I didn't call that day because I wanted to think about it... Then I saw the sign in another location... So I called... I talked with Sasha and made an appointment to see what they had... I met with Scott who was very knowledgeable. So, I decided to make my purchase and delivery was the same day!😁

A few weeks ago we saw a review for Dropbox from a friend on Facebook. We decided to at least check it out. We were very pleased with the selection and prices. Scott was very knowledgeable and gave us time to think about buying without any pressure at all. He was quick to deliver when it was most convenient for us, and arrived exactly on time. It was my first visit to a mattress liquidator. We called to see how late they were open, and was greeted by Scott, who was nothing short of gracious and helpful. He ensured that the person in charge had time to meet with us, as this is an appointment-only service. When we arrived, Norman met us at the door and was quite hospitable and friendly. We were on the hunt for a queen-sized mattress that was both affordable and comfortable. He was well-informed, courteous, and helpful. He wasn't pushy in the least. He listened to what we wanted and surpassed our expectations. They will even arrange for the mattress to be delivered to my new residence.

Wanted to sleep on my new mattress for at least a week before giving a review. Had back issues for about a month; knew I needed a new mattress. After only one night my back did not hurt the next morning. Scott at Boxdrop was great. He was friendly, no hard sales pitches, informative, and patient with all of my questions and testing of the beds. When he delivered the mattresses he noticed something had gotten on the mattress after removing the protective wrapper (stain could not be removed) so he went back and brought us another new one that same night. Great customer service! The store and sample mattresses were clean. I felt very comfortable testing the mattresses. Ended up buying two- King and Queen since they were literally 50% off the retail price. My teenager got the other mattress and said that it was the most comfortable mattress he had ever slept on. I would highly recommend getting a new mattress from Boxdrop.

I was on the hunt for a mattress for my son and found this company on Facebook. It was such a great experience that when searching for a split king with the adjustable bases I contacted Scott. I made an appointment and found what I wanted at an amazing price! Like 1/4 of the price I would find elsewhere. We placed our order and they said it would take about 2 weeks. Our bases came in but our mattresses were delayed due to the foam shortage. Scott got a hold of me and said he had one of my mattresses in stock and he would give me a loaner mattress until ours came in. What company gives you a loaner mattress? Fast forward and my husband and I both preferred the loaner mattress to the one we had on order. I contacted Scott and he said no problem. We could switch out our order to the other mattress and he even offered to deliver it to us! I just never expected the wonderful level of customer service at a warehouse mattress company. I have dealt with Sasha and Mayerlin as well and they were both awesome to work with as well. If you are looking for a great deal on a mattress and want great customer service look no further. Highly recommend them!

We felt like we made a good decision on a matress. When we asked to pick it up we were told that scott was going to lunch and to show up in an hr. So we got there at the end of the hr almost exact and he had an appointment that showed up. Knowing we were coming we had to wait outside instead of quick grabbing our item and leaving. Astounded that even though we were kept waiting the first time that they weren't a little more accomodating because we ended up waiting over another half hr for the people to have their experience and get loaded up. Not amused, but sasha was great and they do have good products at good prices. They also offer payment plans and warranties which is a plus.

If you are doing delivery there is a big disconnect between the delivery service and customer. Our furniture was supposed to be delivered “late afternoon, early evening” per Scott. We had no phone number to call and Scott was not answering for hours! They tried to deliver our furniture at 9pm which is obviously a bit of a safety hazard when you are trying to move heavy furniture in the dark. I do not recommend using the delivery service because there is a big lack of communication between seller, delivery service and customer.

We were hesitant at first. You never know what you are going to get with online deals. There ARE Mattresses for the prices listed ($35, $55, $75 etc)...however none of those were the quality or thickness we thought they were when we went. However, Scott had the thickness and durability of the items as a choice also and we were able to get what we needed and wanted with Scott's help (yes a real guy at a real business location) for $50 down and financing as stated in advertisement, and received the same day. Not a pushy guy. Genuinely exceptional customer service. If you are financing as a couple you can only use one person's income (not both combined) so make sure you use the person with the highest income/benefits (work, SSI, SSDI, VA benefits, etc ) to get the best finance limit. Either way, process is immediate and Scott helped make this a positive process. Scott was super helpful, nice, professional, went above and beyond what we expected, and this was a safe experience for those wondering if this is a legit person and a legit place of business. We would do business with him again and recommend that if you need a bed (and coming soon -furniture) that you need to finance....this would be a great option to consider.

The place was very easy to find though I'd never been in Walker Village - Lake Michigan to 8th St to Leonard, past Zinser Elementary and there's a large sign for Walker Village. It's a cute little tucked away area, and BoxDrop is just past Pop's Restaurant in a short one-story with glass windows for walls around. Once there, Mayerlyn remembered me from a few small details of our conversation and which bed I was looking for. She did offer I look at other types if I wanted, but she wasn't at all pushy about trying to get me to buy something more expensive - something that normally turns me off about a salesperson. She also suggested different options for bed frames, box springs, or even a possible "binky board" if I liked. I left the store with a very good feeling about my purchase and loved that she was so polite and personable while I was there.
