From testing every single mattress to see what my back liked to the trying out the purple pillows he was right there to assist in any way! Where to begin, this was a wonderful experience! My mattress is 10 years old and NEEDED to be replaced. We went in this evening to see what mattresses are out there and what they cost. Rusty was great! We never felt pressure and we didn’t feel like he was lurking after he showed us the different options. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Raul Davila welcomed me and elaborated upon the inventory I had in mind. I have to give this store two thumbs up. When I walked in I figured it would be the typical salesman who only wanted to make a quick sell. However, after I arrived I met Rusty. Rusty, is like no salesman I have ever met before. He really cares about the customer and the customers needs. He did not try to sell me the most expensive mattress but rather, the mattress that best fit my needs. He was also attentive to the fact that I am a bigger guy so finding the right mattress can be difficult. He also gave me advice about which mattress would work best with my bedroom set. This place is all about making customers happy! We initially bought a new Tempurpedic mattress but I never really took to it like my wife did. We finally decided that we needed to make a change to a more traditional bed. (They have great financing options with progressive) He was able to set up my mattress to be delivered for the following day, with some zip codes same day delivery is even offered. My only slight complaint is that it didn’t arrive within the delivery window so I had to be at work when the delivery person came, but this is still the only company I’ve found to deliver your mattress even remotely close to when you purchase it. Most companies we’re giving me a window of 3 weeks - 3 months and I went to several places before coming here. Rusty & this mattress firm location easily get 5 stars from me. :)

“Wow, he really made buying a mattress exciting and easy!” - said mostly no one ever... ...until yesterday, May 31, 2021. I made that statement, verbatim, after spending about an hour and a half trying nine different mattresses with the help of RUSTY at the I-10 & Bunker Hill Mattress Firm location. There are so many features, fabrics, materials, etc, that reading online just doesn’t work for buying a mattress. Rusty was so thorough, patient, and informative as I went back and forth between two King models at the end, and THEN he spent even more time working out a deal with me to replace an old full mattress I have in a guest room. Overall, the entire experience was top notch. I was expecting it to be a long decision making process across multiple stores, and then end up waiting a couple of weeks for a meeting mattress, but Mattress Firm had both of the mattresses I bought in stock, and were delivered today (only one day later)! Ken was AMAZING!!! This was my first brand new bed and he helped me so much. He asked what I was looking for and I found the perfect bed! I felt like goldy locks. One was too firm, one was too soft, and one was juuuuust right. I've been sleeping on this bed for two weeks now and it's perfect. If you want an honest and dependable salesperson, speak to Raul. My wife and I went in just before closing and Raul stayed to help us with deciding what mattress would fit us both. We went with a Purple 2 mattress and have been sleeping great ever since! Raul helped me and he was amazing. I told him I was interested in either getting a king foam mattress or two twin XL foam mattresses that would give me the flexibility to use as twin- or push together and make a King if my needs changed later on. I like the idea of flexibility and he helped me make it happen in the most affordable way possible. He really knows all the details and listens closely to what you want and will show you every possible option and the positive or negative aspects of that mattress based on your individual needs.

John really went above and beyond to ensure that I get a great deal on my purchase. He went and showed us about 8 different mattresses, and had us lay on them to see how our body would feel. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the differences each mattress had to offer, and based recommendations on what our preference was. We ended up going with the Purple Mattress Premier 4. He made sure that we were set with Purple pillows, sheets, and a protector. Phenomenal at the job, would recommend seeing him if you are shopping for a mattress!

So I’ve been looking for a mattress for a couple weeks now and I came to mattress firm and Raul was the one that help me find what kind of mattress I liked and what I was looking for. I ended up checking other places around the area and to be honest I felt so ambushed and pressured to buying with them that just like that I lost interest. So I finally came back to mattress firm and Raul was there he gave me another tour of all the mattresses I told him what my budget was and what I was looking for and he made it happen. Again he never pressure me to buy anything in fact he helped me find what I was looking for and was very attentive and took his time. Honestly best costumer service experience I’ve had and I hope that people can see this before going to other places around the area.

I was greeted by Raul, who was personable, energetic helpful and found a solution to my dilemma. I work in corporate sales as well and he’s certainly very good at what he does. He made the process so simple and I made very little effort to communicate what I was trying to purchase. He hit the nail on the head. Although this store didn’t have what I needed in stock, Raul did secure inventory at another location nearby and set my pick up there.
