Karin and Carlos spent a great deal of time with me, answering all of my questions about each of the beds I was considering. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient and friendly while I moved from bed to bed and back again! Customer service was top notch, even when other customers came into the store and it became busy. I can’t thank them enough for helping me decide and understand which bed would be the right fit for my needs. I will not purchase a bed from anywhere else! As an aside… I really appreciated that each bed was sanitized before, and after I tried it out, and covered with a pillow and bed protector. Extra comforting, given Covid!

Had a great experience here recently at tempur pedic. Everyone was super nice and friendly. They do a great job with sanitizing everything and making sure you’re comfortable. The beds can be a bit pricey but definitely seems worth it. Kyle was great, the PowerPoint presentation at the beginning felt a little long though. But overall very helpful in the end.

My husband and I visited the west Hartford store and were promptly greeted by Karin. Having owned two previous tempur-pedic mattress’s, we are believers in the quality and comfort of the product. Karin’s knowledge of the various mattresses and bases and the change in technology from years’ past was exceptional! She listened to our needs and pointed us to several options, explaining in great detail the difference of each one. We felt no pressure on a sales pitch or the need to buy that day. The experience shopping at this flagship store was very easy with a friendly atmosphere . Her genuine intent was to get us into a mattress that was right for us. If 10 stars was an option, Karin would get a 10!! P.S. we bought the mattress!

Excellent customer service. I went in with an idea of what I wanted as a pillow, but I still got lost with all the different options. Adam was an amazing customer service representative and he was very patient in showing me the different types of pillows and the pros and cons of each pillow. But, what was key to his help, was describing his experience. Because his experience mimicked mine so closely, I took the time to really research the pillows and eventually discovered that a totally different pillow than the one I had in mine worked better for me. My huge thanks to Adam for helping me with what I need and for patiently giving me the time to really try to hone in on what I really needed for a good night's sleep. I arrived earlier than opening hours and Karin graciously allowed me into the store, offered me water and hand sanitizer as she began to tell me about the current sale on mattresses. Karin was so knowledgeable and listened patiently to all my questions and concerns. Based on her expertise I only had to try 3 mattresses, which was such a relief. I called from California to the Connecticut store for a Connecticut delivery. I spoke with Karin. She was friendly, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and paid attention to every detail. 9/7/21 EDIT: Still keeping the 5* review because of the staff alone, and I'd still recommend the store, but buyer beware - the neck pillow I purchased in the store does not seem to be the same pillow that I tested in the store. I've had this pillow long enough to know now that it is rock solid hard and does not seem to soften at all from heat. Even during use, my head just rests on top of it and it's one of the most uncomfortable pillows I've ever used. I've sat on this thing for hours to try and warm it up, and it just does nothing to help. The neck pillow I tried in the store had much more give to it, cradled my head and neck softly and provided support, but still sunk in a bit. I was even told that the one I was purchasing was softer than the "cooling" neck pillow. This pillow is labeled as "extra firm" and boy is it. I can't even use it, it's unbearable to sleep with. The fact that the neck part does not give at all is actually giving me worse neck pain. Stay away from this neck pillow. OLD Review: Christopher was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. He answered every question we had and made our experience enjoyable. Being able to try the pillows and mattresses in store made the entire process so much easier, so I would definitely recommend stopping in.

She was friendly not pushy and honest.We had a Tempur Pedic for 19 years already but there was a lot to learn and Karin made it seamless. Unfortunately for us the firm Tempur turned out to be too firm. So knowing the company had a great one time return policy we went back and met Dana. Dana turned out to be just as knowledgeable as Karin, had no issues with the fact we were there because we weren’t satisfied with our purchase. He helped us in a direction to find a mattress that met both my and my girlfriends needs. For us we went back a third time as we were definitely “ bed drunk” as they say after meeting Dana. This time both Dana and Karin were there and we easily made our decision. And we are now waiting for the mattress to arrive. I know we would not have received the personal attention we received at the West Hartford Tempur Pedic if we decided to buy a Tempur Pedic elsewhere. Karin and Dana definitely know the product and didn’t push us to buy. If your considering Tempur Pedic give Karin and Dana a try. Like I said this was not my first Tempur Pedic purchase and had done my homework before hand. I learned more than I thought I would with Karin and Dana. We most appreciated their honesty about the product and non pushy sales approach. If your even just considering a Tempur Pedic I highly recommend giving them a try. Started out shopping at several furniture & department stores that sold mattresses. We found that we liked the feel of the TemperPedic but wanted to have more info & read customer reviews so we went home to do some research. To our surprise we discovered there was a Flagship store in West Hartford. Wow! I immediately called & went up the next day. We ended up ordering our bed after trying every bed that could fit our needs and having every question answered! The difference between shopping there & a regular furniture store was this; they had more choices in mattresses, the sales person was far more knowledgeable, there was a 4th of July special going on and an additional perk of credit towards other purchases at the store. We ended up getting a wonderful down pillow & a mattress cover for free. We were so happy with the service the salesman Dana provided & have the security that if we don’t like it, it can be returned..no questions asked and at no additional cost! We now look forward to getting our bed!

After speaking to a some friends that have a Tempupedic mattress I decided to purchase a Tempurpedic Probreeze Hybrid mattress and their adjustable base. I took delivery of the mattress and base a few weeks ago and now have been sleeping on it for about 2 weeks. Now when I wake up in the morning I'm not as stiff nor do I experience much of a backache. Unbeleavibly flexable! My fiancée and I ordered a new Tempur-Pedic last summer when it was on sale. At the time, we thought our home remodel would be done in a few months and we could take delivery at that time. However, as the story tyically goes, we had a ton of delays and didn't move in untill 6 months after our inital projected date. The store was so helpful and patient! They had no issues when we continued to push our date back. We even got to continue delaying the payments and were given the upgraded power frame model for no additional cost because they had made improvements since we initially bough it!

We went into the West Hartford store one evening while exploring the area near our hotel. We've been having trouble sleeping, and I thought perhaps a Tempur-Pedic mattress topper might help. Thanks to Christopher, we ended up buying a an entire bed, and have been very happy with the results. Here's why: he knew the products and he listened to us. This is a man who belongs in retail. We barraged him with questions for about an hour about myriad product variations and details (buying a mattress, not to mention a bed, is not as simple as it used to be), the variables, the data, all the elements of the decision process. He couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating in walking us through the thinking. The products and atmosphere in this store are superior. You can't do better.
