Buying a mattress can easily become extremely overwhelming very quickly. Andres (Devine street location) found a pre owned mattress on clearance which was a perfect fit for what I wanted at a fraction of the original price and within my budget. Boston at this location was fantastic in showing me the mattress, purchasing, and coordinating delivery. Next day delivery was seamless, and the delivery guys were efficiently in & out. You’ll be assigned a two hour window and receive a call when you’re the next stop. There’s also a website to track the truck. 10/10 service on every aspect of this sale!

*Ask for Nichole! She’s truly exceptional.* After a very disappointing experience with Havertys, ($599 delivery fee and not willing to negotiate more than $100 on an order of $10,000) I decided to look for a new mattress with Mattress Firm. Thankfully Nichole was filling in at the Sandhills location 12/1. She asked a few questions and began explaining the differences within the Tempur-Pedic line and other brands. The LuxeAdapt was one mattress not on display at the Sandhills location but she let me know her main location had it in stock. Today I met with her again and decided on the Tempur-Pedic LuxeAdapt and an adjustable base. Nichole knows her stuff and made the entire process super easy. She spent over an hour with me today and at least an hour yesterday. You can tell she cares about you and wants the best for your situation. Ask for her, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks Nichole!
