Overall, the best buying experience I've ever had in my 50+ years of buying mattresses. The staff at Box Drop take the time to make sure you get the best mattress for your sleep needs. They are articulate and thorough when explaining all the differences in the available styles and options available. But here is the kicker, we got our mattress home, a very firm king size one, wouldn't you know something didn't seem quite right. Contacting and communicating with the staff was unbelievably fast and responsive. They explained a few things to do in order to get the mattress right. Well, something still wasn't quite as it should be. A quick video and some pictures were sent and assured the manufacturer would review the issue. One in 10,000 mattresses don't cure right. A replacement was readily available at no additional cost, and it is just perfect. Top notch service at its best.

Janet and Bob are so friendly and helpful. We were hesitant on buying a new mattress for our spare room because we needed a new one for our bedroom and instead of just trying to sell us 2, Janet suggested we move our old one to the spare room and buy ourselves a new one. Most, if not all other places that sell mattresses, would try to sell us two. They are honest and nice people to work with. I would absolutely suggest going to them if you're in need of a new mattress!!

I was very impressed with the quality of service I received at BoxDrop. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. Both Janet and Bob immediately seemed to understand the bed that would accommodate my needs. They presented themselves as very friendly, honest people and I felt no pressure to buy from them. Bob and Janet are great... they provided a warm and welcoming environment and Didn’t pressure us into a sale which is ideal when it comes to situations like this. They are so friendly and sweet I would encourage anyone to go and check them out... They don’t have a ton of options but they did have quite a few good picks for the inventory they did have. This is the first time I have wished there were more than 5 stars! This mom and pop store is amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, and stayed past their closing time to make sure we left satisfied and happy! For starters, they even have a little toy chest for the kids to look threw and pick a toy while you look around. Repeat Customer... Mattresses we purchased previously are great! Came back to BoxDrop Maple Grove again for another purchase. Great customer service! Bob and Janet are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend coming here! Came in on Friday afternoon and found several other people buying and loading up mattresses to take home. Waited a few minutes while trying out what was in display. I left about 20 minutes later with a new queen mattress set and a twin set for waaaay less than the quote I got at Mattress Firm. Met the owners too who took time to personally help me find the best mattress I could get for the price I could afford. Simple, quick, not pushy, affordable, and a nice selection of beds to pick from. Very happy with my purchase and the customer service.

We knew Bob and Janet had started a family business, and it's nice to work with someone you know. There's no sales pitch, they're very genuine. I never thought we'd ever get "one of those" memory foam beds. They're too expensive, but we did. Not only that, we were able to get the adjustable features. Out of the couple places I went Bob and Janet provided me with the best service and prices by a long shot! They were very patient with me and very helpful as well. Also very patient when I had my toddler with me. They both treated us like we were people just like them. I say that because sometimes that's hard to find unfortunately. You can go here for any bed needs and they will fix you right up with a great deal and with great service. All around this is the best experience I had shopping for my bed and I took a few days making my decision and still they were very patient and had nice conversation and lots of help that lead me getting the perfect bed for my body! I haven't slept on a good bed since i was 20! Im 31 now! I've been homeless on and off in 11 years...ive had used or shelter beds to sleep in...or family or friends couches, beds ect. Ive had to share beds with my kids and also my kids will have new beds very soon also from box drop mattress!!! These two mom and pop owner operators are two of the nicest people you never want to meet, not only are they very educated within there business but they really stand behind the product that they sell, a lot of businesses will promise the moon but these two really do deliver service after the finale sale, long story short, I had a warranty issue and I could not be happier with the manner that they dealt with me, thank you very much Bob and Janet !!!
