My husband and I were looking around for new mattresses, and we decided to check out Mattress Firm. As soon as we walked in, Kentonya greeted us and was very friendly. We didn't know much about the different mattresses, but she definitely did. She was very patient with us, especially since we came in less than 2 hours before closing on a Saturday with a three-year-old and a six-year-old. James and Kentonya are godsends!! I came in today in desperate need of an upgraded mattress. I’ve been having backaches when I wake up. I was ready to give up and leave when they laid me down on the Luxe Breeze Soft from Tempur-Pedic. I instantly fell in love, felt the cold effect of the bed, and just knew I absolutely needed this in order to ever get a good nights sleep again. Without a second thought, I made my purchase. These 2 wonderful employees were so patient and able to deal with my quirks. They even made me one helluva cup of coffee as thanks for my business. Don’t have any 2nd thoughts or doubts, stop in and talk to James and Kentonya and let them change your life :)

Also want to give a shout out to Sherrick who helped me on my first recon visit before I brought my hubby in. From the moment we stepped through the door at Mattress Firm, the service received from both Courtney and Mark was exceptional. Courtney showed us a variety of options and both of them answered all our questions. We had researched several mattresses online but wanted to really test the degree of firmness of multiple brands. We went into the Oak Forest location on a Saturday afternoon and the personnel (Johnny and Jess) were very attentive and extremely helpful. We had the best customer service experience at this location of Mattress Firm. James was just awesome. He gave us so much information without the pressure of making a purchase, which makes a huge difference when making an important purchase such as a mattress. The store was so clean and he showed us everything they do to help keep customers safe during covid plus there is a sanitation station table to ensure you feel safe and comfortable. After not sleeping well for several weeks; I finally decided to buy a new bed. I went to Mattress Firm in Oak Forest and was initially worried because I didn't want to get taken advantage of or regret a purchase. WOW! To my surprise the service was Amazing! My salesman Marcus genuinely listened to everything I said about my sleeping pattern and where my body was hurting when I wake up in the mornings. He had me try several different mattresses without being pushy until we found the right one for me. I ended up buying a platform for the bed that sits up and let's the legs raise. When I was concerned about the height of the mattress I chose being on the platform I liked, Marcus picked up the mattress and brought across the store so I could see the height and feel comfortable with my decision. Not to mention, due to my aches and pains, Marcus stayed almost 3 hours past closing time to allow me to try the mattresses and make sure the one I chose would work due to my multiple back and shoulder injuries. I never felt like I was being "sold" or pushed into a purchase. He answered any and all questions I had and did all of this with a smile on his face and a great disposition. Marcus was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and genuinley concerned about my comfort. I would not just recommend that you purchase from Mattress Firm in Oak Forest, I would strongly suggest asking for Marcus to help you. Amazing experience, I am so happy with my purchase and can not rave about my whole experience enough.

In the midst of a pandemic, he was willing to stay late and even return to the store afterhours to process our order after some issues with Synchrony bank. We got to test out the feel /pros and cons of the mattresses we were interested in (each mattress had been cleaned beforehand), the customer service level exceeded my expectations and the employee that helped us, can't remember his name (20+ slim Hispanic man), was a great salesman and sold us on our new bed/frame that we've now had for about 2 weeks+ and we LOVE IT! Got set up with a payment plan that's making this purchase that much more affordable and couldn't be happier with the service!! Would recommend, to anyone looking for a new bed and wants to be shown their options, in a non forceful way! Great experience, for sure.

We asked him to look up the kind of mattress we had bought previously (we wanted a similar mattress for another room) and he looked it up and gave us a few options in price ranges across the board. This was our last stop and all I cared about being 6 1/2 months pregnant is comfort and cost. We never once felt pressured and while Marcus gave us an education on their products (he wrote the book on sleep...literally!), Kentonya was super kind to entertain our toddler - which let us actually try the mattresses! Myles was great. We had done some very quick research to have an idea of mattress types and price, but we still did not know what would be best for us. Myles asked us some starter questions and then had us lay down on a few matresses while we talked about each. We did not focus on price, but everything is clearly marked on each matress which I was keeping an eye on. From what I could tell, Myles cared more about our comfort than pushing us towards a higher priced item. Once we did talk about money, everything was very open and transparent. I feel like Myles helped us everywhere he could given the instore deals and gave us good advice on what items were worth the cost for us. I doubt anyone wants to spend the money it takes to get a good matress, but I felt confident that we got what we need at a fair price.

So we went into the store Wednesday March after the misfortunate even of my friends car being stuck in a flood early morning in front of the shopping center where mattress firm is located. The car flooded out in front of the library near by to be exact. An hour or two passed of rain and nobody bothering to help us move the car off the street. So my friend and I ended up having to push the car out in knee high water into the parking lot. We pushed it into the mattress firm entrance but failed many times since it was at an incline and it kept rolling backwards. Luckily Good Samaritan, mattress firm employee, Marcus Gill came out and helped. He offered us to wait inside for the tow truck and to stay dry since we were drenched. He offered us water and really made us feel comfortable and helped deal with the whole car situation. He's a very great employee that represents your employees.
