I can NOT say this enough but Tymikus at the eastern location is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I put this man through the ringer and he stayed cool, calm and collected the entire time! Even when I was being a complete pain he was beyond friendly and accommodating. He treated me like a human and not just a sale. At no point was he ever pushy or made me feel like I was just a commission. I had no intentions of buying today but because of how amazing he was I did! If you need a new mattress go see him. He's extremely knowledgeable, patient, and AMAZING!

Kyle is went above and beyond when assistiyme with a refund. I had called the business office several times to know the status, since the merchandise was returned. Everyone was giving me the runaround with promises of calling me back.....which they never did. I called today to the store, Kyle understood my frustration, said he'd call me back once he got an update...he called me 3 times today with the last one telling me my payment was processed, and it'd be expedited. Kyle exuded excellent customer service for me today, I truly appreciate his time and most importantly the fact that he didn't forget about me. Thanks again Bro!

I picked a FIRM SANDBURG PRIME Queen Size but paid the price of a Twin, thanks to the help of Bailey and her assertive advice. Soon after that I returned to the showroom, asked for a cancellation and they kindly agreed but the Manager gave me a logistics-related reason involving the delivery and the order, asked me to wait untill the end of the day and then gave me a call offering $200 off the original purchase. Great, that discount would've covered the GOLD SERVICE priced at $99.99 and the Taxes $92.12 So, if you are looking for a mattress, I recommend you to try this place, you'll definitely get a deal considering how quickly they took another $200 off and they will deliver it too. You Are Welcome!

I visited Mattress Firm again today for a replacement new mattress because the one I bought 6 weeks ago is already sagging. I worked with Chris this time around and the exchange process was super easy and fast. I was credited for the mattress I purchased before and the credit went towards my upgraded, replacement mattress. Not many mattress places would ever allow returns unless you pay a premium insurance fee. My exchange was all part of their day to day service and guarantee. Who knew buying a mattress could be so fun?! My husband and I stopped in to Mattress Firm [Silverado] on Black Friday knowing only that we desperately needed a new mattress. Chris and Laurie kindly greeted us and we were super thankful for their help. Chris was our sales dude and quickly helped us go from “clueless” about mattresses to knowing what we wanted and narrowing it down. I don’t like a lot of options so I appreciated his ability to whittle them down. Chris was super knowledgable about the product and sales and was able to accurately give us an idea of the discounts/monthly costs and more. We left the store to run some errands and came back a little while later. When we did, Chris notified us that he found the perfect mattress for us on sale at a different location and he quickly called to swoop up the deal for us. Seriously, such a cool dude. My husband and I actually enjoyed the entire experience of buying a mattress. We had great conversations both with Chris and Laurie, and left the store smiling and laughing. Sounds silly, but in a world where customer service is lacking and human connection is dwindling, we were grateful for not only that five star service, a once in a lifetime deal, but also the fact that we went in for a mattress and left feeling like we made some new friends. I went in the store with the intentions of just browsing and I ended up leaving with a brand new mattress, bedframe, box spring, and pillow. It wasn’t because I was talked into anything or pressured into buying something, but because Christopher was able to help me narrow down exactly what it was that I wanted in a mattress. He was soooo patient with me and answered every question I had. He brought up good points to think about too. He really knows his stuff and is super knowledgeable. He wasn’t the type to try to sell you something just to sell it, or the type to offer you the most expensive thing in the store. He really listens to what you want and helps you make a decision. I am a super indecisive person and it takes me weeks to decide on something minor/small, so I thought it would take months to choose a mattress. But again, Christopher made it so easy to narrow down my choices based on my wants and helped me weigh the pros and cons of my final few choices. He was able to get me next day delivery and they are going to set everything up and removed my old bed set. Definitely recommend this store!!!! Make sure to see though because it will make your decision making process A LOT easier!! Honestly I would even call ahead to see when he’s working because he’s THAT helpful. I am so happy with my purchases and relieved that I don’t have to spend months looking.
