Recently stopped at the Mattress Firm Easton location. This was planned just be our first stop around town shopping options and pricing. Ended up purchasing a new mattress on the spot. I felt very good about the purchase because of my sales person, Jarrett’s knowledge. Knowing that there is a trial period for the new bed also removes my worry of making the right decision.

I had a great experience working with Chad and Jarrett. They were immediately helpful as soon as we walked through the door. Prior to coming to Mattress Firm we stopped at another store, close by, to look at mattresses and were in the store at least 20-25 minutes, on a day that was not busy, and no one came to offer help. We were greeted at Mattress firm as soon as we walked in the door and they got to work to help us determine our best options. The mattress we selected came a lot firmer than we expected which required the need for an exchange. Chad was very helpful with presenting a next round of options. The process was seamless and I was scheduled for delivery in 2 days. I would definitely suggest this location for anyone looking to buy a mattress. I definitely appreciate the experience I had here.

Excellent service. I went to look for a mattress did find one I liked on clearance but with everything I wanted was still out my price range. Went to another store purchased a mattress set they seemed good enough for me. Next day I went back to mattress firm spoke to same rep Mr Albert Friend, we talked for about 45 minutes looking at different mattresses online he even called the outlets to see what they had. I finally showed him what I purchased and the price of it. He said let me see if I can at least match that price. He came back gave me exactly what I needed including delivery and pick up of my old mattress less than what I paid for at the other store. He worked with me and listened to me. I'm excited to get my new bed this weekend delivered! I highly recommend mattress firm and when going there ask for Albert Friend, he is a great rep and will help you out.

Great and friendly service. Our sales person (Alex) was incredibly nice, as well as informative. The best part of the experience was the fact that we were not overly pressured to make a decision or purchase...which made it feel like it was truely our decision in the end. He provided the information about financing and left it up to my wife and I to talk it over without any feeling pushed to do so. He even did his best to let us know about the deals and details of our financing, which may ultimately help us make an additional purchase for other furniture down the road. He was willing to listen to my issues and explain the difference between various mattresses. My wife and I went into Mattress Firm at Easton today to buy a new mattress today. 10 years is a long time to keep a mattress and ours had given its last breath. We walked in and looked around. They had everything from extremely reasonable to "We need third jobs to pay this!". The selection was quite extensive but we managed to narrow it down to 3 possibilities. Our salesman came over just at the right time. He walked through what the differences between the 3 were and let us try each of them out. We agreed on the one that felt right to each of us. When he gave us the price we realized that we could get an adjustable frane for it as well. Needless to say that we walked out of there with more than a mattress for much less than we had budgeted for. Most importantly we walked out of there happy and in about 1/2 hour. All of our questions were answered and the warranties on our purchases were much better than we would have thought. Thank you Mattress Firm for turning this experience into a positive one. We know where we're going in another 10 years for the next one!

Very friend and know their stuff about mattresses. Answered all my questions and told me everything I needed to know. I was going to buy two beds and after talking to them, I really only needed one bed and another frame. Nobody else told me that, everyone else tried to sell me two beds. But since I only needed to get a frame I got a really nice one that folds, massages and heats your feet lol. Nice

He listened to what we wanted in a mattress and instantly he had 3 options for us. I called ahead to ask about a full size mattress for our daughter, and he had thoroughly checked the stores inventory before we came in. After arriving at the store, he helped us choose the perfect mattress for our budget. When we realized that we had arrived too late to take it home the same day, our 5 year old was understandably a bit disappointed. My husband and I came to Mattress Firm today to shop around for a new mattress for an upcoming move. We worked with Albert Friend, who was knowledgable and friendly throughout the process. He started by pointing us in the direction of the mattress type that might work best for us based on how we sleep, and was able to adapt recommendations based on what we liked or didn't like. He gave us plenty of time to consider each mattress we were interested in, and provided equal information about every mattress we wanted to try. We did not feel pressured during our visit, but because of the great sale we ended up deciding to buy while we were there. Because we aren't yet at our new apartment, Albert worked with us to arrange for the mattress to be delivered once we move to our new place, which was a huge help to us.

Albert Friend was awesome! We needed a mattress the same day we went in and so we got one in a box. Albert allowed us to take a sample empty box and try to fit it in our car before sending us over to the warehouse where we were able to pick up the mattress the same day. I purchased a mattress and box spring from another retailer, from whom I had purchased a bedroom suite. The bedroom furniture arrived, but the mattress and box did not. I called the retailer and they indicated it would be a week before they could do anything for me, and the box spring was "not in stock". I cancelled the purchase and went to Mattress Firm on a Saturday. Both associates working there jumped all over this and sold me a fantastic mattress that would be delivered that following Monday afternoon. Quick, and free of charge. They also aggressively discounted a floor model mattress that was exactly what I was looking for in order to bring it into my price range. I couldn't be happier. They did what had to be done to win my business and now I'll go to Mattress Firm first whenever I need mattresses or box springs. To that other retailer, I say: "Take notes. This is how it's done right!" Thank you so much!

The short version: Albert Friend was awesome and I recommend working with him if you are a woman purchasing a mattress solo since he is not pushy at all. The long version: I purchased a mattress and mattress protector from Albert Friend just over a month ago. I brought my husband along because I had previously had negative experiences with pushy salespeople at Sleep Outfitters, however, Albert Friend was absolutely amazing to us and the opposite of what I expected from a salesman. When we walked in, I told him that I wanted a nice twin mattress and that my budget was $2000 and I was especially interested in a tempurpedic-style mattress. Albert showed us a few expensive models, but also encouraged us to try some of the bed-in-a-box models that were waaay cheaper when I mentioned that we were viewing the mattress as an investment and that we would be emptying our savings account for a nice mattress. I have scoliosis and wanted something nice so that my back wouldn't ache. We ended up trying the Tulo Liv at Albert's suggestion and he was really great about pulling down different versions for us to try (soft and medium). Albert seemed really relaxed while we tried different mattresses compared to other salespeople that helped me at other mattress stores and the whole process was just very comfortable and easy. When we were making the purchase Albert helped explain the differences between each mattress protector and when I was leaning toward the most expensive cooling mattress protector Albert let me know that if I didn't "sleep hot" I would probably get along with the less expensive protector. I ended up purchasing the Twin XL Tulo Liv with a mattress protector for less than 1/4 of what I was prepared to spend. I am soooooooo happy that we got to work with Albert because a month later the mattress is broken in and it is great for my back. I'm so glad I didn't end up spending $2000 when Albert set us up with a great mattress & protector for under $450. I recommend Tulo Liv also (although it did take a few weeks to break in- which Albert told us. After those first few weeks I absolutely love it and get great sleep!). Highly highly recommend Albert Friend at Mattress Firm! I hope he's still there the next time we have to buy a mattress :-)
