Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a mattress or any other large purchase. Matt was kind, helpful, and figured out exactly what I needed quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by how great the customer service was. Will definitely share out the positive experience I had working with the folks at this location. Hopefully I won’t need another bed anytime soon, but when I do I will start my search here.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience shopping at Mattress Firm. Our mattress had gone out and time for a new one. We had researched a few options. When we walked in the store near Colorado Mills, David Nelson found us. He walked us through the entire process. He was amazing and so patient with us as we really examined all of the options. He listened to each of our concerns and my many questions (with answers for each of them). We didn't purchase a mattress the first visit, but we had such a great experience with Dave that I was determined to give him our business. We found out he worked at a different store in the following days. We went out of our way to find Dave. If you're looking for a mattress go find David Nelson, he will take care of you every step of the way. He works at the location by Colorado Mills Mall or Wadsworth and 55th avenue. Thanks Dave! Kat was fantastic!!! One of the best sales reps I’ve ever met. The whole experience from start to finish was great. Kat really knows her stuff! We came in on Labor Day weekend, had a sleep analysis done, and found the most amazing mattress! After trying many, the one Kat originally recommended was our fav. The Sealy high point plush, “Like sleeping on a marshmallow”. 😸 Kat was very personable and honest, I never felt like she was trying to upsell us on something we didn’t need. I would highly recommend!

So, I met with Dave. I told him exactly my concerns. I'm a side sleeper, and being a larger chested woman, my arm goes dead and if my arm goes dead my hands suff more because of carpal tunnel. He was super understanding and provided me with options ALSO based on the price range I had set out. Taking time to swap between beds even if I wanted to check twice to be sure. Polite, friendly and great service all together. We got two GREAT deals on serta beds, we've never had that brand before. Saved so much money and! I was under my price range, even better! Thank you Dave, you got us free delivery, nice beds and a great price. Hope to see you again in the future.

While I had a great in-store experience, everything farther than that did not live up to expectations. Everything at the store went great, Jamie was very helpful and friendly, assisted us in finding what we wanted in our price range, and set the expectations for delivery. We scheduled our delivery a week in advance, as we were unable to take off time during the week. We were told to anticipate a phone call with the delivery time the evening prior, and when that call didn’t come we called the store first thing in the morning. When we spoke with them that morning, they stated that they had left early the day before and didn’t have the opportunity to complete their duties before the end of the day so our delivery would need to be delayed. While things happen, it shouldn’t have happened with our delivery being confirmed a week prior. They stated they would get us on the following day for delivery, and then threw in words like maybe, possibly, and hopefully for delivery and requested another day for availability just in case. Once we rescheduled, they thanked us for our understanding for something that was “out of their hands” when earlier he had said it was his error for leaving early. Not a great level of comfort. Our delivery time was confirmed to be 4:30-6:30, we were informed at 4:30 that they were running behind and were likely jot to arrive until 8PM. They finished the delivery at 9:30, a full five hours from the time they were supposed to arrive and did not remove the other mattress as was originally planned for. Mattress Firm did provide a credit for inconvenience, but this experience was less than ideal. The only reason they are getting three stars is because if the in store feedback, and because despite the late delivery the drivers were friendly and efficient.

Lucas the GOAT maybe the Yak helped us find the right mattress. We actually left the store to try and hunt down a better deal but when we got to Denver mattress we found there sales staff to be kinda grimy and unpleasant. Overall we are super grateful for the price and the service. Thanks buddy!

If you are in need of a mattress and strapped for time, Jamie is your guy. We were able to get a mattress and frame in under 30 minutes and had it delivered and set up in less than a week. We even came back to Jamie to get an additional bed frame. He was great and very knowledgeable on mattresses and discounts as well. Great experience all around.

We went in late on a Saturday afternoon. There was no one in the store but us. The sales person, Parker, was great. He listened to the requests I had for our mattress purchase and showed us what we requested. He was knowledgeable and clever. Not a pushy sales person. The social distancing was followed by the store employees. He put paper pillow covers on the pillows so we could lay on the mattresses. We were in and out in 20 minutes. He made us feel like we received a good deal. “I’ll pay full price” said no girl ever!

I just bought a mattress here and I'm very satisfied with the experience. I was helped by Jamie I think and I forgot the other man's name. I'm Sorry! They worked with my budget and gave a lot of helpful discounts. I ended up with a mattress, box spring, sheet set, two pillows and a waterproof mattress protector for the same price as just the mattress and box spring. They even delivered it for free the next day! I slept like a baby last night and I have no complaints! Keep it up guys!

He was very kind, great customer service skills. Typical sales people though, not too pushy but typical sales gimmicks. Went in to buy a mattress and left with one. Didn't expect to buy a mattress at the first place we walked in to. Had to drive to their warehouse to pick up the mattress though, because they didn't have it in stock at the store I was at, but it was only 15 minutes away. I was a bit disappointed as i was told my payment for my mattress would be a certain amount and I get my stuff in the mail and my payment was doubled. So being on a fixed budget its going to be hard to pay the monthly payment but now I have no choice. Very disappointed.
