My experience was amazing. The representatives that helped me were fantastic. The younger one was actually training but you would never know because he was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses. I had a strict budget to spend and they brought out mattresses that were right on point and they were great deals. There was no high pressure sales tactics. I am very happy about my purchase.

Val did a great job explaining the different mattresses to us. We are excited to get our new mattress. Val was very knowledge and professional. Only complaint is they have packages you can purchase - sheets, pillows ect was not going through. Val called Mattress firm direct and no one could get the package we wanted to go through. This was a 600.00 set.

Nick and Austin helped us pick out a mattress. These guys did a great job in educating us on what to look for and were patient while we made a decision. They worked around our budget and got a us a great deal. Nick is a great salesmen and saved a us lot of time by giving us a good deal and eliminating the need for us to shop around at various different mattress stores. I would definitely recommend the Urbandale location!

Brent made us feel important as customers and really educated us on what to look for, even if we didn't buy it there. He wasn't pushy and gave us a lot of time to think. Brian our sales rep was fantastic. We were greeted when we came in the door. He asked what we were shopping for and told him King Sized mattress. We tried out several mattresses and he wasn't too pushy while we tested them out. He himself and his warehouse buddy said they would deliver it to us the day we bought it and no charge and they would take away their other mattress. I will definitely refer people to mattress firm in the near future as my mom is in the market for a new mattress herself.

Andrea answered the phone and I could tell immediately that she was being real and personable and not feeding me a prepared line. Matress Firm has been really great so far and I really am happy I purchased my bed from them. From working in customer service, I always remember that people are humans and therefore not perfect. A true test of a company is how they deal with those errors. A paperwork error was made and my delivery was missed. The next day I had 2 people call and aplogize, one being one of owners who was in a completely different store. He made me feel my business was valued more than any business has done for me in a long time. The made an error, they admitted it and they made it right. When was the last time a company did that for you? I've been very impressed and will be recommending them to everyone I know. Great deals, great people, great company. No I wasn't paid for this review I am just that impressed :)

Nice store and they had the Tempur-Pedic set that we were looking for. They threw in extras that Homemakers would of wanted us to purchase. We did end up waiting five weeks for our Tempur-Pedic shoulder pillows, to go with our $5000 bed. Give the adjustable base beds a try and you will probably end up buying one, too. We should of made this purchase a few years ago. Save yourself some time and money, give "Mattress Firm" a try.
