John, the store manager, assisted my husband me in selecting a mattress . He was very knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. We needed to leave to get more information about the upholstered frame we were considering purchasing at a nearby furniture store. He was happy to provide the details so that we could return later in the day to buy the mattress. Why would you consider buying a mattress online when you can try it out in their showroom? We are confident we found the product best for us with the input of John.

I received a call from the manager here about my recent experience in Oshkosh. I did receive the $100 credit for the adjustable base. I was also supposed to receive a better mattress protector made of cloth. The one I received sounds like it came from a baby bed, every time you move in bed all you hear is crinkle. Anyways, the manager said he was going to send one like the one.he has at home. I have waited the 15 days he said it may take…..nothing. Very disappointed.

I called Mattress Firm Mayfair to ask a few questions and set an appointment to come in as I was planning a big move. I went to the store, it was clean and the manager was very professional and welcoming. Melissa took care of me and help me find a beautiful yet comfortable bed for me and a great deal on beds for my children. The process was pretty seamless and the one issue that did come up she found a way to resolve it. In short she was an advocate for me that day and I’m grateful. This was my first time mattress shopping in over 25 years. I chose Mattress Firm for 2 reasons. My parents have a bed from Mattress Firm in their FL condo and have been very happy with the quality, price, and service. After browsing online, I started receiving promotional emails - one was an offer for $100 off the purchase of $500 or more, so I gave them a try. My sales rep, Melissa was extremely helpful walking me thru the sleep profile questionnaire, providing thorough information on all the different features, and respecting my price constraints. She helped me compare the tradeoffs between 4 different mattresses, which made my decision easier - without pressure or a hard sell. I can't wait to have my bed delivered!

When my partner and I needed a change from our bed-in-a-box, the folks at Mattress Firm in Wauwatosa were extremely helpful! We stopped in several times, first to test out mattresses and Zahery was extremely helpful and friendly! It was apparent that he was extremely knowledgeable about the products, and helped us find the right mattress for us. We came in a separate day to purchase, and Christopher helped us find an excellent deal on our mattress, as well as a pillow/mattress protector bundle. Delivery was seamless and done professionally. When we had some issues with the new mattress, we were able to quickly exchange it for a softer one. Melissa helped us complete this process cost-free! We were so thankful for such a professional team and easy process.

Also he demonstrated Covid-19 guidelines and respectfully keep in mind my personal space for example asked if he could sit next to me when I was sitting on a bed in order to show me some more beds for sale on line. Six months ago I bought a Stearns and Foster Mattress from the Wauwatosa Store. I am 64 with hip pain that wakes me up. The manager took me through the "Mattress Matcher" program and I was surprised to learn that a softer mattress seemed best for me. I can honestly say that my hip pain no longer wakes me up. My mattress gently swallows me up every night. I was glad I went somewhere that I could get truly knowledgeable customer service and get my questions answered. I had a lot of them. The GM at this store was great, again knowledgeable, but not pushy.

The selection was excellent, and our Salesman was attentive to what we were interested I seeing. He did not push products outside our price range, and was very knowledgeable about the various mattresses. He patiently took down at least a half dozen mattresses for us to try, and his explanations were easily understandable. The store was spacious and clean, and the free drop off at our house is a great bonus. I would recommend shopping at Mattress Firm. We got an excellent price on a lovely mattress that had a 10 year warranty.

We bought a box spring and mattress from Mattress Firm and we took the smaller of the box springs as it was for our spare bedroom that my mother in law stays in when she visits. We thought the 5” box spring would work better for her but when we got it hone it was way to short and she would have problems getting out of the bed being so low. I called and talked to Ryan and he was so good with explaining what we needed to do to exchange it for the larger box spring. He took care of everything. Would really recommend Mattress Firm. I went to mattress firm looking for a twin mattress. There was my family and I, a man, and a couple in the store. Between two employees, one helping the man, the sales associate, Erik, did a good job multi-tasking. We bought a mattress right on the spot. My wife and I still had lots of questions after doing or own research and Andrew (district manager) had ALL of the answers. Was not pushy AT ALL. We felt he had OUR interests in mind and not just making the biggest/best sales pitch. He was also straight to the point which is very helpful since we have 2 small children. Every minute counts. Finding a bed kind of felt like goldilocks and the three bears, starting with a medium bed and narrowing down the options by saying this bed is too soft or firm until finding the bed that is just right. COVID-19 comment: the delivery staff does not seem to be required to wear masks. Increasing the personal risk to customers. Even though I greeted the staff in front of the house with a mask on, they made no effort to offer physical distance or to put on masks. The staff was prompt and helpful when I was there- even when juggling several customers at one time. I came to the store 3 times over the course of my purchase and was always treated with prompt, attentive service. However, the service I did receive felt very sales-focused rather than customer-focused. I was fairly firmly pressured away from other brands and toward the in-store brand. The Sleepy's Doze mattress that we purchased had a significant parabolic shape, leaving large gaps. Most importantly, the staff was very responsive to this complaint and provided a replacement without any problem. Though we still have problems with the size of the new mattress, it is irrelevant to this store. I still am pretty middle-of-the-road with this location. The customer service on our warranty is good, but the pushy sales staff got us into a product that seems of poor quality, where we have now had 2 that aren't even the right shape.

Was researching mattresses due to pain in my neck and numbness in my arm. I was sure it was because of my mattress. Called and talked to Jim, he explained some things on the phone and then we went to the store. He put me on the right mattress right away. I could feel instantly this was the right bed. Fourth of July sale and we got the adjustable base for free. 2 days later it’s at my place. Delivery was seamless, Robert and Alex set the bed up took away everything else. John was the store manager who helped me purchase my mattress here. You really cant go wrong buying a matress through this store. I went in with a matress in mind and with no pressure at all had me try all sorts of mattress from high end, to economy to insure that I was comfortable with my choice. (Ended up with a Purple 3 but there were 3 other ones that were cheaper that I would have been happy with; he really pushed value which was appreciated). Store offers accessories with purchase as well as delivery options. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

When the bed was delivered , the legs where not with the $1000 adjustable bed base and the box looked sealed. I refused the delivery. I know things happen but when you spend a lot of money on a king bed and base you expect things like this not to happen. I lost trust with mattress firm. Now waiting for the store to open to decide to cancel the order or not. So I received a call back from the store. They’re going to deliver again tomorrow. I received another call. Everything was delivered today (same day) at 3:30pm 1 star to 3 very happy with the sales person but the missing parts shouldn’t have happened.

Cassandra worked with me on a rush order for my elderly mother who was moving into memory care. I really appreciated her helpful suggestions for options and how quickly my order was processed. Due to the time crunch, we opted to pick up from the warehouse. It was a little difficult to find (tucked back in a huge warehouse area by the airport), however, once it was found, the two guys on staff were friendly, efficient, and lugged both the box spring and mattress into the moving van for us. Great customer service all around! Very pleased!

The no pressure but super informative sales people were great listeners, personable and ultra accommodating. Without question the beat the price of a competitor and offered me a product that was superior to what the competitor advertised. I even screwed up a couple of times and the sales people did everything thing possible to remedy my screw ups at their cost. The delivery people were so professional. It was snowing when they delivered and they managed to get all of my delivery in the house, set up and promptly on their way without a snowflake on my floors or carpet. Look around at other mattress stores like I did if you want but in the end you'll end up at the Mattress Firm.
