Mark was great helping me quickly as I was picking up a box spring on my lunch break. I called that morning and picked up that same afternoon! He strapped it on my car perfectly and was extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I live in Chicago but was still able to work with Mark to get a fantastic, top quality, new bed at great price. Being that I am out of state, Mark worked with me directly to give me suggestions and info to review things online. He then set me up with an appointment at the factory where I was able to go and check out a large selection of beds in person. Enzo, my contact at the factory, walked me through my options and did a great job explaining the differences between all the types and styles of all my choices. The entire process could not have been more smooth and easy for me. I am so happy with my new bed and overall experience. I would highly recommend Mark's Mattress Direct to anyone in the market for a new bed.

We purchased a wooden bunk bed, which has stairs with drawers in them and two twin mattresses for our kids for Christmas. The quality of the bunk bed frame is excellent and my husband put it together by himself while I wrapped Christmas presents (it was that easy!)! The mattresses are excellent quality and we got a GREAT price on both the frame and the mattresses. We ordered the bunk bed last minute and even during the holiday, we got it within three business days; the mattresses were in stock and delivered the day of purchase. We have purchased mattresses from Mark in the past and each transaction has been perfect. Excellent quality and phenomenal pricing. He is very easy to do business with and I highly recommend Mark's Mattress Direct!

Recently bought a mattress set from Mark's. I was very pleased with the service and prices. I was not pressured into making any purchase. The salesperson and Mark asked what I was looking for, informed me of the multiple options then left let me to try the different options. They answered any and all questions about the products and were very informative about any special offers. They also delivered the mattress to my home for free at the exact time they estimated. In a day and age where good service is near impossible to find, I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The price, service, and product are great and I will be returning here for all of my future mattress needs.

Mark was extremely helpful, he went through the various mattresses, from each brand & style, firmness level, and construction type. We had been looking on US Mattress when we saw his local store affiliated and decided to purchase local instead of online - he beat their price and his customer service is outstanding!!

Mark really knows his stuff when it comes to mattresses. He helped us select the correct mattresses for each of our sons. Headboards and pillows were also purchased. His prices are very reasonable and no "hard sell". We were also pleased he didn't push us to the most expensive, but what he thought was best for our situation. Same day delivery, what more could you ask for? We will be return customers. If you're in the market, you should talk to Mark about your bedding needs.

Marks Mattress is a very genuine and hard working company of which my family and I are very impressed with! My bed frame did not fit up the stairwell of my new house so they delivered a twin body frame to fit my queen bed. I came home and they had already installed the bed frame and even made my bed the way I had left it!! We are more than impress with their prices and the delivery of the purchase.

Mark's Mattress Direct offered a great buying experience! There were no high-pressure sale tactics. Rather, we told the salesman our budget and what we were looking for, and he helped us find a mattress that fit our budget and needs. In our particular circumstances, we really needed our mattress right away after purchasing it; Mark (the owner!) understood our predicament and went above and beyond to deliver the mattress after his store's regular hours! I highly recommend Mark's Mattress Direct if you are looking for quality, service AND affordability. Mark is knowledgeable and helpful. Having purchased mattress sets over the years as my family grew, our previous mattresses were purchased from retail chains: Gardner-White, Art Van, Value City Furniture, American Freight, Macy's and Sam's Club. I wouldn't say the experience with the others was bad, BUT hands down Mark's Mattress Direct exceeded my expectations as a customer.

i had tried buying a frame from a competitor and they dropped the ball on my shipping- saying it would be at least month before i got the frame even though my mattress had already been delivered. So i started searching every mattress store, bedding store, home improvement store and everything in-between. No one had a bed frame available to buy the same day; all were backordered for weeks and even months. when i called mark's i had to leave a message because they weren't open yet- and i got a call back within minutes from the owner saying "yes we have what you need, come on down." When i got there they remembered who i was and what i wanted, and i was in and out within ten minutes. AND i still got a better deal than the other store offered me. i am definitely recommending these guys to anyone thats shopping around for a good local company.

This is the first one we went to where we didn't feel pressured to buy something. Had a lot of choices and very willing to discuss the pros and cons of each. Prices were very competitive and the quality seemed as good or better than others we compared to.
