As such a big mattress "chain" I did not expect the level of helpfulness and patience that we received from all staff, from online chat to the manager to our salesperson and even the delivery guys. He carries himself with pride, he’s quite personable, he’s a pleasure to deal with and wastes no time getting to business. Kevin is THE BEST. Hands down one of, if not the finest purchasing experiences I have been through. Kevin is more than knowledgeable of the products and does not hesitate to educate and provide as much or as little guidance as you are looking for. No where near pushy on the top/expensive mattresses - he just simply wants to help you find the absolute best fit for your comfort preference and budget. Willing to work with you every step of the decision process and go over all the options. My girlfriend and I were very impressed. We ended up going with an "outlet" Purple 3. This means the mattress was either returned (and subsequently sanitized) or found to have a minor defect. A great way to save some money if you are comfortable with the conditions. Purple 3s are rarely available with the "outlet" designation because they are not returned often and damages in shipping are infrequent. Kevin stayed diligent checking the regional inventory system daily so he could snag one and get it shipped to the Manchester store for us to come look at and consider. I could go on and on, simply an awesome experience for a couple first time mattress buyers.

Three days later I walked in and and was met by Payton at the door, I purchased a Cali King Purple 4 mattress with adjustable base. I went to the store on South Willow in Manchester after a big box store down the road cancelled my delivery. What an awesome experience. Ronni was my sales representative and he went above and beyond. He showed me a ton of options, answered a lot of questions and in the end my new purple beds will be delivered in 2 days not 2 months like the big box store. They were super friendly, financing was available and I would recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience buying our first mattress. When we entered, we were immediately greeted by the manager whom offered plenty of helpful information about what's where and how to get the most out of our shopping experience. We then, following his advice, laid on the medium and soft mattresses we liked. He then lent us aromatic memory pillows for us to try out for all the beds.He offered us bottled water too and also explained which promotions were in effect. Next he told us about the guarantees they back for their beds. He told us to sleep on the bed for at least 30 days and, if we are not satisfied, we can exchange it for another (free delivery) and even another after that. We also got $100 off our bed purchase and free pillows. The whole process was smooth and worry-free. I am extremely happy with the bed. Since then, it never lost it's shape, I wake feeling great, I dream every night, and it holds up very well. I'm grateful to Mattress Firm and their value and service. They stand by their products and I will certainly recommend them.

Kevin, at the location across from the Mall of NH, was so helpful and easy to work with that when it was time to buy, I specifically came back to this store to work with him. We walked in and was kindly greeted by Kevin McAllister. He asked a few questions and offered to show us the different technologies they offered. He explained each one thoroughly while providing us time to lay on them. After each one he would ask how they felt to us and what if any would like more. After narrowing down to 2 brands, he had us lay down for more time to feel each ones level of support. Once we decided which Mattress was right for us, he worked with the many options and price points explaining them completely. Based on being a veteran, he was able to work with us on presenting a deal we felt was very good. When we were completing the paperwork, again he explained the different delivery options as well as product availability based on current COVID supply. A very informed and constructive visit the Mattress Firm and sales associate/regional trainer Ryan to find the right beds for us. Highly recommend them/him based on their array of products, the scientific and medical references for specific how and why, their 120 day sleep guarantee, overall warranty, and Ryan's no pressure sales. We were there for about an hour and left feeling very satisfied with our investment in our sleep. Just 3 more sleeps until our new sleep solution arrives!

This Manchester NH location of Mattress Firm was so fantastic!! Not only did I get a great mattress set, the customer service was outstanding! Brad was super helpful in my purchase and a pleasure to do business with. Then later I had an unrelated question on a bed frame that I had already purchased from a different retail store. We couldn’t find the bed rails, and Chris and Brad called another location of Mattress Firm and found a set that I could pick up that day when I needed them to finish a surprise bedroom re-do for my sons birthday. Ryan and Ronnie are AMAZING. My boyfriend and I really wanted a Purple 2 mattress but didn’t think we would be able to afford one, so we went here one night planning on getting something good but a little cheaper. Ryan asked us all the right questions to match us with the perfect mattress for us and was 100% willing to work within our budget - but when Ronnie heard that we really wanted a Purple he did some searching on his computer and found some floor models from closed stores that he could get us for pretty much half price! We ended up going a little over our budget but we placed the order for a Purple 3 floor model for literally $1000+ less than the new price. We were over the moon! Ryan and Ronnie were so nice and professional and they really made this process feel seamless (and, dare I say...fun!). It seemed like they genuinely cared about our needs and expectations and they certainly exceeded them! To top it all off, Ryan called me a few days after we placed the order to let me know there was an inventory mixup with their system and they didn’t actually have a Purple 3 floor model to sell me - but that just meant they were going to give me a BRAND NEW Purple 3 for the same exact price as the floor model. I feel extremely lucky that this all happened the way it did and that Mattress Firm let me get a brand new mattress for the floor model price. I’m sure this kind of thing only happens once in a blue moon - but my suggestion to anyone going mattress shopping with a tight budget would be: Don’t be afraid to ask! You might just end up with something even better than what you thought you wanted :) tl;dr - Go to THIS Mattress Firm, ask for Ryan or Ronnie (or maybe you’ll get lucky and get them both), tell them exactly what you’re looking for, they will handle the rest.

I went in to visit on Tuesday evening and the salesman showed me around. He was very friendly and helpful (hence the three stars). It went downhill from there. I told him I needed to talk to my wife. He said to give him a call tomorrow and he would match the online price.
