Walked in to the Manchester NH store and was greeted by Riley. Very friendly very knowledgeable very helpful. Told him what I was looking at online and he set up a package for me that was perfect! I didn't have my card on me at the time so I told him I'd be back as I was already in the middle of a task. Went back in and got it done in no time. Will all be delivered and set up in 2 days! Zack was very gracious and honest about the various products, and was available when we needed him but also gave us space to do our own shopping. Zach was very professional. I told him what I was looking for and how I wanted a mattress to hold up for several years with a 300 lb person sleeping on it. He should me 3 mattresses. The last one he showed me I really liked and you didn’t have it in stock. So I went with the second one he showed me. Explained everything to me and the 120 days trial period. If we don’t like this mattress we can call him and he will see if he could find the Serta I really liked.

There is a large selection but Alex asked the right questions and showed us which mattresses would suit us. Our sleep expert Jake Robicheau was great. As we walked in the store he greeted us and answered all of our questions. As it is always difficult picking out the right mattress, he guided us throughout the store and showed us the difference and choices we could pick from based on the price point we gave him. We never felt pressured and found him the most pleasant to deal and most knowledgeable out of all the other stores we had recently been looking for a mattress. We felt he gave us a great deal and found him to be very accommodating to our special requests.

My husband and I got a new bed from Mattress firm at the S. Willow store in Manchester. Zach was so wonderful and patient as we went from bed to bed and back again to make sure we were getting what we wanted and helped us understand the difference in how the beds were constructed. Excellent service. Then only a slight issue with delivery where they forgot to leave our brackets for the headboard. Accidents happen, and the delivery guys were also very helpful, And did a nice job setting up our adjustable bed frame. When we noticed the missing parts for the bracket, we called the store and talked to Jake, and he got us what we needed immediately by calling around other stores and finding what we needed at their Hooksett store. And we were able to pick up the parts the same day. By the way, the guy in Hooksett was also very accommodating and pleasant. Thanks to Mattress Firm for our wonderful bed and fantastic, courteous and expedient service. I had a great 1st night's sleep. I can't express it enough how important doing your research and having such a knowledgeable sales person to help you is.

My partner and I have been in the market for a new mattress for a little while now. Just like with cars, phones, etc, shopping isn't easy with sales reps that are like hawks that won't leave you alone and pressure you into a certain brand or model because they get a bonus or incentive to push for that particular model for the month. Our sales rep, very knowledgeable, very laid back, showed both of us the options we described to him in detail, and hit the nail right on the head with our new Temper-Pedic. Not because we were looking for anything extravagant, but because he listed to what we were trying to convey for comfort. He gave us a wide range of different mattresses with all sorts of pricing options, but price wasn't the key factor in our decision. He went over all the options in full detail which included warranty, warranty concerns, return options, just everything we needed to know with no pressure. Can't explain how satisfied we are with our purchase, and can't wait to get a restful night sleep. Thank you Mattress Firm, for hiring and having a wonderful staff who are professional & knowledgeable about their products! We will definitely be recommending the Mattresd Firm Store in Manchester NH. 5 stars 10 times over We've never had a sales experience like this where the sales rep left us alone and gave us

He let us test mattresses without hovering but provided valuable information and was very helpful and prepared to answer questions about costs, financing, delivery, even simple things about buying a mattress that we did not know because we had never bought one before. Mattress Firm in Manchester NH was extremely helpful!!! We’re moving into a new house and one of the pieces of furniture were replacing is our bed. We ordered one from our old local spot with a guaranteed delivery date of the day we moved in. The day after we moved in we got a call to inform us it was going to be another two weeks!! Obviously that puts us in a bad situation, especially with stock still being an issue post Covid. . Mattress firm came through with a bed I was able to have delivered same day!!! We’ll add It to the guest room when out the bed is finally delivered

We were looking for our main bed and had stopped at several stores. Mattress Firm was the best by far. Tina was our salesperson, and she was the perfect balance of attentiveness and patience. She left us alone when we needed to try out the beds, but was extremely helpful with tips on how to choose the right mattress, how to properly test them out, the construction and materials, and all the respective warranties and policies. She was helpful and professional and a pleasure to work with. There are so many good choices in the store, and you can try everything - be sure to use a pillow! Having such a variety of options gave us the entire spectrum to choose from, so we didn't feel like we were missing anything. It was truly a top knotch buying expereience.

Mr.Jake and Mr.Zack were very professional and courteous. I came in and was a little cranky due to loss of sleep and they both we're patient and understanding. I couldn't decipher what kind of bed I needed, I had them bring at least several out and when I finally found the right one they both said" hey take a nap see if this is what you really want". I shopped at several different mattress locations and decided to try Mattress Firm. Zac was the associate that greeted us promptly and quickly. He gave us ample time to look at the selection of mattresses while explaining the differences of different companies and types, never pushing one or the other but letting us decide on our own. He was both professional, patient, and helpful during the entire experience. Even so far as to let us try several different pillow types as well. I was extremely impressed with the whole process and would definitely recommend working with Zac if you need to purchase any kind of mattress products.

The store in Manchester was great and is worthy of 5 stars. Before that we had gone to the store n Hooksett. My husband and I walked around the whole store, trying every mattress for about 20 minutes. There was no one around, not even an employee! Very happy with my experience with this Mattress Firm. I purchased a mattress from a different location but had to pick it up here. I ordered a Purple 3 floor model (since it was cheaper) but they ended up giving me a brand new one for the same price! I spoke with Drew on the phone and he was nice and very knowledgeable, he said that they didn’t want to give me their floor model because it was 145lbs and we were planning on bringing it home ourselves and walking it up the tight flight of stairs to my apartment. The new one came rolled up in a bag and was much easier to transport... plus it was brand spanking new! I had a great experience at this location yesterday. I’ve been shopping around for mattress’. One for me and one for my father. I’ve been to multiple locations trying to find the best option for both of us. The main issue I’ve been running into is lead times. The pandemic has put a real hamper on ordering goods in a timely manner. I was thrilled to find out that this location has the MAJORITY of their models in stock! Which right now is extremely rare. I’m an interior designer with experience in furniture sales. The reason why this situation has been so high stress for me is because my father was recently diagnosed with cancer. He had a very invasive surgery less than a week ago and I wanted to have his new bed ready and waiting for him when he gets back home. Most other places I visited gave me delivery dates that are months out. Here, I found exactly what I wanted at the lowest prices I’ve found in my research! Joe Pesce, the store manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the process so quick and painless! I bought the mattresses yesterday and they’re arriving tomorrow! I’m very thankful I found them! During this time when you have to wait months for most furnishings, their stock and service deserves a shout out! Thank you!

Although I did not purchase my mattress with Mattress Firm - I purchased mine from a brand with their own standalone store - I absolutely would have been comfortable with doing business here. I worked with Suzanne who was understanding, helpful, fun, and patient as hell with me. Despite informing her I would be paying a visit to another place as well she still worked diligently with my girlfriend and I with low pressure and gave us a very thorough offering of mattresses to test out. I'm very glad we were able to speak with her during our shopping experience. The store's sale and finance offerings were excellent during the 4th of July sale event, Suzanne was thorough and attentive, and the product available covered a wide range of customers needs and wants. Although we didn't buy our mattress with Suzanne and Mattress Firm, we did buy a couple pillows (Bed gears offerings are awesome) as a thank you for the excellent and enjoyable service we received. Highly recommended.

He was able to explain the differences and suggest mattresses that may be a good fit. The 120-day "try it out" policy is a nice option to sleep on the bed at home and return/exchange it if it is not comfortable.
