommended to sleep on the mattress for 30 nights, he didn't want me to have to sleep on my couch for the next 3 weeks. So I went back and tried out numerous mattresses, I mean, like I laid on each bed in the showroom for at least 15 minutes. Mattress Joe offered me a pillow to my liking and let me try them all. I found one a bit out of my price range but it was THE ONE! Joe worked with me on the financing and offered me a sale price so it was within my budget. I highly recommend anyone in need of a new bed, go see Mattress Joe. He is not in the business for profit, he truly cares about his customers and their quality of sleep.
