We came in the evening, and sometimes when you go into shops in the evening the people who work there really cant be bothered...their tired, want to go home. But not here! John who helped us was awesome. He was so patient with us trying all the bed lol. Didnt try to rush us out at all. Did I mention I had my kids there? They were also trying the beds. John was also really patient and kind to them too, gave them treats and smiles. So if your mattress shopping and you have to bring your kids along this place really had a child friendly attitude. He explained the pros and cons of the variety of mattress sets we were planning to choose from. He made sure we understood the difference between getting financed and using progressive leasing. He showed us the mattresses that were half off and answered our questions throughout the process. We are extremely satisfied with the his service. The delivery team was very good as well. They arrived between the time suggested and it didn't take long to set up everything. Overall I appreciate a smooth process, from beginning to the end.

My wife and I came here to buy a mattress. I went into this thinking that we'd get something similar to what we're replacing. I was wrong. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by our sleep expert, Carmella. We told her what we had, but she suggested that we should try other mattresses. I was skeptical and really wanted get this done quickly. I think she picked up on that but she still suggested that we try various mattresses. Well it worked. We purchased something totally different from what we planned on. Paid a little bit more, but I am satisfied with the selection. I am glad that I listened to Carmella. She helped us make a more informed decision and she pointed out things things we didn't expect. She is definitely a sleep expert. Today on a rainy morning my daughter and I stopped at mattress firm on 95th and western. She was looking for a mattress and so was I. Carmella the sales lady was very helpful professional not pushy knowledgeable of the pressure points of the body. What mattress or pillows that may accommodate your body Type. If you are a back or side sleeper. Requiring a soft or firm mattress. Testing the mattress by laying on it for awhile, not rushing you to make a sale. Taking your time to feel the mattress. I needed a new mattress because I hadn't bought one in about 3yrs, and when I did buy one I bought a mattress and box springs for a store that sold rental display you know like when you go to a show (similar to a auto show) and have a display with furniture. Well never the less the bed didn't last but a few years. So my girl told me to go to Mattress Firm and check out their mattresses and fail love with the Memory Foam mattress! And April (wish I would have asked her for her last name)at 2442 west 95th street in Evergreen Park IL location (just outside of Chicago) she was a great sales associate with a lot of knowledge, Thank you again April for all your help and I would highly recommend this company and location! 😁🥰

I was a little skeptical, when I arrived at the store on Saturday afternoon, because I was so focused on staying within a specific price range versus the comfort level. But Rick and Carmella, reassured me that I did not have to sacrifice my comfort level for a lesser priced mattress. They both helped make the process of selecting the "perfect mattress" for me so easy and hassle-free. I am completely satisfied with both the comfort level and price of my mattress selection. And the next day deliver, on a Sunday, was just awesome. Rick and Carmella are both extremely patient, knowledgeable, customer-focused and stellar professionals. It was great experience by Carmella really helped me out in choosing a mattress I will be giving a 6 month review on the mattress and the adjustable base I got. Side note: Kimberly was okay. She seemed really nice overall but to me she gave me a “fake it till you make it” attitude.... the vibe wasn’t there with her like it was Carmella. When I asked Carmella questions she took the time to help me understand what I was purchasing and making sure I was comfortable compared to Kimberly when I asked her the same question twice to make sure I understood for my benefit she kinda had a different tone towards the end of the sale compared to the beginning when I walked in. I’ve been customer service for years so trust me I customer service. Overall experience was great just I don’t know if she was tired, irritated by me (even though I barely spoke to her) or whatever the case may be. Definitely needs to work on it

Several Days ago I got a ad about Adjustable beds on sale at Mattress Firm. My friend Sabryna searched to find the closest location and a direct phone number. I called and spoke with Joe, who would be out of the office until today. I gathered myself and went to Evergreen. Told Joe I was outside and I had come to test the soft, medium and firm mattresses with adjustable frames in Queen size. I did just that and made a selection. I will have to wait until Tuesday to give anymore details. Joe was extremely clear and professional. He is about the business of selling beds. I am pleased with how things went, but I will not jump the gun. Right now I will speak on the interaction of the day. I do not have the bed, set etc. Yet, but I will give Joe a 5 star rating on how he handle the day and in how he convinced me to purchase an adjustable that included feet and head elevation.

It has been long overdue for a new mattress and I'm glad I stopped in at this location. Due to the pandemic the store wasn't crowded at all they actually make appointments which I thought was wonderful. The store manager Farrell was very respective of social distancing due to the pandemic and allowed ample space as I was in the store looking around. Although I was a walk-in Farrell was able to squeeze me in and In no time I was able to pick a new mattress and finalize my delivery. The delivery process was just as great. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Additionally, due to some miscommunication around the need for a bunky board I ended up coming back to the store to order a couple right before close at 5:50pm. Eric was very understanding and ended up comping me for the twin size and having me only pay for the full size. Both arrived at the location down the street the very next day for pick up.

My wife and I found an excellent bed at this mattress firm! The salesman, Rick, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! We weren't going to go with the ajustable base, but Rick performed a demo of it and we were sold! I'll definitely come back here for my next mattress and the impecable service!

Normally I don't take the time to leave reviews but given my experience I wanted to make sure that that the sales associates who assisted me was acknowledged for her patience, hard work and outstanding customer service. Honestly if I started at this location and working with Carmella Lewis, I know my order would have been handled right the first time. I order a mattress 2 years ago for myself from mattress firm loved it but since I was trying to get my daughter to sleep in her own room thought it would be an easier transition if I switched the bed she had been sleeping on from my room to her room and buy myself another matress. When I went to another location on 3/9 to purchase the exact same mattress I was informed that the matress had been discontinued. I informed the sales person that I was a side sleeper and wanted a supportive soft memory foam mattress as close to the one on my previous order. After trying out a few that never felt quite right she made a suggestion and informed me that I could exchange it if it did not meet my needs. I had started a new job not too long before so different hours, plus now a new bed, I noticed rather quickly that I wasn't sleeping well. Chalking it up to needing to break the bed in I allowed this to continue for about 2 weeks. One morning I woke up to a sharp pain on my side that's when I finally connected it to the bed. Upon researching my new bed comparing it to the old one they were completely differently in most notably the new was a firm and my old was a plush. When I called the location back and explained that I had pains and this is not what was discussed they informed me that I could come in to set up the exchange of the bed but it would not take place until the 30 day period passed. Irritated but accepting of the terms I tried to sleep on the bed an additional 2 days that's when I noticed a bruise on my hip. I looked up this location in Evergreen because it was closer to my house, went in when it opened on a Sunday and explained the situation. The new bed was ordered incorrectly, causing pain and bruising plus I needed my rest and I did not need to "break in" my previously purchased bed . She was very sympathetic walked me through what I had order both times and how they differ with full transparency. Then she fitted me with the perfect bed it was delivered the next day. I just woke up and eventhough it's fresh off the truck it still feels 1 mil percent better than the bed that I had for almost a month. I'm even able to sleep on my sore side. You all really need to acknowledge this person she did a great job and saved a customer because I was truly on the edge of just returning the bed all together and going somewhere else.
