Michael was super awesome and helpful! The friendliness and wide range of knowledge was incredibly helpful when deciding which mattress would best fit my partner & I. Especially since I had initially gone into the store with no intention to purchase that day. He asked questions to narrow down the selection & gave me better mattress options to choose from. Upon deciding which mattress to get he also gave me helpful tips & clear information on how to upkeep the cleanliness of our newly bought mattress. I had a Cal King mattress and adjustable base delivered to my home in honolulu last week and after installation realized that that particular mattress base was a bit too long for my bedroom. I called back a week later after discussing with my wife and explained that I ordered the wrong mattress that I needed the regular eastern king mattress and base. Marlene and Mike were so kind and re-ordering the regular king mattress and adjustable base and made me feel comfortable after the air I had made myself. The original purchase with Marlene in the store to order the mattress and base originally went just as smooth. I wish I got this much aloha from other retail establishments in Honolulu as I did with MATTRESS FIRM. I would recommend this business to anybody shopping for any type of mattress or bedding Gary R.

MF Bouganville’s customer service is one of the best I’ve encountered. Purchased a King Tempur-Pedic with adjustable base in Feb 2022. Because of on-going issues with the supply chain, renovations were delayed over and over again. Called to reschedule delivery at least 4x … maybe more! Every time I called to reschedule it was never a problem. Delivery was finally made yesterday, 9/20/22 the delivery men from Island Movers were very nice and careful in handling and setting up our new bed which we’ve waited for for 6 months! Last night we noticed one of the bed legs were crooked - called and spoke with Mike at MF today. Again, he was so accommodating and said he’d talk to the warehouse. He has arranged for a replacement base to be delivered tomorrow! Thank you Mattress Firm!

First and foremost, “Customer Service” is a modern day super power! Most places my wife and I go into we would rather not. The Mattress Firm Location in Salt Lake area right across from Target, compared to the other two places we went to, was absolutely heaven on earth. Not only did we get serviced from one of the kindest individuals in the world, Michael was professional and very knowledgeable on his products. Not only did we purchase a King Size mattress, we spent more money on a base because he made it makes sense. He also recommended a mattress cover, which we really appreciated. We needed a frame for a full mattress that we had in another room, but upgraded it to a base because of the value Michael put on technology and the future. Finally, of course we got the 10 year warranty to cover our investment because he suggested. Overall, we had no prob spending money on our brand new bed because in the end Michael let us know that it was really an investment in our future! Thanks again Team!

Went to Mattress Firm location in Honolulu where we have bought our last 2 (twin) mattresses. Went to buy a Queen set on sale, but ended up getting a head up electric frame instead of a box spring and frame for the Queen set and another Queen mattress to replace one we already have because of information our salesperson Brooklyn gave us about the sale, box spring prices, etc. We’ll continue to shop there for sure! Always happy with out purchases!

I went into Mattress Firm not knowing the difference between pillowtop, plush, coils, or hybrids. I just needed someone to guide me through the process to help me find what I liked. Mike was just that person. He was like my mattress Sherpa, helping me navigate what would have been a confusing and overwhelming process. Throughout the process, I felt that Mike was working for ME, not the store. After showing me several options based on my sleep and comfort preferences, I narrowed my choices. Mike went a step further, offering to look through the clearance/return inventory just to see if I could save a few dollars. I had no intention of owning a pre-used mattress, but this gesture proved he wasn't trying to upsell; Mike was sincerely looking to help. Initially, I was planning to shop around. Mattress Firm happened to be the first of what was supposed to be several stops. I didn't need to go anywhere else. Mike was attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. We bonded over our love for Las Vegas and EDM. His excellent customer service made me not want to shop anywhere else. I purchased a Stearns and Foster mattress on Monday night, and it's set to be delivered on Thursday, speaking to how quickly Mattress Firm works. Moving is stressful, and I really want to thank Mike for making this part of the move stress-free. If you are on Oahu, go out of your way to go to the Lawehana St Mattress Firm. The warehouse is there, so it will have the widest availability, and, if you work with Mike, you're guaranteed the best customer service on the island.

Gold star for Service. I was greeted at the door and given the tour. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and caring. He was out to sell a bed but to ensure we slept well. He did everything possible to ensure we found the right bed. The experience was wonderful, allowing us to be comfortable, bring the kids along, sit and converse about the things we wanted, comfort levels, etc. There was Zero pressure from the sales team , yet Sam was always available to answer any questions we had. We got our new bed from Mattress Firm Bougainville, Honolulu HI (4331 Lawehana St) . The experience started right by the door when we were greeted by a super friendly sales person,( I believe his name was Mike). He showed us multiple options and helped us figuring out what mattress would be the best for our needs. He took the time to show us multiple options and even went above and beyond when it comes to staying within out budget. When we decided for a mattress he looked for the same mattress within the clearance section and told us that there was one. We were able to get a discount on the mattress! We also got a frame, mattress cover and even a pillow that was not for sale. The pillow was just in the store for showcase but I liked it and wanted to buy it. Mike said that the pillow is not available anymore but we could get the one from the store if we want. Great move!! That was just the first part. After the sale went through we decided on Delivery. We left contact details for coordinating the delivery and even the delivery was above and beyond! We got notified in advance that the truck is on its way and they actually stayed within the scheduled timeframe. The delivery driver was called Andrew and he and his colleague did a great job! They asked where they can park, they asked how we would like the bed to be set up and even wore masks throughout the whole process. They took great care of the product and respected our home ( by even taking if the shoes!) We're absolutely thankful for the great experience and if we would need another bed we I certainly know where to go! Today was my second purchase at this location and I'm so happy. Danielle greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and made me feel welcome. I fully intended to just look at options today and shop around at other furniture stores but the mattress was so affordable that I made a purchase! In addition to that, the mattress came rolled up in plastic so they put it in my car to be taken home at that time. No delivery fee! This option made a huge difference for me and my son is ecstatic about having a new bed so soon.

Managed to order a Purple mattress through Mattress Firm! Though because it is Hawaii, we aren’t able to order the Hybrid Premium 3/4 since of weight. It’s a little uneasy to think about buying a mattress you haven’t “tested” but our sales representative, Kawena , was very helpful into getting my boyfriend and I to find what fits our needs and answered a lot of our concerns being two different sleepers. Totally recommend since he wasn’t so pushy and let us go on our own pace :)

She seems to love her job and it shows because she has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable.
