I had the best experience with purple located in the Las Vegas north outlets! Ben, the manager at the store was very helpful. I had issues with affirm and a mattress exchange. Ben contacted his people and worked on this issue for DAYS trying to help me. He was in contact with Affirm and consistently kept me informed and in the loop of what was going on. I don’t know what i would’ve done without Ben’s assistance. THANK YOU BEN AND THANK YOU PURPLE for truly caring and helping to resolve this issue. I would absolutely refer purple in the future! 😊👏🏼🫶🏼

While I am fascinated by the Purple mattress product and technology, this review is about excellent customer service! I worked with Ace and Ben today (mostly Ace). Ace was very knowledgeable about the product and quickly found answers to questions she didn't know the answers to. She was genuinely enthusiastic about the product and not at all pushy about making a sale. If you're getting a Purple mattress in the Las Vegas area, I strongly recommend stopping here! Thanks Ace and Ben!

Not only did I have an excellent experience with purchasing and receiving my mattress, bed frame, sheets, pillows, and weighted blanket; but I also had fun doing so! The staff was incredibly friendly which is crazy because they don't get commision off sales so the customer service that is provided deserves an extra shout out. Most of all though, Ace, the employee who helped me with my purchase deserves extra shout out. Me and my partner spent about an hour in the store figuring out what we wanted and Ace was with us the whole time, answering every question and assisting us in every way we needed while also being so incredibly friendly. Thank you Ace and to the rest of the Purple team. My mattress is indescribably comfortable (hybrid 3) and I literally can't describe just how soft the sheets (soft stretch) are; and don't get me started on the harmony pillows. Bed: 10/10 Sheets: 10/10 Pillows: 9/10 (I got the wrong height, that's on me) Employees: 100/10 Ease of delivery: 10/10

My wife and I were here for Black Friday and we’re helped by Ace. She really helped us in picking the mattress we loved. She wasn’t pushy and knew the answers to majority of the questions we asked. If I had a friend who wanted to visit the purple mattress store I’d direct them to her. Very thankful for her help in getting us the mattress best suited for us, especially my back pain!

Best Store In Las Vegas. Ace was Wonderful and gave us really good information on the products and bed. Ben, Owen, Freddy, and Nya also were a big help attending to my every need. Everyone should own a purple bed with how comfortable they are. I LOVE PURPLE!!!

Good befour time deliver, 1 week sleeping on my purple mattress and so far it is great, my shouder Pain has come down alot sleeping more than I was on my old mattress . Happy!
