He gave me plenty of space and great informational tidbits to help me make my choice. Manager Matt and Skye were also helpful in creating a fun and positive environment for an easy shopping experience. Guys! Amazing Service here. Your bed and sleeping conditions are such an important part of your life and overall health. So while shopping for one, it’s important to have people who are knowledgeable, patient, and friendly! You find all of that here and more! Everyone I dealt with here has been super helpful, even through my exchanging my mattress and be indecisive. Plus they make paying for a quality mattress super affordable and easy. I may not need a mattress for awhile after buying mine- but when I do I will be coming back to this mattress firm location!

He was very thorough in assessing which mattress would best fit my sleeping position and was very knowledgeable on the various mattress types and technologies. I really appreciated that although there were multiple customers in the store, he was very attentive to all of us. Bought an expensive tempur-pedic mattress last year from here and was promised $300 cash reward written on the receipt I could use by the end of 2022. I went back two times wanted to use the cash reward but the sales in shop were unwilling to honor it. First time, I went, the sales said that he needed to contact the original sales that sold me the mattress (Jennie) and would call me back and never did. I went back for the second time and the sales straight out refused to look at the record and said that he just couldn’t honor it even though it was printed explicitly on my invoice. I would recommend staying away from this place. Edit: I contacted Mattress firm after receiving the review response. Kris, the store manager was very helpful and was able to resolve my issue said and honor the credit. I was even able to receive my shipment the day after our phone call. I am changing the review from 1 star to 4 star because of Kris.

The sales reps Miguel was very informative and helped me decide on a mattress. He started by asking me a bunch of questions that decides on what type of mattress I would enjoy. The types range from soft, to very firm. We tried tempurpedic but it was out of our price range so we settled with the Stearns & Foster. The delivery was pricey but was done swiftly with good customer service. They also help remove old mattresses if needed.

This is a fairly new mattress firm in our neighborhood and we visited here for the very first time. We were only coming in to buy a frame but the environment was very welcoming so we gave the store a chance to look around. Shaz helped us through the process of selecting our mattress. Me and my wife spent a total of 6 months going to different mattress stores.We both like our mattresses at different coolnesses, firmness, and materials. We also both like to sleep at different positions. We also cuddle in the middle of the bed to fall asleep which causes most beds to sink right in the middle. But after we cuddle in the middle to fall asleep we both sometimes wake up and different ends of the bed. We needed a bed that not only can adjust to our sleeping patterns but will be comfortable to lay on in multiple positions (with/without pillows). As you may understand, this is extremely difficult. We have been traversing to different Mattress Firm stores looking for the perfect mattress. Once in 2018 and again in 2022. Most of your employees either aren’t really knowledgeable about sleep and mattresses in general or just trying to sell us the first thing that we like but failing to really understand our needs. Miguel is by far the best sleep expert I have ever come across. He not only understands mattresses and sleep. He took time to truly understand us, the customer. He works in the Monterey Park location. The closest mattress firm location to where we were living at the time is the Crenshaw location. We traveled an hour and 30 minutes in LA traffic to go to his location so we could be sure we are making the best decision on a mattress. Thanks Miguel!

My husband and I have always struggled to find a good mattress that was comfortable for the both of us, we were at a point were we thought we would each have to get our own beds lol. We explained this to Jennie and she actually taught us a lot about effects/benefits of the way we sleep and had us try out different mattresses to see how we felt on them. We were surprised at how easily she was able to find us a few options that suited BOTH of us perfectly and were within our budget. This was our first time coming to a Mattress Firm store. Our cousin had recommended this place to us since she knew we were looking to buy a new mattress. We decided to visit the store at the Monterey Park Market Place. When we entered the store we were welcomed and given an introduction of what mattress firm can do for us. The sales person Mark made us feel very comfortable and not pressured to buy but to get a feel of what we wanted. As he showed us around he was very knowledgeable about the comfort of each mattress and what best would fit our needs. Mark was a great sales person who was honest and took the time to listen to our needs of buying a a new mattress. At the end of our visit we decided to get the purple 💜 mattress.

I walked in with my mother to buy her a mattress and Mark was the first person we saw, as well as the guy who made the experience great. He was knowledgeable and accommodated our needs. Although he is a salesman, he cares about your sleep health so please respect him and his associates. They are worth your time because they will give you their time. Additionally, let me add that my mother an I are Costco members and Costco is in the same plaza as Mattress Firm. Nonetheless, Mattress Firm had a better deal for both the adjustable and mattress. Go ahead and shop around at other mattress stores, you will end up at Mattress Firm and Mark will be there ready to help!

Customer service here is very helpful and professional, though the only downfall of this business is they charge you for everything. Mattress range from 2-4k, take in mine it's just the mattress itself! It doesn't include box springs, frame, sheets + pillows, all that your being charged for. Like I can go to a mom an pop's / or there competition is offering & get the whole bed + springs &frame with sheets & pillows for 1k, than what Mattress From is offering. I'm disappointed that even with the whole black Friday sale it's not worth the price. This has been my experience for a first time customer and will be the last time, shop at your own risk.

We decided to stop there first to try some out before moving on to Costco. Safe to say we never made it. I had a wonderful five-star experience at this mattress firm location. I walked in with preapproval from Progressive Leasing for $1100. I had my Eye set on a Purple Mattress as I have been reviewing their products lately and was very impressed by them. I walked in and I informed the associate that assisted me of this and she proceeded to show me their collection of purple mattresses and what was available. My initial decision was to purchase the purple mattress. However, upon learning that my interest rate would be ridiculously high if not paid off within three months I then considered a different mattress at a more modest price. In the end I wound up purchasing a memory foam mattress of the size that I wanted and even added pillows blankets and mattress covers. They are running a promotion where they are giving the adjustable base away for free but I elected for the flat metal frame as I live downtown in a very old building and I’m concerned about pests. (adjustable frame had wood components and pests tend to gravitate to wood furniture as opposed to metal furniture) So I did not walk out with the mattress I wanted but I walked out with a good one and one that I was satisfied with nonetheless. I’m awaiting delivery, it’s supposed to arrive within a few weeks unfortunately the pillows, sheets and mattress protector are on back order and are not expected to arrive until around Christmas. (99.9% of this is due to the current situation with COVID-19.) If my final decision was for the purple mattress I would’ve completely maxed out my allotted financial limit and not been able to take advantage of the sheets pillows and mattress cover. Instead I made a decision that I believe was more financially responsible. I intend on making payments of approximately $275 a month for three months and then owning my new mattress, base, sheets, pillows and mattress cover out right. In Regards to the customer service and the quality of product; I was extremely pleased and would highly recommend this mattress firm store to any friend or family member. My recommendation is to start off on their website, apply for their progressive leasing or their line of credit and if qualified go into the store in person and deal directly with one of their associates. I had a delightful experience at the Monterey Park location. Thank you Mattress Firm.

I went to buy a mattress here at about Tuesday afteenoon and I was out very quick and easy! The staff was very helpful, they know the price of each bed and their bed sizes. The layout of the store is good, the mattresses that can be tested are short distances apart to make testing them an easier decision, and yet everything is well-spaced to make it easy to move around if that is one of your needs. It should be important to know thesse things. Mattresses are still able to be tested by lying down or sitting down on them. Masks are required. Hand sanitizer is available. The store and mattresses are kept clean. I highly recommend buying a mattress here, you'll definitely find the one you need and want!

I don't believe in wizards or spells but if systematically laying on beds while being preached the difference between quality mattresses by the Sleep Wizard himself, Mark McKinney, I'd say I'm a believer. Mark was very approachable and accommodating to my budget. My budget being "as cheap as possible". "But definitely better than my current sack of hay at home that I call a bed." (Not an exact quote). At first he asked me to try three different beds. One soft option, one medium option , and one hard option. I think he must of missed one cuz there should definitely have been a forth option. One HARD AF to choose option. I couldn't tell the difference! At first at least. But with some simple explaining on Marks part, I was well on my way to becoming a Sleep Wizard myself. Just call me Professor Dumblesnore.
