My mom and I went in Sep 6 and dealt with Richie. He was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We even returned after another store and my mom bought a bed. Delivery was next day! That went smoothly as well, but she couldn’t handle the height of the bed with full box springs. She called and was able to arrange for a week later to swap the springs for low profile. She’s over the moon now, and loves the bed completely. Only time will tell how it holds up over time, and it certainly was an expensive investment but she’s happy and sleeping better than she has in years. Thanks Richie!

This is the place to go for a mattress. They are extremely knowledgeable and there is absolutely no pressure or upsales. They give you the facts, educate you then leave you to make a decision. Richie was outstanding. He is definitely the person you want helping you. (But honestly everyone there is great) Richie helped me purchase the perfect mattress for our main bedroom. WE LOVE IT. So much so that I just purchased another one for our guest room. I cannot recommend this place enough. You won’t regret your decision to purchase from sleep outfitters. Wonderful experience with great prices. This was our first stop and we had no idea what we wanted. Richie took the time and asked us questions to figure out what we needed. After he showed us a few different options at various budgets. Since it was our first time buying a mattress we wanted to shop around. None of the other stores gave us the same service we got at sleep outfitters and sleep outfitters prices seemed to be the best at least for what we were looking at. We of course went back to sleep outfitters and bought a wonderful adjustable queen bed. I definitely recommend sleep outfitters and Richie for all your mattress needs

Richie was a great resource when we were looking for our mattress and helped us pick a very nice model. We had to wait a few weeks but not too bad considering. After sleeping on it for a month, I would give the mattress a 5 out of 5. But the delivery was another story. They knocked up my wall, and left mud all over the floor and ruined the whole experience. I would give them a 2 out of 5. DO NOT USE their delivery service but rent a van or get another service as it was not worth the aggravation. Follow up: Sleep Outfitters got back to me and seemed legitably interested in what went wrong. They even offered to pay for the rug cleaning and comped me a pillow.

My husband and I purchased our mattress 3 months ago from another mattress company. It was back ordered 6 weeks, we called sleep outfitters and they had the same mattress in stock and got it delivered that same week. First, the mattress is fabulous... seriously, if you’re contemplating a purchase, just spend the extra dough on something you’ll be happy with for a very long time. Second, the gentleman was very knowledgeable, and we were able to pickup our bed at the warehouse in Dayton instead of waiting for them to come in. I came in sleeping on an awful, cheap, broken mattress that I’ve been suffering on for years and now I am leaving with the most comfortable mattress I have ever laid on. Richie was super helpful, directed me to mattresses he thought I would like and got the perfect one on the second try. It’s firmer, but still soft enough to conform to my body and keeps my spine nice and comfortable no matter how I lay or even sit. I spend a lot of time on my bed, so that is very important! I also share my bed with two Siberian Huskies who are just going to love this new, plush mattress!

Great mattresses and prices I love my Stearns and foster mattress I Came in and saw richie awhile back. He was very helpful and made it easy to find the perfect be. All my back and neck pain is now gone. The only problem now, is that I sleep horrible in any other bed. I ended up going back in and purchasing the same bed for my other room and now sleep great there too. Do yourself a favor and go see Richie if you are having trouble sleeping or waking up with pain

I was assured everything would be sterile and to have my mask with me. When I arrived Richie was there and asked me some questions about how I slept and I recently moved into a new apartment and was ready for a new bed.
