Rhonda is why I would be loyal to Mattress Firm. She is exceptional in every way. She doesn’t pressure during the sales process and genuinely listens and cares about her customers. She’s a rare gem and if I owned a business I’d hire her in a heartbeat. She patiently helped me make the final decision of which mattress would be best for my husband and I. She provided me with clear answers to my 100 questions and was genuinely exemplary at her job. Her answers were informative and helpful and I’d highly recommend seeing her at Mattress Firm for your mattress purchase. Why deal with anyone else when you can work with Rhonda? I hope she is still there in the future for any other mattress needs I will have because anyone else would just be disappointing after my experience with Rhonda. Mattress Firm is lucky to have her.

Even though they didn’t carry the exact model I chose at Value City, I went into the store the next day. Rhonda took the time to show me several different options, was very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Pricing is competitive. I would highly recommend Rhonda to anyone looking to purchase a new mattress.

My experience today at mattress firm was great! Jeremy was a huge help and was able to fit us with the perfect bed AND pillows. I’ve been searching for a new pillow for a very long time and have had zero luck until today. The store was very clean, well lit and had many beds to choice from. I’d highly recommend you visit if you’re in need of a new bed, base or pillow.

We went in knowing very well we needed a new bed at the best price. Jeremy went above what either of us had expected while looking for the correct bed for us. Then he made sure we could bring a bed home in a reasonable time frame for the price that worked in our budget. Went in for a new mattress and didn’t really know what I wanted. Jeremy was very helpful and asked me a handful of questions before making any suggestions. He had me try a few mattresses and explained why he picked them. I didn’t feel pressured to pick one, he let me come to the decision on my own. He knew what he was talking about and was very patient. Also, he was upfront about some products might be on back order. Thankfully, the mattress I ordered was in stock and I’m able to have it on hold for 10 days, giving me time to get it when I need.

The customer service at MattressFirm at the East Beltline store was outstanding! I was greeted warmly and felt welcomed as soon as I entered the store. The sleep expert, Rhonda, was professional, knowledgeable about the product, answered my questions and provided excellent ideas on which box springs that could be used with a vintage brass bed. I would absolutely recommend this store!
