Called the Blaine North location looking for a recommended solution for a bed that was too tall. The man that answered was very helpful in providing suggestions. A few days later, in store, we were met with a helpful, courteous representative. We were able to quickly make our purchase and schedule it for next day delivery. Later that night we received a window of time for delivery and 15 minutes before arrival, they let us know they were on their way. The delivery men were friendly and quick. All interactions have been very pleasant, the recommended solution is perfect. We would recommend the Mattress Firm Blaine North location for anyone looking.

My wife and I came in a month ago to buy our orthopedic bed.. We also purchased the adustable frame it took us a couple weeks to get adjusted to it and we are in love with it. I have never slept as good as I do now. The best part about this whole experience was the level of customer service We received from the store manager Ryan and one of the sales guy I believe his name is Michael they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. After a Month after buying our bed I came into the store and Ryan said they had a special promotion for Labor Day and he applied that promotion to my sale from the previous month I couldn’t be any happier with the level of service they provided. I will definitely be recommending this store to family and friends they definitely deserve 10 stars. Thank you guys.

I purchased a mattress and it was a great experience at the store from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. When it came to getting our mattress delivered, the delivery people were EXTREMELY rude which made for a negative experience. Management was notified and everything was resolved in the end. One of the best experiences I ever had. We spoke with the salesperson name Jeff we told him about the experience that we're having with another company it was a warranty issue mattress was less than 7 years old it had one small stain in it that you barely see bad boy in the warranty he asked about the mattress protector and told us they should be covering the damage to the mattress sets air mattress protector failed we went back and check that one out and no luck with that so we went back and talked to Jeff he tell us about who sales ever going on found a mattress that we liked he even knocked off a little bit more money he truly is one of the best sales person I've ever met so if anybody is interested and working with one of the best go to the Blaine mattress firm ask for Jeff I'm sure he'll take care of you same way as you took care of us he seems to be someone who treats people the same way he would treat himself

Removed old bed, put new bed together, tracked snow and dirt all through house. I keep find small pieces of plastic including orange and black zip ties, one in driveway the rest under the bed. I wish they had put on shoe covers once in house or took off their shoes. They left 3 wheels under the bed and one in the driveway. Happy to not have to drag the bed up the stairs in our house.

I made 2 awesome trips to mattress firm with my fiancé. The first time we were helped by Isaiah who was very friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions with no pressure for sales. We were able to try all of the different beds and take our time. He is a very friendly associate who gave a great first impression of mattress firm. My fiancé and I then took the time to check out the competition so that we could make an informed decision. On our 2nd trip to Mattress firm of Blaine we were helped by Jeff who was also extremely friendly and he was more than willing to answer any additional questions we had. We wanted to try out the floor model of the mattress we had in mind before we pulled the trigger for sure. Jeff helped us check out. During the ordering process there were some computer issues. Jeff was committed to seeing through our order and stayed with us to fix the problem. He also gave us both memory foam pillows for the time it took to fix the problem- I liked that my time was valued and also the commitment to ensure everything was in order. Additionally before our mattress was getting delivered Isaiah and Jeff reached out and told us we qualified for a free upgrade special since we ordered close to memorial day- free of charge. I thought this was very nice for them to let us know. Place is small but has a lot of variety. 90% of the mattresses are high end price. Like purple and tempur pedic. We got lucky and bought a 10" king foam mattress for $640. So far we love it.

A little late to posting this review. I was there two weeks ago and met alex after just moving to town. Alex greeted me and helped me find a mattress while I was on a budget and looking for high quality. Not only did Alex find me such a bed at a low cost bit got me a high quality bed after searching the area for the mattress I liked and called me make sure it was still available. As a former salesman I was beyond impressed with Alex's customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to not just get my business but rightfully earn it. He went out of his way to find exactly what I was trying to find and at my budget, a well done job and definitely will come back when it's time to get a new bed. Job well done Alex! I am beyond happy with my purchase and the service I received with the follow up call. Couldn't ask for anything more than what Alex did. Any salesmen out there adding this take notes!
