Edited: 7/7/22 Pat was so helpful in letting me try out different mattresses and I really hope he has a wonderful day. Thank you for letting me switch out my mattress when the first wasn’t quite right! I found the issue for me was the free frame that came with my mattresses. The frame wasn’t supportive enough. So, the mattresses would always sag uncomfortably. But when I got my more expensive tempurpedic, I switched to having it sit on the ground on the box frame and now I sleep just fine! For those who also have this same issue, get your own sturdy frame and it will help immensely. The mattress mover crew was fantastic to work with! Highly recommend this place still :)

Michael was very helpful! Best place to buy a new bed! If buying a bed were just about ordering the "average" or most popular bed blindly you wouldn't even need to go to a store, but even if you end up in the typical bed it's about the process of finding out what your needs are and being sure you're making the right choice. Michael took a lot of time to go over the build and construction of the beds so we understood which would hold up well over time. He also explained that all the floor models (except one, which he pointed out) were two to three years old so after many various people bouncing around on them it showed how much they would soften up over a period of several years. We ended up with the right bed for the right reasons, and feel secure because we tried all the options and we know there's a 120 day exchange even if we changed our minds later. What a great experience at Sleep Outfitters!

Bought our mattress from this place a few years ago, and it is still holding up really well. We paid a fair price for it, but it was definitely worth it. Only giving it four stars because the negotiation with the sales associate was kind of sketchy and he reneged on some promised discounts and then acted like he was doing us a favor when he gave them back.

This place is amazing! The personal service was among the best we have experienced anywhere for any product. We did not start out at this tore and we now regret it. Every time we returned to the store, Dave remembered us and the my wife's back issues. He spent quite some time explaining the mechanics and science of mattresses and especially Tempurpedic models. My wife usually will wake with a backache. We were able to try out one model for a month and a half and then, after a small restocking fee, Dave made a game-saving suggestion that alleviates her morning pain. The Luxe Adapt Soft did the trick. If, like us, you are not expert in mattress lore and you are particular about the feel and comfort of a mattress, this is the store to visit and Dave McKiernan is the person to see. Both deliveries were on time and made by people who were good at their jobs and very friendly.

Wes was great at explaining everything and directed me to a better quality mattress at less cost than the one I was looking at. He also got me scheduled for delivery on the day I wanted. I received both email notifications and a phone call right before delivery, as promised. The delivery guys were willing to move my mattresses around to accommodate the delivery, which they didn't have to do, and noticed that the queen box spring would not fit down the basement steps. I'd forgotten to mention that to Wes, so in the end I kept my existing split box spring and the guys took the new one back and said I'd be issued a refund. My husband loved the sleep he got that first night (it was his birthday) and now we're just waiting for the box spring refund. Thanks for everything!!
