My wife and I had a great experience in the Charleston Sleep Number location. April allowed us to experience true comfort on a few of the SN models. She was kind and informative. April was persistant to make sure we tested several models but was not pushy for us to make a decision. We went to lunch, discussed our options (other manufacturers included) and returned to make our purchase.

I had a $100 credit for the store I had no idea that I had. Informed the employee that I was not able to afford a new bed right now. She said she could send me 2 pillows free to me using the credit, so I definitely accepted.

It was an easy choice. Although there were computer issues, they worked through them and closed the sale effectively! Great job by both the salesmen. Kudos!!

If you're wondering how people could go and buy a $5k+ bed, wonder no more. Their product speaks for itself in the testimonials of everyone we know that bought one and the overwhelming amount of reviewers online. Perhaps like most, our back problems brought us to this store but the customer service is what's going to help us eventually make a purchase. We haven't done it yet (a bed that expensive needs a little time to decide) but, I think we're gonna work it out. Can honestly say, I've never had my shoes off and laid in a bed in the middle of the mall...LOL! I blame your staff for my compromising position, teehee. Jasmyn was extremely attentive, well-focused on our needs, and even stayed well after closing to help us. Keep up the great work Sleep Number, customer service standards set by your staff as well as your product should keep you in business for a long time.

Kevin is the nicest salesman, down to earth and knows his beds. Very informative and kind. I recommend his place of business if your looking for a matress and/or box springs. Great sheets also.

Very expensive Ordered 2 pillows and still needed to have it sent to my house. I was told 3 to 5 days tops for delivery and I'm still waiting 11 days later to receive them. If there own Employess are not on sale page with there warehouse, I won't be going back. Number 1 rule is to never say anything you cannot back up. Guessing or making it up is unprofessional and not exceptable.
