I wanted to share what a great experience I’ve had at the Mattress Firm/ Boca Park, especially Abel the sales consultant. I had purchased a mattress a couple of months ago that turned out to be a lot firmer than I expected and it wasn’t working out for us. I called the store after a few weeks and spoke to Abel. The sales rep I purchased the mattress from had moved stores but I’m so glad Abel was there that day. He was so friendly and understanding. He gave us a few pointers and advised us we give it a couple of more weeks. In the meantime, he kept his eyes out for clearance items and other options. He called a couple of weeks later to see how we were and offered us a mattress that had come up that we might like. We weren’t thrilled with that option but he didn’t seem to mind that we were picky about out next selection. He was patient and kept looking for us. Then last week Abel called with the exact mattress I had wanted but didn’t think I could afford. He proceeded to work his magic with our budget and took advantage of sales to get us our dream mattress! I can’t tell you how happy I am that it’s arriving next week. What great customer service we’ve received from the Boca Park store. I wish all sales reps everywhere were as thoughtful and looked out for their customer’s best interest as Abel has! He really took care of us and I greatly appreciate that.

Had a great experience here! Did not feel pressured to buy anything which made it a stress free experience had we decided not to buy. However we fell in love with 2 mattresses and had the most awesome help from Abel. He was personable, took a lot of time to answer our many questions on both products and found us the best prices. The two things that 100% make us recommend this store is Abel and not feeling pressured to buy. Thank you Abel for all your help! Thanks to you we bought 2 new mattresses that we wanted and were not forced into.

I simply made 1 phone call, told him what I wanted and my price point! Within a week’s time he called me back, offered a top of the line bed with options that I could choose and went with a split King base! First time buying my own brand new mattress. George was amazing! Super welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I got the sealy posturepedic plus hybrid. With a motored adjustable frame. Was delivered on time and set up very quick. It’s only day 2, but so far I’m in love with it. It’s so soft even with the coil support. Perfect hybrid.

Had a wonderful experience with our sales rep, George. Went above and beyond to make our purchase a easy and pleasant transaction. Very knowledgeable with all bedding equipment, from mattresses to frames and pillows. Will definitely be back to visit George for our future bedding needs.

I bought a mattress from another Mattress firm location. I was unhappy with my purchase. The Mattress I got was a Hybrid. I really wanted a good traditional Mattress. I went into The Mattress Firm in Boca Park to see what my options were.. George helped me. George listen to What I wanted and found me the perfect mattress. He gave me excellent customer service even though I did not by the original mattress from his store. He set the exchange up and even called the day before the delivery to see if they set the delivery time up for me. I am very pleased with the customer service I received from George and Chuck at the Boca park location. I would recommend going to see George for your next mattress purchase.
