Chris was great. There were a lot of people in the store and he was working alone. He managed all of us well. We told him what we needed and about a potential complication. He assured us it was no problem. So we said we would be back after we went to eat as there were 3 couples ahead of us. When we returned he had everything ready for us. Was in search of an affordable mattress that would fit both our needs. The President's Day sale brought us to Mattress Firm. Valery, our sweet and funny mattress expert, fit us with the best mattress and base set. The Beautyrest Beyond medium was the one that's most suitable. We where skeptical at first. Did we really need a modern mattress with all the bells and jingles? YES we did. Turns out traditional flat mattresses did not bring us the comfort and pressure release we needed for our bodies. Valery set us up with an affordable plan and now we're anxiously waiting for our delivery. Thanks to Valery, we will be sleeping as we should have been, in comfort! Out with the old in with the new.

I can’t say enough about how helpful Sales Manager Augustine Amponsah Kusi was a couple weeks ago in helping me select the perfect mattress for my sister-in-law and her husband. He was extremely knowledgeable of the various companies, their brands, and the features of mattresses and adjustable bases. And he listened carefully to my needs and was not at all pushy. He went to extra lengths to have the mattress delivered quickly to her home in Massachusetts, and it arrived precisely as expected. I appreciated Mattress Firm’s easy delivery tracking system and the courteous ( and strong!) delivery men. Mattressfirm had all the mattresses purple offered that we were interested in and Marquis listened to what we needed. We purchased a purple hybrid premier 3 with electric frame and couldn't be more excited. Checked out mattressfirm on my gf's recommendation and now I'm recommending them myself. The customer service was outstanding. I shopped at two stores, one in Brookfield, CT and the second in Newington, CT. There was a Covid situation at the Brookfield store and they were closed on Saturday. The sales rep Eric was great but he wasn't available to place my order. At the Newington store the female sales rep was fantastic and very Knowledgeable. I plan to shop at Matteess Firm for my son's mattress. Simply Fantastic!

From the beginning to the end, our Sleep Expert, Shawnte Shannon was and still is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and patient when discussing the different mattresses available. We really appreciated the no pressure and upfront pricing when asked, as we did not feel the pressures of a pending upsell like some other companies have done. I was looking for a new mattress as mine was trying to kill me slowly. I went to at least 6 different mattress stores and there was always something that didn't work for me...usually the price! I walked into Mattress Firm and met Megan and she was awesome! I told her what I was looking for and what my price range was and she showed me a couple different mattresses but I immediately went back to the first one. It was perfect for me. She also helped me with a new pillow as I've been having terrible neck pain with mine. Everything has been so EASY and fell into place with no weird hassles. She even called me after I got home to tell me that she was able to locate a coupon code that saved me even more money! We had a very positive experience at this location today. Nathan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient while it took time to find the perfect bed. My husband was very indecisive for a while, and not once did he pressure us into any mattress we weren't totally thrilled with. I will definitely recommend this location for your bedding needs.

He didn't play any games with the prices (as I was expecting since I had encountered this with a previous sales person at another location that day), and completed all of the paperwork and delivery details in less than 15 minutes. BEST Service look no further... My wife and I needed a new mattress and really had no idea how to start or what to do to make sure we were purchasing the right option for us. It's good to know places like this still exists where there are good honest people working to the satisfy customers needs. Dan and Nate are the perfect Duo that convinced me to buy my first mattress in nearly a decade. I probably bought the most expensive mattress in a store, but I didn't walk out feeling like I got ripped off. He speaks candidly and like a friend. ZERO PRESSURE! It was like having a conversation in a cafe. Talk to Nathan and ask him questions about mattresses. For $2000 out the door. Sounds alot but you do get what you pay . And remember buying a bed is like going grocery shopping so take your time .
