Such nice delivery personnel. Jose’ and Alex were very polite and quick. They took away the old bed, set up the new one, showed me how to use it. Very good experience overall.

I have to say that this is one of the most comfortable mattress I have ever had. That being said there is a few major design flaws, we purchased two twin XL V11mattresses with adjustable bases to make one king size bed. The biggest problem is every time you raise the head of the bed the pillow top for the mattress slides off the foot of the bed 4", so when you lower it you have to try to slide the top back into place which is not easy to do with sheets on it and if you take the sheets off to slide it up you have to raise the head of the bed to reach to put them back on. The other problem is that there is no frame work to hold the two mattress together so as you sleep if you role into the middle of the bed the tops slide apart and you are stuck in the middle of the mattresses. I thought about sewing velcro to the two pieces of mattress but you have to flip and turn the top so that would not work. If you are thinking of purchasing this type of mattress make sure you are physically able to work with it. I am in my early 60s and it is difficult for me to make the bed each morning.

They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional, taking their time in explaining the mattress construction and materials. Delivery was fast and convenient, and the delivery men were amazing, too! Jose and Michael went above and beyond to help me. They were professional and so helpful. After the amazing service, I then get to enjoy the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. I highly recommend Verlo!

Before I bought this bed, I was taking acid reflux medication every night for as long as I can remember. Since I got my Verlo and adjustable base, I have only needed to take one pill since August! Very happy and great customer service all around!!! Highly recommend!

Great in-store experience, no pushing just gave me the facts. Jose and Alex delivered the new mattress and took out the old one. They were super nice, moved some pictures to prevent breaking and took off their shoes because it was muddy. So far 10/10, can’t wait to sleep on the new mattress.

Jeremy was helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the mattresses and the types of latex and foam in the pillow top. No high pressure sales technique. Actually could have been more aggressive in suggesting I may need new mattress 'pad' and sheets with the new bed depending on the style of my current bed. Notification of delivery was timely and appreciated. Men who delivered the bed and components were professional, efficient and respectful.

High quality mattress, made here in WI, very comfortable, more for your money vs. mass produced brands. I had good experiences with all associates - they were patient, friendly and knowledgeable. My wife, however, the one time she went in felt the associate was a bit rude and condescending, so withholding one star. That person may have just been having a bad day (happens to us all).

From the beautiful showroom - love how the options are clearly displayed so you can understand each style and what you are getting - and helpful staff, to the friendly, careful and on time delivery, and ultimately to the high quality mattresses themselves, we couldn’t be more pleased with Verlo. Enjoyed our store experience but the delivery was a disappointment as the driver refused to take our perfectly good old mattress. After 26 years it showed a bit of wear and had a couple of small spots but nothing major. We think the driver was having a bad day and now we are in charge of paying more to get someone to pick it up as we have a small car. Taking the old mattress was treated like a privilege we really should not expect -- which is strange, after spending $2000 it seems like it would be a no-brainer to help take the old one away. When I questioned why the mattress was not being taken he said curtly - it is in your contract. I had even asked in the store how strict it was and described our mattress having a couple small sweat stains and a small spot remaining where tea had spilled and been fully cleaned up 23 years ago. I read the contract to be seriously dirty. My mattress was more dirty after they dumped it in my garage having carried it out and then rejected it. I had hoped to go to Verlo for my kid's mattresses but I don't see why I should after today.

This is not our first mattress from Verlo and we were very happy with the old one which is still serving in the guest bedroom. Our visit to the store was very pleasant and informative. We went through steps to ensure we had the right mattress for our needs. Selection was painless and later in the week, our delivery went very smoothly and all was describe to us as to use and cleaning. Great delivery crew. One down side was this was small damage to one side of the base. A stripped screw and screw plate was found while assembling. This also damaged the fabric around the screw hole. Delivery crew assured us that we would be contacted to discuss how to "fix" this. We are waiting for the call.

Went in on a Wednesday, tried a few different beds and received my custom-made bed on Friday. The associate that was in the store was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and patient with me as I tried out at least half of the beds in the showroom. I left the store excited about the new bed that I would be receiving soon, and very pleased with the service that I got. Thank you so much Jamal for your great service!
