When I initially purchased my mattress September 2022, I was hoping to have it delivered in October of the same year, however, the people that installed my new windows had never come to make them right and my bedroom furniture was still away from the walls where There was little to no room for two big husky men carrying a mattress. At any rate having my mattress delivered just sort of slipped my mind until I got a phone call from you folks. It was then that I made an executive decision to have my mattress delivered as soon as practical. By the two delivery men, Tony and Kelby, went above and beyond. Not only was it necessary for them to return to my home once but twice because I was not home the first time they arrived. They were very conscientious and careful. I would definitely have them deliver anything to my home in the future. I rested very well on my new mattress last night. I love it other than having to put sheet garters on the corners so they stay where they’re supposed to be. I don’t think that sheets are being made at this point to accommodate the thicker mattresses but I will work with that using the garters.

Kyle was absolutely fantastic! Extremely helpful and professional, my girlfriend and I have been wanting a new mattress for a long time but couldn't figure out on what kind would work best for us. Went in to purchase a mattress, talked with someone and tried the bed match system. Found a mattress we liked and agreed to buy another day, day of purchase arrive and we had been quoted a incorrect price by $50.00 not a big deal. Then as I’m purchasing find out that unless I buy a new box spring $250 that the warranty will be voided. Happy with purchase just would have liked to have all the information when pricing was given. Owner responded review adjusted to reflect their positive attitude towards improvement.

First received details from someone via text on what I had wanted. Eventually went in to the store on Grand Ave to make my purchase. I had to have surgery and couldn’t get it delivered right away, which wasn’t an issue for them. When I was ready for delivery, the day I picked was available. They even took my old box spring and rails for free! I highly recommend to anyone. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. Great place that didn’t seem like they were just after my money. Outstanding customer service, reasonable prices, and excellent selection of inventory for all budget levels. The main reason we went in was for the sleepSCAN experience. It allowed us to make an informed decision about the type mattress we needed based on science. One of the owners, Kyle, expertly pinpointed some mattresses in different price ranges and features. At no point did I feel pressured or steered toward a decision. Kyle offered information and engagement with the product, but allowed us the space to find out what felt comfortable. Once we made our decision, and signed up for an interest-free loan, the young men who delivered the mattress did a phenomenal job in placement and navigated our small hallway without incident. After having slept on it for 2 weeks now, our sleep has been deeper and we feel more rested. Other than marrying my wife, probably the best decision I've made in 20 years!

After going to 4 different furniture stores in town to look at mattresses, we arrived at Mattress King as our last stop and felt so comfortable from the get-go. Absolutely amazing experience! First off, we had no idea what we would need or like when we first started shopping around for a new mattress. We were so overwhelmed and confused at all the options there were and had no idea where to start. The cool thing was, they did an analysis on myself and my wife's back, to see where the pressure points are, and to fit a bed to our needs. There was no pressure, or trying to upsell us on something we either didn't want or need. All staff (including delivery guys) were extremely friendly and accommodating. I have never bought a mattress like this before and it is awesome! I will never go anywhere else and will recommend mattress king to anyone and everyone.

This was the 3rd store I checked out for buying a mattress. I was very impressed. I really liked the test they give you by laying on their test mattress, it really helps you to know what you need! I have purchased 2 beds in the last 6 years -both uncomfortable. Someone recommended the BedMatch system so I tried it - 2 different times a few months apart. The same beds (although newer models) were recommended. I decided to go for it as it was a better method than lying on a bed in a store for 15 min which hasn't worked out well. My bed arrived earlier than expected and the delivery to Red Lodge was free. And the more important part was the bed itself. I have now slept through the night for 3 nights in a row. I can't tell you the last time that happened. I wake up without knee or hip pain and feel rested. This bed has been a game changer. The staff at Mattress King were amazing, the service beyond compare, and the bed is better than I hoped.

Clark was our salesman and he was super helpful and professional and we ended up choosing the Nectar mattress which just happened to come with a free bedding bundle for the 4th of July. Overall, we love the bed and are super happy. We did, however, find a fly stuck in between two layer of the protective cover. I emailed Nectar but they told me to just talk to Mattress King for a replacement. So I called Mattress King up and the lady I spoke to was awesome and she sent a replacement receipt to the warehouse right away and they completely replaced our bedding set. I will definitely be recommending Mattress King to friends and family as well as returning for any other bedding things I need.

Friendly, helpful, no pressure sales and a great selection. I bought the Q Brilliance mattress with an adjustable base and I never knew a bed could be so comfortable. I have back, hip, and shoulder injuries to deal with and I'm 60 years old, but after just a week on this bed I felt completely different in the morning, and after a month, no more morning pain, grunting, or bent over walking. I tell people that getting into this bed is like stepping off the earth into weightlessness.

My husband and I have made two purchases from Mattress King in the past two years. The first being a Queen Mattress from their Grand Avenue Location. We worked with Jay, who asked us questions about what we wanted and needed, and then gave us options that fit our budget. I did not feel like he was trying to sell us on something, rather he was genuinely trying to help us find a mattress that we would both sleep well on. Our second experience with Mattress King was in November. We purchased a Dresser and a Headboard/bed frame from their Warehouse. Our experience was very similar to our in store purchase. We did not experience any pressure to purchase, and the young men working were very helpful in helping us find what we needed while staying within our budget. We had Mattress King deliver to our home with both purchases and were extremely impressed with the process. The young men were courteous, efficient, and very professional.

I came into Mattress King to buy a mattress frame for my full size bed. The salesman knew, cause of our conversation, that I was looking for a dining room chair for my apartment, which I didn't have any. He told me they had one at "clearance price" at their other store across town. He had them sent a picture over of what it looked like, Wow, a really beautiful dining room material chair that went for over $200. cause of a very small tear, not noticeable, ready for this.. For $25. This was great, truely made my day! These guys are the best!!! The salesman was Marty, Great guy!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
