My husband and I decided to go to Mattress Firm on a whim to go look for a new bed. Joe was working that day and he could have been more pleasant to work with. He was not pushy, listened to what we needed, was personable, and was just a very genuine person. We found the perfect bed while we were there and we are so excited to get it delivered next week. I would highly recommend seeing Joe at this location if you’re in the market for a new bed!

We went in looking to get ideas for a new mattress. Julie our wonderful sales associate who is in training but you could barely tell at all she was new to the game was absolutely awesome! Alyssa who was helping train Julie was also awesome and answered all of our questions. We went in thinking we would leave with information but left with a brand new bed and couldn’t be more excited about the prospect of a better nights sleep on a great mattress at a great price! These ladies are wonderful and we are so glad we stopped.

What a wonderful experience! Took my grandson in to buy a bed for him and Julie helped us. She totally listened to what We were looking for and was very patient while we tried 3 different mattresses. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and the selection was great. If you need a bed- don’t buy it online!(unless it’s Mattress Firm!) Go to Mattress Firm in Apple Valley and test them out so you know exactly what you want. The process was extremely easy.

This was our first experience with the Mattress Firm store in Apple Valley, MN. Our salesman, Joe, did an excellent job of explaining the Tempur-Luxe Breeze King Split we were looking at. He explained all the features of the bed as he probably assumed we didn't know anything about this technology. In comparison we went over to the Sleep Number store and found there was no comparison. Mattress Firm won hands down due to their products and their professional, polite sales forces. We are looking forward to receiving this new, beautiful bed in a matter of days. We have bought several beds over the past 25 years. Spent way too much on them over that time. Never been truly satisfied. Bauddlio (B) Ramirez was exceptional. Listened to what we had to say; understood the frustration and ultimately won my business. He laid out a plan that virtually cost us nothing for 60 days and was genuinely interested in helping us. We have not received the beds yet but are actually excited to sleep on a bed again. I’m confident that if this mattress does not do it, he won’t quit until we have what we expect.

Highly recommend this location and working with him, as we had previously went to two other mattress firms before that and he was by far the best. To speak the truth I just went to compare prices to the other places I asked before. To your surprise I ended up to buy 2 Queen and 1 King mattress. Thank you so much to the amazing and exact person to the job Mr. Samuel. He is so welcoming, humble and an excellent feed backer and above all a very knowledgeable,polite and helpful staff. I highly recommend this brilliant and very intelligent person to be perfectly a great motivator of your store.

Julie @ Apple valley matters firm just walked to the parking lot to ask me if I got the answer to my question, I was in the phone with the bank and was not sure if they gonna connect me so I just walked in ti the store coz I was 500ft, walked there waited for Julie to get done with the person there, she told me she be there for meafter she done but I left earlier because the bank answer my question so I left I didn’t want to interrupt but she just walked out to my car to ask me I was shocked bless u dear thank you I didn’t leave the parking lot yet Am gonna post this and leave now🙏🏾

Had an amazing experience with Nate the assistant manager, and Jodi the manager at the Apple Valley location, off 150th, near Menards. We were given fantastic service. Advice was honest and they didn't try to sell us the most expensive mattress. Nate walked us through some comparable options that would work well for what we both wanted. He found a great deal on the mattress we decided on. He even found us a clearance model, at a different store, which was great for our budget! They had a free pillow deal going on and they were out of the pillows. He went out of his way, and got us some even better free pillows since they were out of the free ones! I can't say enough about Nate. He was a great help. Gave us great service and advice. So did Jodi! We will definitely be back for our guest room bed! Highly recommended this location!

Even though he had a couple clients ahead of us, he checked in periodically to make sure we knew that we would be taken care of shortly. When all was said and done he had a solution for us that was well within our budget, including delivery and a box spring. He made me glad I chose to buy from a store, rather than order one online. Definitely worth filling out a review for. If there was a survey I'd take that too. I'm very excited for the mattress to arrive!

I went in just to test out some mattresses, really wasn't looking to buy at that point in time. But, thanks to Samuel, I ended up with an entire bed set PLUS a cover for my mattress. He was super helpful in finding what it is I want and what I would enjoy for a long time. I would 100% recommend going to this location, and my best friend who is moving across the country with me actually went and purchased a mattress a few days after I did after she heard the experience that I had. You really won't be disappointed!

I went into the Apple Valley Mattress Firm knowing what type of bed I wanted and how much I wanted to spend but not what brand would be the best fit for my needs. Justin introduced himself right away and asked me what I was looking for. He then directed me right to the perfect bed which after the sale was a bit more than I had planned on spending but definitely worth the bit extra as this mattress will hopefully last me quite a few years. He explained their sale very clearly (which was a great floor model sale) and what I could expect from each mattress and its warranty. He was very knowledgable on the differences between coil, memory foam, and Tempur-pedic's foam blend and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each one. He never pressured me to look at more expensive models and mostly stuck within my price range which made an important and expensive decision hassle and stress free. I have a very bad back that needs a lot of support and with Justin's help I was able to find what I think will be a great bed for many years.

We got amazing discounts and while the sales man was extremely nice and knowledgeable he made me so uncomfortable with how much he managed to talk about about my fiance and I breaking in the bed. By the 5th mention of it I couldnt help but cringe and then it just started flowing out of his mouth naturally over the hour. We get it, we're a couple, people fool around, it's a new bed.
