Really down to earth guy. We had really great conversations during my visit to the business. I was given ample time to try out the queen size mattresses. I chose one and was given a huge discount from the retail price! Same day FREE delivery and he even helped me remove my old mattress. Great business, great guy and an outstanding individual. I would suggest ANYONE that is looking for a quality replacement mattress to go by Mattress By Appointment right here in Cheyenne!

My daughter needed a new mattress. I saw Mattress by Appointment on Facebook Marketplace and messaged them on the availability. Scott, messaged me back promptly to set up an appointment with us this morning. And got us a nice twin mattress for my daughter. He was very informative on the mattresses available in his store. An awesome Veteran owned company ran by a great fella! My husband and I just purchased a mattress and smart frame and couldn't be more please with it! Very nice, knowledgeable and awesome guy! EXCELLENT service! He was prompt and ready to meet with us at the time of the appointment. He was very honest and helped us find the bed that would best suit our needs. He helped deliver the bed after right after we bought it to our house. Bed is so comfortable and reasonably priced. Bed was new and still plastic. Would definitely refer him to anyone needing a new bed!!
