Zach and his team (warehouse)are AMAZING. I called him up and explained my situation - ordering online and delivery not happening or even a call to let me know about delivery not happening. He went above and beyond because we only had a small window where someone would be available to accept mattresses and roads would be Drive able. He not only found alternates for me, but also squeezed delivery in and matched pricing. He went above and beyond and I would suggest anyone looking for a mattress to ask for him and work with the Golden store.

We worked with the most fantastic young man, Devin, who knew every mattress in the store, its pros and cons and who would sleep most comfortably on it. He worked with my budget, made lots of suggestions, and forever after Devin will be our mattress expert. I will recommend him to any friend looking to upgrade their sleep experience. As sharp and personable as Devin is, I hope we don't need to find a new salesperson - he'll probably be head of the company someday. Mattress Firm had an amazing range of options for us - not just the mattress, but the bed, the mattress pad -- it's a one-stop-shop! We coud not be more pleased with our outcome,

I am completely revising my previous review for this location of the Mattress Firm. Without going through all of the details, Jason and Ian have made everything right--the replaced the defective mattress with a new one, they provided us with near free of charge new box springs and frame, and the delivery team did everything perfectly this time around. Thank you Mattress Firm for working so hard to regain our trust. Bought an upgraded mattress from Wild Bill Soucy on 3/7/22. So far, the entire buying experience has been good.

We've been looking for a mattress for over a month now and tried a couple of different brands and types. Jason was awesome, listening to what we were looking for, what we liked and didn't like as we "shopped" the sales floor. He provided great customer service, was very personable and did not pressure us into purchasing any particular bed. Original review; Jason was very helpful in our purchase of multiple mattresses, and gave us a terrific deal. Some of the mattresses were not in stock, but we are able to pick them up from the warehouse without paying extra for shipping next week. We were glad to be able to try out multiple options without the pressure to go with the more expensive ones. Updated Review; Although Jason was helpful initiating the sale, things seemed to go wrong after that. The delivery guys ripped a huge hole in our mattress while bringing it into our house. They then started a 'keep and replace' situation, which allowed us to sleep on it until they were able to bring another. This is when everything went poorly. I went back into the store to insure I could schedule the re-delivery, and the second salesman wasn't able to schedule it correctly. When he called the following day, I had to re-do all the info I had given the day before. He kept going back and forth on dates and what they were able to do, it was very inconvenient. Jason, who apologized profusely, offered to throw in another pillow for our trouble, which I never received. Classic case of a company working hard for your money, but not caring about service once being paid.

While a smaller store, they had enough demos to get a good feel for the mattresses. Jason was very helpful and not too pushy. I appreciated all if the help and comparisons. Something to consider if you do not live around Colorado Mills: Price the delivery service vs. Taking delivery at the store or warehouse. You may avoid a premium sales tax and it may offset the delivery cost.

Amber is a super star and an unbelievable asset for Mattress Firm. She patiently led me through the process of purchasing an adjustable bed as well as the different mattresses available for the adjustable. The delivery was hampered by the snow storm of the decade but Amber went beyond the call of duty to have a delivery made to the foothills with a pickup as opposed to their standard contracted delivery trucks which had problems making it to our home. If you ever need 5 star service, deal with Amber G. She is amazing!

On our first visit, Evan was very very helpful but we felt the need to continue to shop around. We decided to go back to this store again and this time Bill helped us. I began my experience with Mattress Form in Silverthorne where Josh was very helpful in assisting me with finding the best mattress for my daughter and my budget. I left without a purchase, though, as I needed to discuss it and think about it. The next day, I was in Golden when I decided to order that mattress online. Later, I received message that it was back ordered online. Today, I went to the Golden location where the employee helped me to get a refund for my online purchase which is supposed to be completed in a week. Then purchase the same mattress which is available in their shop which is scheduled to be delivered on Sunday. Four stars because the employees exhibited great care in assisting me. Not five stars because of the hassle and the wait for my refund. Other stores are able to tell me when a product is not available online and in which stores I can get it before I give my credit card. Mattress Firm should be able to do the same.

I called the Colorado Mills Mall location to see if they had a boxspring in stock. Miguel at that branch informed me that it was not in stock there but he offered to check other locations. Miguel found one for me at the Lakewood Commons location. He then went ahead and emailed me a link for payment and told me that Devon at the Lakewood location would have the item pulled and ready for pickup. Devon was equally as helpful when I came to pick up the boxspring. Great experience all round.

Yep! They are still open despite the closed mall across the parking lot.. And what a great experience at this store! Both Jason ( The store manager) and Faith were super helpful. We had planned to shop around, but Jason helped us out with such a deal, it simply didn't make sense to go anywhere else. Car sales people...appliance sales people...mattress sales people....I used to lump them all together until I encountered Bill Soucy at the Colorado Mills Mattress Firm location. Instead of being terrified of being talked into making a choice that in the end I would have regretted, I found Bill who is a maestro of mattress knowledge. He was totally generous with his time, his insight into my needs...both financial and physical {bad back and shoulder}, and not guilting me one bit when it took me 3 days to weigh all the information before deciding. I also worked with Jason when Bill was on his day off. He was great too! I ended up with the Serta i_series hybrid 100....and absolutely love it. I can't wait until I need another mattress because I'm going right back to see Bill and Jason!
