Got great deals for our beds and the best part is that they were all in stock. All the guys were very friendly and welcoming. At no point did she make feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. After looking at and discussing all the mattresses I thought I wanted lol I was taken to the clearance section and found the Midnight Mattress- Intellibed. Had it delivered on the 9th (Hugo and his coworker were awesome very professional and worked quickly). I love love love this mattress!!! I don't know anything about buying a mattress, but I knew it was way past time to get a new one. I've been sleeping on the same mattress I have had since I was a kid 😳 so it is really old. When I looked at mattresses online they were so expensive and I wasn't sure how they would feel. I know I couldn't afford something over $1000 without financing and I wasn't sure I wanted to go down that path of having payments. On my way out of Petco I saw there was a mattress firm clearance in the parking lot. As I drove closer there was a sign for a queen size mattress for $199. That is an amazing price, but I expected the mattress was going to be really uncomfortable. I was right. I walked in and asked about the sign and Kenya Lewis helped me right away. She let me lie down on the mattress and I knew it was not the one because my really old mattress is much more comfortable than that. I like my mattress to be rather firm and not feel so springy, but also soft enough that I don't feel like I'm sleeping on a rock. She helped me find one that was a few steps up in comfort, but was still very affordable. She explained how financing worked if I wanted to do that, but because we stayed on a low budget I didn't need it. They are delivering the mattress tomorrow and removing the old one. They have a decent return policy (I didn't even know you could return a mattress) and it comes with a warranty. Thank you Kenya for helping me out. I know when it is time to get a new mattress I won't wait and I will definitely come to mattress firm again

My first time at mattress firm was great! I was helped by Marty who was really nice and understood what I wanted. There was this mattress in particular that caught my attention but when I asked about it, it was sadly sold. However that didn’t stop Marty from getting me a great mattress at a great price. He found me a great mattress & the box springs at the same price as the other mattress I had previously liked just by itself. I bought it instantly and asked for them to hold it for me until the end of July so I could pick it up then when I got my new apartment. When I went back to get my mattress i get notified that the box springs weren’t ready yet. I was so confused because I bought it a whole month in advance. Instead the lady there told me if I wanted them soon I could go pick it up myself. The lady had such a nasty attitude about it and even tried to step in my mattress with her dirty high heels. Thankfully my husband stopped her and asked her to remove her shoes before. After going back to sign the paper that I had picked up MATTRESS ONLY. Marty gave me great news and told me I could have the box springs DELIVERED TO MY DOOR STEP FOR FREE. At first I was hesitant whether to believe they would deliver it for free or not. But upon delivery day I receive a phone call to confirm the delivery. Marty was so nice. I highly recommend for you to do your purchases with him and him ONLY.

I was immediately greeted by an energetic lady. She asked us what we were looking for and I said a comfortable mattress no more than $1000. She then, began showing me mattresses and allowing me to test them out. Now, the mattresses I liked were beyond what I had agreed upon. When I found the mattress I liked (that mattress was $3000). She saw how much I liked it and she checked her on sight inventory. Unfortunately, she didn't have it on sight. So she called other locations and was able to find it for me for 50% off! It was a steal!!! Upon our closing out she found me a brand new box spring for the price of $209 and sold it to me for $75. She also went on ahead and made a $40 dollar discount on delivery service. My ending balance was $1900, this included: my brand new luxury mattress, new box spring, mattress protector, and delivery service. Mrs. Kenyja L, turned out to be the store manager, realized it when I saw her award plaque by her desk.

We went to multiple matress stores today, We either didn't like the selection and/or didn't like the salesperson. Let me just say I placed an order at another location right by my house, and their service was horrible! They double charged me and failed to get my order in as they promised. The store manager had no communication skills nor did the assistant. I was fed up and called a location far from my home. I had to put in a warranty claim for a tempedic mattress we've had since 2010. In order to do the class we needed the original receipt which we didn't have. My husband went by this original store we purchased it from and was told they didn't still have that information in their system because it was likely too old. I called today and spoke with a Mrs. Kenyja who was very nice, but also extremely helpful. When she couldn't see it in the system the first time she told me to give her 30 minutes and she'd call me back after trying to find the information. This woman had to search through a lot of records just to get this information, and she did. We got exactly what we needed because she was so determined to find the information and get it to us right away. I could tell she takes her job very seriously. Just because of how great she was I'd most definitely do business here again. I believe their store number is 1042. The managers here should be very proud to have trained such a great and attentive employee like Kenyja.

Went in looking for a mattress, but came out with a mattress, bed base (that’s adjustable and has some pretty cool features), and a set of pillows, bed sheets, mattress protector - all for the price I thought I could only get a mattress for! Kenyja Lewis, the manager, was wonderful! She asked me insightful questions, like if I had injuries or medical conditions that effect how I sleep, then showed me mattresses that corresponded exactly to my preferences. Ten out of five stars for Ms Kenyja!! It did take over an hour and a half to do everything, though. Normally I’d mark down a star for this, but none of it was Kenyja’s or Mattress Firm’s fault. First, they did not have the first two mattresses I liked in stock - but that’s due to Coronavirus because a lot of manufacturers have shut down, so new beds aren’t being made for a couple weeks. Once we found a mattress I liked that was in stock, the computer system had trouble accepting my local zip code due to a glitch. But through all of that, Kenyja remained cool, upbeat, and in charge of the situation. She had backup plans for what to do if something didn’t work, and was personable and professional. Glad I went to this Mattress Firm location, I’m definitely taking my grandmother there soon (she, too, needs a new mattress). Thanks so much for the help, Kenyja!
