My wife and i decided to go matress hunting on Mothers day and lucky for us Matress Firm was open. We meet with Jacob and he took the time to explain the new style matresses and even wrote down a few quotes with different combinations of matresses and bases. We took the paperwork and started to drive to another store to look at more options when both my wife and I looked at each other and i knew we needed to just turned around and go back. We ended up getting a king size posturepedic plus hybrid and an adjustable base and it was delivered today. Thank you Jacob you were fantastic and made it easy for us to decide.

My mother will be moving from our hometown of Louisville, Ky to be with our sister in Boulder, Co., after the sudden death of our father. Mother’s dementia has begun to accelerate and shopping for a mew mattress in Louisville that could be delivered in Boulder brought us to Mattress Firm. I wasn’t sure how things would go, but your sales associate Andrew was amazing with her. He was informative when needed and was able to read mother when she became agitated quickly and he knew just how much space she needed. He soon began working well with me, as a sort of teammate, and he was able to guide mother into testing out and realizing what type of mattress would work for her and why. He was amazing! While I could have ordered the mattress directly from the Boulder location once she arrived two months from the day we came into the store, I saw no reason not to order from the Louisville location who treated mother with such kindness. Today, it is about one month from her arriving to Boulder, but since have access to the apartment I thought I should go ahead and order the mattress. I live in Cincinnati, so I called your Louisville location and spoke with Abigail about ordering the mattress. Once again, I was treated with such kindness and care that making this needed but expensive purchase was made easier because of her. You have two exceptional employees at this Louisville location. Even though we went at closing time, she showed no rush for us to explore all options. We were very pleased with her courteous behavior and support, thus decided to buy the mattress the same day. Got a good deal as well. There was delay in delivery and that was the only concerning part of this purchase.Do understand that it is peak season, but i am sure the warehouse could be prepared better.. We would give them 10 stars if we could. This was the best mattress shopping experience we have ever had. Christy who is the manager of this store might be our favorite salesperson ever. Everything about the experience was awesome and their customer service cannot be beat. My wife and I were upgrading from a queen to our first king. After checking out mattress firms competitors we decided to pop in because we were at trader Joe's. Thank God we did. First the store is easily laid out and color coded so that you can easily see what is firm medium or soft. Second, unlike some of the other places, Christy never made us feel pressured to get the most expensive one but instead really listened to us to figure out what we wanted and liked. My wife is nine months pregnant so we took a little while to make the decision. While we were looking at some of the nicer mattresses a young lady came in looking for a more budget friendly mattress . Christy was as wonderful and thoughtful with her as with us. She clearly cares about her customers and loves her job. After we ended up getting the one we liked, she calls back to say the bag covering thr mattress ripped in the warehouse and some dust got on it. She then tried to give us a bunch of free stuff because she was concerned it wasn't perfect. We didn't need anything - the mattress was completely fine. But that showed the level this business strives to make people happy. Two days later my wife realized the box spring she ordered online wouldnt be there for over a week and we called Christy to see if we could buy one that might come sooner (did I mention the nine months pregnant part). Christy sprang into action and came to the rescue. You're spending a lot on a mattress. Might as well get one from a super great company with great people. Oh and the delivery guys are incredible as well. Super nice and had no issues moving some stuff around for us to get things in the right place since my wife was clearly unable to help.

I had already done most of my research so I was prepared. Instead of letting my second bedroom turn into a storage room, I decided to convert my current bed into a guest bed and treat myself to an upgrade to a king! Nathan was incredibly helpful and didn't try to force me into a more expensive option. There are several stores in the area to choose from, but this store had a lot of great reviews so I didn't mind going a little out of my way for good customer service!

We couldn't be happier with our Intellibed Starlight! We have finally found a bed that puts us straight to sleep and KEEPS us asleep. Fiancee doesn't wake up in pain and I'm able to sleep on my side comfortably throughout the whole night - which says a lot considering I'm 9 months pregnant.
