Really enjoyed my experience at this store. My first time there, I felt very comfortable and was not pressured into buying anything. Robert was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between the mattresses. I eventually came back a couple weeks later and purchased a new mattress and frame because my orignal experience was so great. Again Robert was very helpful! The delivery was pretty quick and I am enjoying my bed so far.

When I came.in with my dad and we weren't planning on buying a bed that day, a was employee helped us understand which beds would be good for us or him in general. He was super helpful and even gave us a nudge towards even coming back for it. Now we just might get one if we ever come back and see him.

Great people to work with. Paul was very informative and we love our bed. My only disappointment is that when they installed it they reversed the sides and the USB ports were put in the middle of the bed. We have crazy schedules with one of us working 3rds and one working days so getting a time for them to come back out to fix it has been impossible. We never thought we’d spend as much as we did (by many thousands) but it is so worth it and we don’t regret it. The same with the pillows. First pillow I don’t wake up with migraines or at least headaches. Worth the money!

I bought a mattress and assorted accessories about six months ago now, and it was almost literally life-changing. After breaking it in and getting used to it, it has improved my quality of sleep and reduced morning headaches dramatically. It's pricey, but worth it to me. As for the store, the folks there are super friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, and I can highly recommend anyone in there. Definitely check it out if you're in the market for a high-end mattress.

I can’t say enough how great the staff at this store is and how good Tempur Pedic has been. We originally ordered the Active Breeze and tried it out for a couple months (part of their 90 night trial). Alex was great through the whole appointment, answering all my questions and trying the various options. Great customer service! Unfortunately the firmness just wasn’t for me. I called and they returned the mattress no problem at all. Today we spent another hour+ today with Robert figuring out which mattress would work. Appreciate the patience and customer service!

I will say that Tempur-Pedic as a company has a terrible policy regarding promotions. They offer promotions (25% all pillows) and ($300 of accessories with the purchase of a bed), but only allow for one promo to be used. It’s a little tacky to sell a $5,000 bed but take away a promo if buying a bed and pillows.
