Jenny and Patty made me and my family feel right @home when walking through the door. Both lady's are very knowledgeable, thorough, professional and seemed genuinely concerned with our needs and the budget we were working with. My nearly three year old son accompanied me and my wife and became a bit rambunctious during our visit. They both expressed tremendous understanding and patient with us. We found the perfect mattress and for an exceptional price. Great shopping experience!....

Went in today to see about a Full size mattress for my guest bedroom and met with Staci. She welcomed me as soon as I walked into the store. She was so friendly and helpful listened to what I was looking for and then gave me options to choose from. I ended up going with a nicer mattress thanks to Staci and a bunker board I didn’t know even existed, again thanks to Staci. Most of the time I feel sales people are always trying to upscale me, but today I felt like I was listened to and respected. Thanks for having a great employee like Staci at your Store, wish there were more like her in this World!

I went to Mattress Firm looking for a new mattress of course. I was greeted by Patty who was amazing. I have been having several issues trying to get good sleeping, ranging from tossing and turning stay sleep through the night and waking up with back pains. I 100% recommend this store! Teka was absolutely amazing! I had been trying since the 30th of September to buy a mattress but every time I tried to process the order online it wouldn’t go through due to me having to wait to receive my card in the mail to activate my account… it was more than frustrating…. I finally just thought to try to go the store to see if there was anything they could do for me. I was able to buy everything I wanted and more all for less than what online was quoting me. Teka was able to get me taken care of in about 20-30 minutes of walking in the door and got my account activated for me so I could get my 24 months financing.

Went to just check on mattresses for a new bed and didn't really expect to find one on the first day but Staci was so good at listening to what we needed and what would be best for us and was very attentive to our preferences that we ended up finding the perfect mattress for us. Want to give a huge shout out to Stacy for giving finally some sort of answer of what is going on . She is out of the Trussville store when we ordered From Hoover on the 23rd of Feb. The delivery dates have changed multiple times even told to come to the ware house and we could just pick up on the 25th and when we did go there , we were told by the warehouse that they don't even have our order nor do they have our mattress In stock and they never even received a call from the store No call yesterday to comfirm 2nd delivery date so we call and they moved it again out to the tenth. So call the store back today and was informed I could call back because he was the only one working and has a customer in store and I would have to call back or call another store. Tried calling the customer service no answer , no response to the help chat on line and finally called Stacey at the Trussville store and she has took the time to explain things in a better understanding for us. Yes we should be patient in most cases but we also have a 73 year old man sleeping on a couch because his old bed was taken down and given away when we thought we we going to be able to pick his new one up on the 25th from the warehouse. For Stacey A+ for communication , respectful and professionalism. For hoover that is still to be determined if we ever get said bed.

Great Store, Great Mattresses, Great Prices! I needed to replace 3 mattresses and purchase a 4th. I did a lot of research on memory foam mattresses and found that the Tulo brand mattresses were rated the best on non-biased websites. One reason is because you can try them at Mattress Firm before you purchase. I tried them and purchased 3 queens (for the price of twins - it was the sale at the time - excellent price) and a few weeks later under another promotion, went back and purchased a Tulo split King and adjustable base. Alex the manager for this location, was fantastic! He is very knowledgeable about all of their products, did not pressure sell me, explained all warranties and return policies, showed me some accessories to protect my investment AND I got a clearance headboard at a great deal. I waiting a month before reviewing so we could get used to the new mattresses and give a fair review. I highly recommend this Mattress Firm location, Tulo mattresses and manager, Alex! Thanks Mattress Firm for the ability to try Tulo before purchasing and for well trained and personable personnel!!

Be prepared to make $11.88 your first 60-90 days of employment. They advertise "commission eligibility" after a week or two but in reality thats overflow customers only that must be split which won't equal more than your hourly rate. You can't be on your own for at least 4 weeks and the ERP software is very tough to navigate and not user friendly at all. Sunny is a very good trainer and they do what they can given the constraints they're in.

Beds aren't something you rush and JUST PICK. YOU HAVE TO LAY ON THEM LIKE YOU WOULD AT HOME I GENERALLY CHAT ON THE PHONE TEXT PEOPLE CHECK MY EMAILS WHILE I LAY ON DIFFERENT BEDS OR HOLD CONVERSATIONS WITH THE SALES PERSON THESE TWO PEOPLE ALLOWED ME TO DO JUST THAT I DIDN'T RUSH ME THEY DIDN'T KEEP BUGGING ME THEY ALLOWED ME TO RELAX ON THE BED AS THOUGH I WAS AT HOME THEY GAVE PLENTY OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE ONES I HAD QUESTIONS OF AND IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE I HAVE BEEN TO THREE DIFFERENT STORES THAT DAY BEEN TO SEVERAL STORES THROUGHOUT THE PAST FEW MONTHS I'M GLAD THIS IS WHERE I LANDED MY DECISION THE LORD BLESSED ME IN THIS PLACE VERY WELL I GOT A FLOOR SAMPLE WITH A GREAT DISCOUNT AND YES IT WILL BE SANITIZED BEFORE DELIVERED AND THEY JUST MADE YOU FEEL ALMOST LIKE THEY WEREN'T THERE UNTIL YOU NEEDED THEM BUT THEY DEFINITELY MADE THEIR PRESENCE KNOWN TO A POINT OF COMFORT I'VE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO THREE OTHER PEOPLE SINCE YESTERDAY TRUST ME YOU'LL LOVE THIS LOCATION. NOT JUST THE LOCATION YOU'LL LOVE THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE.
