My first trip for bed shopping to LA Mattress shopping for a new mattress and I ended up with my new mattress, pillows, comforter, and my favorite of all the bed base which allows you to adjust your mattress at a certain height. I was welcomed by Elyse, she kindly helped me decide and showed me many options to try finding the right mattress for me. She didn’t waste time with negotiating, her expertise lead to a greater deal that you cannot find anywhere else. I highly recommend speaking with Elyse at LA Mattress and you will be a satisfied customer just as I am. Thank you Elyse I am very grateful and it was a pleasure meeting her. :)

My and my partner went into this store to get our first mattress as a couple. We went in unsure and skeptical of buying a big purchase, but Elyse was amazing. She first asked us what we were looking for and what our sleeping habits were. Then she walked us through each of the our options and talked us though each of the pros and cons. She was very inviting, encouraging and warm. We felt safe with her and not like she was trying to “sell” us on anything. She told us to take our time, take the night to think it over, and come back if it was the right fit. And it was! We came back two days later and decided to move forward with LA Mattress and we are so happy with our mattress and customer experience.

I came here twice to buy a new king size memory foam mattress for my master bedroom and a new full size memory foam bed set for a second bedroom. Ronnie helped me the first time with my king size mattress and Elyse helped me the second time with my full size set. I wasn’t planning to get memory foam mattresses at first, but they were both very helpful and I realized that I liked them better. The purchasing process went quickly, and the delivery process went smoothly. They were both very upfront/honest people, which made it a very pleasant experience.

I am so glad that I discovered Los Angeles Mattress Stores on Pico. I wanted a organic latex mattress set but needed to test one before I purchased this high priced type of mattress. L.A. Mattress had three different models for me to try. The salesman was excellent. He explained the difference in the models then encouraged me to take my time trying each latex mattress that I liked. There was absolutely no pressure. I selected the firmest model which contained no innersprings. The cost was outstanding. I had priced latex mattresses at more than double the price.

We were tentative at first to start visiting the mattress stores as we were expecting a high-pressure, sales first experience (with customer service a second priority). However, from the moment that we walked into Los Angeles Mattress Stores and met Ronnie, we had a great experience. Overall, we spent about an hour trying out mattresses, narrowing down what mattress was that we really wanted. Ronnie had a lot of knowledge to share and was able to answer our very specific questions regarding the difference between mattresses, and also gave us plenty of space so that we could talk amongst ourselves. Simply stated, Los Angeles Mattress Stores is FABULOUS. I needed a twin mattress for a day bed, read the great reviews on Los Angeles Mattress Stores, and decided to give the mattress store a try. I have never had such an easy time making a purchase in my life. I walked into the mattress store and was out in a maximum of 15 minutes. It would have been a shorter visit, but I enjoyed talking to Ronnie so much that our chatting took up some time. :) Ronnie’s knowledge of mattresses, and, specifically, what is important for a day bed, made the choosing and purchase a cinch. His desire to please his customers is amazing. I was there on the day of New Year's Eve, and he slipped me in the delivery schedule so that the new mattress was delivered three days later at the exact time I requested. The delivery man, Victor, was also just as nice and accommodating as Ronnie. Regarding the new mattress, Ronnie certainly steered me in the right direction. Over the years, we've had a lot of experience with mattresses. We've had twin, queen, and king-size mattresses, and I have to say that this one is the most comfortable of all that we've owned. I never thought something as simple as a mattress could provide so much pleasure! :) Since the same mattress at different stores usually has a different name, it's almost impossible to compare prices when shopping for your bed. That's why you need to mattress shop at a safe place like Los Angeles Mattress Stores, where you will find not only knowledge, but also honesty, integrity, and fairness. Had I known about Los Angeles Mattress Stores earlier, I definitely would have moved "purchase a mattress for day bed" from the way bottom of my dull errand list right to the top. Ronnie, the salesman there did a really great job getting us what we needed at price which we find reasonable. Ronnie is congenial guy and was easy to deal with, there was no pressure, he let us take our time and gave us options to choose from. Our window mattress shopping turned into a one stop to Los Angeles Mattress Stores on Pico Blvd. Arman helped us find and choose a mattress that we loved so much we decided to get it now, and they were able to deliver the mattress same day! They have some name brands, some lessor priced mattresses brands and they even have all natural organic latex mattresses. We chose a memory foam mattress that came with a price tag that is a FRACTION of Tempurpedic! We loved the no pressure sale and full attention that we got at Los Angeles Mattress Stores. I have a feeling we wont need to go mattress shopping for a while, but in case we do- we are going right back to Los Angeles Mattress Stores for a new mattress.

I got my from LA Mattress on Pico and I've had the mattress for about 3 months. I waited to make a post because I wanted to test my mattress and see what I'd purchased. As of today I'm happy I made the purchase. I was in a car accident and needed a mattress that would give me good back support.. With me weighing 300lbs and 6-5 , I was skeptical about the purchase because it was so cheap. The mattress so far has performed as stated. The one I got was brown instead of white and it was pillow topped. I got some 1000 tc sheets due the the depth of the mattress and I sleep like a king. I get up refreshed and ready to go. I can't say enough good things about Los Angeles Mattress Stores! I've been to a couple mattress places and none of them can compare to this place. I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes after having spent a maddening couple of hours at another matttress store that had problem after problem finding me a mattress. Los Angeles Mattress Stores had a great selection of mattresses with a wide range of prices, so even a new graduate/first time renter like me was able to afford their mattresses, especially at the great mattress sale prices. While mattress shopping, no one tried to change my mind or upgrade my purchase or get me to spend more money or anything like that. I was left alone to try out the mattresses, make up my mind on my own, then quickly helped when I was ready to make my mattress purchase. Since my mattress wasn't in stock I had to wait a few days for delivery, but because of that, they didn't charge me anything extra beyond the price of the mattress itself. With that and the pre-existing sale price, I paid 50% off MSRP for an AMAZING mattress. WOW! All in all, a fantastic mattress buying experience after I had been through a horrible hassle at other mattress stores and I wouldn't suggest going anywhere else other than Los Angeles Mattress Stores.

Mattress places can be even more swarmy than car dealerships, so my experience with L.A. Mattress was a breath of fresh air. We were moving, and decided that although our bed was only about 5 years old, it might be good for us to get a new one. I had been looking at Tempur Pedic beds for a few years, mainly as a curiosity, but I was leaning towards taking the plunge. By chance I was waiting to meet a friend in West L.A., when we decided to kill time at Ortho Mattress. After a few hours there, my GF really liked a frame and the salesman was going to sell us the frame for half the asking, but it was scraped up. We then decided to purchase a memory foam mattress from Sealy. We set up and invoice, met up with my friend, and headed back to the city. The next day, I thought I should do my due diligence, and explore my options better. The first place I stopped that day was Los Angeles Mattress Stores. We were assisted by a very helpful salesman who gave us a brochure. He told us all about the beds that we had in mind, told us that Tempur Pedic prices are set by the manufacturer, and told us that he could give us the frame for half off their asking price, brand new (without us telling him about Ortho Mattress). He was quite honest about the pros and cons about the Tempur-Pedic mattress system, and what the different kind of beds provided. I again decided to see what else is out there. We explored 1-800-Mattress, and few lesser known mattress shops...all of which were willing to give us something. I then went back to Ortho Mattress, and after an hour, they matched what I was getting from Los Angeles Mattress Stores. I went back to Los Angeles Mattress Stores just because it was close and I thought that if we are going to take the plunge, we should spend some real time on the mattresses. Up to this point, I was almost sure I was going to go with Ortho Mattress. We went back, and the same guy helped us out. Again he went over all the numbers with me, was patient with our questions, and gave us no pressure. I was looking at the memory foam pillows to go with the bed when he came up to me and said he could give me half off on a pillow (these were 150 dollar pillows). I told him that I needed two, so he said he would give me half off on both...or one for free, plus the great deal on the frame, plus free delivery. I was sold. I was really impressed by the fact that this guy was willing to work with me, that he was patient, and that he talked no crap about other mattress places (like most of his competitors did). It was by far the best mattress purchase experience I have had.

If you're looking for a new mattress you may want to try here first. This is a Los Angeles Mattress Stores Super Store and the prices here are great! You will also find tons of luxury brand names mattresses at cheap prices!! We had no idea this mattress store existed but are so happy we (accidentally) found it. My wife and I were looking for a king Serta iComfort to replace our old full mattress. We called & checked several mattress stores and could not find this brand anywhere. Originally, we were told Los Angeles Mattress Stores no longer carried this brand, as the mattress was discontinued and was "sold out" everywhere. Not so! The Los Angeles Mattress Stores on Pico Blvd not only had the mattress brand we wanted, we were also able to lay on it. The best part, it was marked "clearance mattress" so the price was unbelievable!!! We also received great customer service. And there was no pressure to buy anything. The sales people actually did their best to help us keep our total price down (Ronnie & Arman). Plus, our mattress is being delivered in the evening so I won't have to take off work to receive it. Overall, you will not beat the prices in this location. In the back of this store (looks like a warehouse) are a ton of clearance mattresses & box springs at great prices. Even many of the hard-to-find "high end" mattresses are marked "clearance mattress" and are being sold at significantly lower prices here too. The only advice I can give when buying a mattress, like anything, is to know exactly what you want and how much you can spend. Research everything. This makes it difficult for any sales person to pressure/convince you into buying a mattress you don't really want or can't afford. Hope this helps. Happy mattress shopping!
