Mr. Plant is very knowledgeable about the product he sells and the company he represents. He offers great customer service by working to understand the customer's individual needs and budget and is a no pressure salesman. Chris is the man. I came in because I wanted to get a mattress for my mom and he took care of us with amazing customer service and didn’t get impatient with all the questions we were asking. I normally don’t leave reviews, however my experience with Chris Plant was so exceptional I felt it was definitely necessary. I have major back pain and was in need of a new bed desperately. My husband and I have been searching for awhile but I couldn’t really find one that was good enough, especially for what some competitors were offering price wise. We stopped into Mattress Firm a few days prior and got helped by another women who showed us some great beds but again price wise Difnt exactly work. After realizing I needed a bed at this point no matter what we decided to go back into Mattress Firm which is when we got the pleasure of dealing with Chris. He was so funny and patient, and truly listened to my concerns to be able to find me the perfect bed. He was also able to make sure everything was in my price range. I have been in customer service for years and I can tell you I have NEVER dealt with someone as amazing as him. If you are looking for a new bed or even just bed accessories I would highly recommend going to see Chris Plant, I can guarantee you 100% you will not be let down. My review is about the store and the excellent time, my fiance and I, had in the store. We had done our research about the bed we wanted and knew the product were wanted. Chris Plant was a great person to deal with. He had a great energy and presence as soon as you walk in the door. Such a wonderful team, all with smiles on their faces while we browsed. This was the most unusual shopping experience I ever had. I walked through the doors the manager greeted me asked me what I was looking for I told him, and he said try this bed. Amazingly it was the most comfortable bed I was ever in. Being an internal comparison shopping I insisted on sleeping in every other bed in the store, only to realize that the initial bed that I was shown was the best one for me. Amazingly it was not even close to the most expensive bed. After realizing how good the manager was picking beds, I did something I never do which is purchase the bed immediately! What a wonderful shopping experience with great and knowledgeable staff !! I highly recommend shopping at mattress firm when you need a new bed.

I’ve walked into furniture stores before and I wouldn’t get asked if I needed help or I’d have to wait 15 minutes till someone came up to me finally, but Skylar greeted us and asked what we needed help with as soon as we walked through the door! She was so helpful in helping us find exactly what kind of mattress we wanted. We ended up leaving to explore more options at different stores and when I called her to ask about a certain mattress we found somewhere else, they had it and she was able to give us better deals and information than the other store, so we came back and she helped get us set up.
