No pressure on the sales, nice selection to look at, and very accommodating to whatever you needed. They also take away your old mattress in their drop off service for a very reasonable price. Or at least seems so to me and my back. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I walked into mattress firm & were greeted by the biggest smiles and Karen asked us if there was any mattress we were in. I told her we had a Beautyrest for 17 years and we’d like to get another one and she showed us Several ones, we tried them all out from medium to more firm to Beautyrest Beyond one and a Stearns and foster one and she explained how they were made and we went back and tried The one that we bought because it was medium firm and helped my back and when we were on the Beyond one they have an adjustable base & we bought that too. When she put the feet up my back pain disappeared! The head up and I knew my husband would not snore as much!!! Karen was wonderful she’s become a friend because she’s so caring and she understood what we needed she never pushed anything, she just let us decide which mattress was the most comfortable. I would always recommend anyone to go there and have a personal attention that we received and because of alleviating pain and understanding everything she explained we bought the adjustable and a wonderful mattress. Thank you so much Karen you’re terrific!! 😀

From the moment we walked into the Mattress Firm store at Keystone we were greeted warmly and told to try beds and take our time. Our salesperson, Rob, was very knowledgeable and answered our questions thoroughly. He wasn’t pushy or focused on only one type of mattress. He truly wanted the best mattress for our needs and we really appreciated the time he took with us to make sure we chose the right mattress. The mattress was delivered 2 day later!!!!! Hardly had to wait at all! The delivery men were also very courteous and had the bed up and ready to go in less than 30 minutes. Getting the mattress up our staircase was not an easy feat but they did it very professionally! I would highly recommend this store, Rob and our two delivery men to anyone! The whole experience of purchasing a mattress was pleasant.

Highly recommend this store and Rob our salesperson. Never have I had a more positive mattress buying experience. We thought we would go in and quickly try out a few mattresses and leave so we could think about our decision but Rob spent an hour and 30 minutes with us talking us through our options and helping us think through our purchase to make a well-informed buying decision. He stayed an hour past the stores closing time to assist us. He was very professional and not a pushy sales person but really did help us think through what would be best for us and more importantly how to think about our long-term health.

I visited two mattress stores and Mattress Firm over American Mattress was by far superior. The primary reason for this was the sales associate I worked with, Rob Wilson. When I walked in, Rob was the only associate working and he was helping another customer so I thought it would take forever to get assistance. However, I was happily wrong. Rob was able to accommodate us both and not make it feel like he was more attentive to one customer over the other. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and made what can be an awkward product testing very comfortable. They may seem like minor details, but Rob providing a pillow and recommending laying on the side of the bed I sleep on made a big difference. Not only did I go back the next day to purchase a mattress from him, but I doubled the original budget I had set for myself to get a better quality mattress and am very excited for my new mattress to arrive!

Rob was awesome. He was super patient and believe me I am a slow shopper. I think I took 4 hours to decide. Rob really knows his inventory and was always willing to wait. I’m a stomach sleeper so finding the right bed is a pain in the back. He showed me multiple styles and explained the build of each one that I was interested in. When I finally got down to 2 beauty rest mattresses, I went back and forth laying on each one. 2 hours later and rob was still amazingly cool and patient. Also for those interested mattress firm gives you 4 month trial.if you hate it you can return it with some fees. Update: I should have listened to rob. I unfortunately went with a pillow top and it’s a little to soft for a stomach sleeper. I am having to return it. I can’t say enough on how amazing the customer service is at this location and with rob especially. They have made this transition, which could have been incredibly stressful, very easy. I would definitely recommend this store and rob to all my friends. Oh and their delivery guys are great too.

Buying a king size mattress can be quite the king size investment. It wasn’t easy for my wife and I to make a decision on which mattress we should choose. Rob made that decision easier for us, as he listened closely to our concerns, and helped us make a decision that we could feel good about (the 90 day try out period was also a major PLUS). I would highly recommend buying a mattress from Rob. He’s also a good conversationalist.. he got few laughs from us and our business!

We purchased a mattress on a weekend. The person was filling in. When Rob came he saw she had failed to send head board brackets and to charge for them. He drove from there all the way to Avon ares to my home and installed them and covered the $40 cost. Later we needed to exchange the mattress for a different one. Once again he was on top of it. We visited the Keystone Crossing store on Saturday July 23. We were hesitant because it was dark at 3pm. We entered and Matt explained the power was off in the whole strip. He was very knowledgeable and helped us select a mattress that fit our needs and our budget. He even handled my boo's sense of humor as well as us wrestling around on the mattresses. Tom made my first experience with buying a new mattress an enjoyable one. He was informative and extremely knowledgeable. He made it a mind blowingly simple and painless process. Kudos to Tom! The delivery guys were prompt and on time today, but unfortunately the Queen box spring would not fit up the stairs, so I called the store and spoke to Matt and ordered a split Queen box spring and it was a difference of $74. Then I had to leave work early to drive over to the Mattress Firm warehouse in Fishers and pick up the new split Queen box spring and one of the warehouse guys was kind enough to help me load it all into my Jeep. Matt from the store then called me and said he felt bad about my delivery experience and having to pay more money, and offered to come to my place after he got off work, and help me set up my new bed. Matt came to my house after he left the store at the end of his work day, and helped me set up everything. NOW THAT IS ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Matt deserves a considerable raise and acknowledgement for his actions. Matt is the reason that only Mattress Firm will have my business for years to come.
