I am very impressed with the level of customer service that was provided by Sterling at the Denver location on 58th Ave. Sterling was very knowledgeable of all the products available for purchase! He was able to answer several questions without hesitation, he was very patient with my decision making process! I greatly appreciate the time he gave me to test out each mattress and was readily available for questions! I will recommend him and this location to my friends and family members!! I am looking forward to sleeping on the mattress I purchased.😊 The only one thing I would change is that I was sent to the Denver location by another store employee who spent less then 5 minutes with me and wrote a mattress name on a business card. As the customer I personally feel Sterling is more deserving of the sale credit as he was the one who explained everything to me! His time should be rewarded!!

Best experience ever! I went in knowing nothing about mattresses at all. Rachel was able to explain the differences in all of them and helped me find the PERFECT mattress. I went into the Orchard store today 12/1 looking for just a box spring, as my teenager broke his the night before. Ray was VERY welcoming and friendly! Orchard didn’t have any available so he immediately got on the phone and computer looking at other locations that would have just a box spring.. His customer service was outstanding and made the process very smooth and easy. I have to say we were not impressed by the man we met at the 120th location. Right off the bat looking at my paperwork he made a comment that he wouldn’t not have given me a deal and when we were loading the box spring he said they usually have customers pick them up at the warehouse. Not friendly.

We had an exceptional experience with Kyle at Mattress Firm. He knew exactly what mattresses to show us and the whole process was much faster than I anticipated. Hayden at the Orchards/Westminster location was excellent. She listened to my needs and got me exactly what I needed. After making several phone calls to other business today she was the 1st person who was actually listening and not pushing upsells on me. I get sales associates are trained to do that but should do so when appropriate. Hayden was a breath of fresh air. She was super professional and know she would have up sold if it would have been helpful. Although my purchase was small Hayden's helpfulness was large. The online process of Completing my purchase and not having to go into the store was flawless. When I got to the location on 58th Avenue everybody was super great. It was fast and super easy. Best experience I've ever had waiting for a pick up in that area. The gentleman that loaded me up was awesome and the Lady that took my paper when I got to the service door was amazing. Nov 2019- We appreciate Zach and Kyle’s help as we picked out a Tempur-pedic mattress for my hubby and I and an excellent quality mattress for our son. The best times to shop are weekdays during business hours!! Dec 2022- 3 years later and we have now bought our 6th mattress here (it’s a lot, but 1 for us, 4 twins- 2 kids and trundle bed set), and now 1 for my parents). Rachel was amazing on Christmas Eve and got us our bed and made my work discount work out lickety split! I don’t know if we have any more beds to buy in our future, but we’ll go to Mattress Firm again, for sure! I hope Rachel has a wonderful holiday!

Kyle the store manager was a wealth of knowledge, honest and incredibly patient with me. Technology has changed so much in the past 6 years and it was quite overwhelming with all the options, so it took me quite a while to find exactly what I liked. We did a quiz after he showed me a few beds and was spot on with his recommendations vs the quiz results. I walked in with a notion of what I wanted and ended up going in a completely new direction but I’m so grateful for that! It’s quite the investment these days and he was able to help me find the best deal on my favorite bed and I couldn’t be more grateful! Side note: It’s really nice that the store has the adjustable frames on all the beds so you can really have the same experience for each bed when deciding. I never thought I’d pay extra for an adjustable frame but once I experienced it there was no going back! I was very impressed with the overall professionalism and experience I had there and never felt “rushed” to make a decision which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this particular store!

Zach was our sales associate and we had a great experience purchasing a mattress from him. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions...and trust me...I had a lot of questions. Buying a mattress is a big deal. They aren't cheap and you spend a third of your life sleeping on them. So for our family, this was a big purchase that only happens once every decade or so. That said, Zach did a great job informing of us our options, giving us space, and not pressuring us into anything that we weren't looking for. Great experience here. Need to full-size bed for a preteen. I had a reasonable budget and the sales rep was able to give me a few options within the budget I had. I was able to pick up the mattress box springs and frame the same day and get the bed set up before night.

When you look to buy a product you face the delicate dance of being provided with helpful information, but not facing a pushy sales staff. We went into Mattress Firm with only a slight idea of what we were looking for. Zach was able to educate us about the products that they had and help us to find the right mattress. We couldn't pass up the sale price and added adjustable base promotion. Zach provided excellent customer service and wasn't at all pushy, so we felt comfortable with our purchase. We've had the mattress and base about a month and are already sleeping better.

While the salesman there was friendly, he didn’t seem interested in working with us or negotiating whatsoever. So we left and ultimately went to a different mattress firm about 10 minutes away the salesman there was much more helpful, worked with us on price, and we ended up buying a bed from him that day.

I would NOT purchase the Rize HT adjustable base again. (I tried to review the product elsewhere, but being unsuccessful, leave it here.) It was delivered 6/8/19 and on 6/22/19 the feet no longer raise and the flat button does not work. I was disappointed to realize the head and feet only adjust to certain positions. It took several phone calls to the warranty company but finally have them scheduled. Hope it gets fixed.
