Just a really nice store. Not your typical big box furniture store. Cristina was one of the best sales agent friendly and accommodating. We recently purchased a new retirement home and instead of bringing our old furniture decided to get new bed. Unbelievable bed NEW and very comfortable. The price was amazing. Bought king size bed for master bedroom. Will be back to purchase queen for guest bedroom.

Had the best experience at Half Price Mattress. Christina was amazing to work with and assisted me with my purchase. As soon as I walked in I was greeted but not smothered. I told her her the type of bed I was looking for and she showed me a variety of beds in many different price ranges. She gave me room to browse at my pleasure. The beds are amazing and we were able to get same day delivery. I highly recommend this store. The customer service I received was top notch. It has been awhile since I received friendly service without high pressure sales. I really felt that she wanted me to get something that I wanted and in my price range.

We bought not only a mattress, but a whole bedroom set at the beginning of 2019 from this store. Awesome experience. My husband and I ran out of several mattresses stores before coming to this one because the sales reps were so aggressive and pushing what they wanted us to buy, not what we wanted. I can’t remember her name now, but the woman who helped us at this location was so professional and friendly. She walked us through what she would suggest based on what we were looking for, then gave us some space to decide for ourselves what we liked best. Delivery of mattress, bedroom furniture, and box spring was so fast. Even the delivery driver was helpful. We overestimated how thick the box spring needed to be, and after the delivery man put everything together, we knew we couldn’t live with a bed that tall... so we quickly called the store, she resolved the issue SAME DAY, and the superhero driver turned around and swamped out the box spring. Highly recommend!!

I have bought both mine and my daughter's beds at Half Price Mattress in Henderson off of Wigwam Parkway. I bought my queen size bed there three years ago, and not only do I absolutely LOVE my mattress, but the staff left such a lasting impression on me that I decided to go back and purchase my daughter's bed from the same place yesterday (as she had outgrown her toddler bed.) The second I walked in the door, Jim, one of the busy men working behind the desk immediately greeted me and made me feel welcome. He asked me what I was looking for and without any hesitation took me around the store to show and explain to me my different options and what they had to offer. I ended up purchasing a full size bed and frame for my little one at a great price. They had me in and out in less than 20 minutes all while assisting other customers. I've waited in line at Starbucks longer than that!! Jim and the other guys working made me feel welcome, well tended to and I walked out a happy and satisfied customer. My daughter's bed was delivered and set up in her room in less than an hour later. If anyone in Henderson or the Las Vegas area is looking for a comfortable night's sleep EVERY night, a great deal, fast and friendly service, and mattresses at an unbeatable price, the attention and information you need on your purchase and interest...then I wouldn't send you anywhere unless it was at Half Price Mattress. I will continue to rave about them, recommend them, and remain grateful to their staff for their help and service.

The service at Half Price Mattress was great! I was not looking forward to having to buy a new mattress, but the time had come. There is nothing I hate more than shopping with someone constantly badgering me. However I was pleasantly surprised with Christina our sales associate with her attitude and her warm spirit . Her knowledge was immense, and they were quick to help with any and all questions! The best part for me, was that She let us shop and try the mattresses out in peace...no lingering or hovering...no pressure...no pushing us to buy some expensive, monster of a bed... She took something I was dreading, and turned it into a great experience! Thank you!

My husband and I had an incredible and totally unexpected experience here. A friend of mine had posted that she had a great experience so we decided to give it a try. I was reluctant as I had a good experience someplace else and was going to go back there. I was really glad we stopped here. Phil was really great to work with. No high pressure. Very informative. And great prices. Not only that, but if you are referred, they really hook you up! Sell them Michelle sent you! ;-) We found out they also have a furniture store and we ended up buying something from their website for a great price too. I highly suggest you visit this place first before buying anyplace else! Super nice guys!!

5 year review. I bought my king size mattress and box spring at Half Price Mattress a little less than 5 years ago. It is the Double Diamond Bamboo model and I paid around $600. It was a middle of the line mattress. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This mattress is very comfortable and it still feels like brand new. I make more money now than I did back then, but I won't have to spend it on a new mattress any time soon because this one is still great. I sleep great on this mattress. I have since moved to a Florida and wish we had a Half Priced Mattress store here.

Great New Location on Stephanie St across from Raising Cains Chicken in Henderson, Fantastic customer experience and absolutely the best deal I've found on mattresses! TEN STARS for this place! Christina was very helpful in assisting my mom and I with our mattress purchase! She was very informative with each mattress we tested! And The prices beat all the other prices out there! My mom needed a mattress to help her back and found it and My BF and I needed a mattress with Comfort and we almost fell asleep on the mattress! And we found it all in one place - 1/2 mattress!

I first went to Mattress Firm then to Best Mattress, both places had a high pressure sales person and their mattresses were way over priced. Then I decided to give Half Price Mattress a try and without a doubt this was the best experience I ever had buying a new mattress, Cristina the sale person gave me no high pressure sale tactics and she was very knowledgeable in Mattress technology and showed me exactly the right mattress I needed at an astounding price. I had an issue with a mattress I bought over a year ago. The manufacturer, Kingdom Enterprises, did not stand behind their product but Half Price Mattress did. As a retail store owner and dealer for various manufacturers, I know that out of some of the products I sell, one will eventually have an issue. You hope the manufacturer stands behind their product because if they don't, we retailers are the ones that usually feel the heat of unhappy customers. I would like to thank Half Price Mattress for stepping up and taking care of the issue. I highly recommend doing business with them and I will be back when I need another mattress.

My wife and I had been contemplating replacing our mattress for a few months. We read countless reviews, and watched every ad for those 'mattresses in a box' brands. We simply couldn't come to terms with purchasing a mattress online, only to be unhappy with it, and having to deal with shipping it back. I checked Yelp for mattress stores and came across HALF PRICE MATTRESS HENDERSON ACROSS FROM CANES CHICKEN. They had excellent reviews and a solid 5 stars. A coworker recommended them, as well. We were greeted by the manager of the location, CHRISTINE. sHE was very friendly and asked us what WE were looking for. He didn't push for a sale, he didn't bait and switch us into more expensive models. He wanted to know what we liked and what would ultimately make us happy. He spent a good hour giving advice and information on the various models, answered all of our questions and allowed us to test out every one we were interested in. Not once did we feel pressured or uncomfortable with the conversation. We agreed upon the HALF PRICE mattress for us and CHRISTINE walked us through the entire purchasing process. SHE allowed us to pick a delivery date that worked best for us, and was even able to do next day delivery. My wife and I had a hiccup ordering our new bed frame from another company, and SHE was more than willing to work around our postponed delivery dates. He was also able to have our old mattress picked up and disposed of, which proved to be very convenient. All of which, was hundreds of dollars cheaper than other furniture stores in town. If you're looking to purchase a mattress, are uncomfortable with a mail order brand, want awesome customer service, a great satisfaction guarantee, and delivery to your desired room plus pick up of your old mattress, go visit CHRISTINE HALF PRICE Mattress hENDERSON location.

We visited several retailers including most of the mattress stores and warehouse stores in the area, nothing could beat Half Price Mattresses. Wonderful customer service! We were very frustrated trying to find two full sets of twin mattresses within a reasonable price. Half Price Mattresses took the time to see what we needed and was able to give us a much lower price then the other stores we visited! HPM even set up a delivery for a nominal fee that included hauling away our old mattress! Highly recommend them if you are looking for a no hassle service that provides comfortable mattress and the best price in town!

We love HALF PRICE MATTRESS ( GREAT NEW LOCATION ACROSS FROM RAISING CANE CHICKEN ON STEPHANIE ST HENDERSON. We had a great time here we had a man named Phil help us all out. we love the Star Wars posters everywhere. Phil helped us pick out a great mattress with all the trimmings, with everything included we paid considerably less than elsewhere. They were very nice overall the store was big and spacious and clean and we love our new mattress they had a sale on the box and just about everything else. They even delivered it that same day, within just a few hours. Thanks guys!
