We really loved working with Carly! She took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us find and order something in to be perfect for us! She was very quick to reply and good at keeping us updated on when our furniture was coming in. We love our new living room set! It was also a much better price than anything else we looked at in town or online. We highly recommend boxdrop. My son got a mattress from her last year as well and was super happy with that experience as well!

Carly was super patient with my indecisiveness on what kind of furniture we were looking for in our basement and living room upstairs. I went with one thing in mind and changed my mind multiple times. I absolutely LOVE the sofa and loveseat we picked for upstairs and the sectional for the basement is awesome! From ordering to delivery (soda and loveseat were in stock but we had to order the sectional as we wanted it in the box) to my door was 2 1/2 weeks which was so impressive. Delivery was fast, efficient and affordable. I did order pillow covers as the pillows didn’t match my current decor upstairs but they did work for the basement so ordered pillow forms to complete the look. I highly recommend and will definitely reach out to her for any future furniture needs.

This was in fact the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a mattress. Carly, the owner, greeted me at the door and instantly made me feel comfortable and not pressured in any way. She asked what I was looking for, had me lay on several display beds and made my final decision easy. I would highly recommend Boxdrop and Carly to anyone looking for a new mattress and/or upgrade.

My husband and I just moved to billings, and we desperately needed furniture. I am so happy we found this place! They went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for and for the BEST Price. We purchased a leather power recling sectional that fits perfectly in our house and hold up well with our 2 dogs and baby. We shopped around and this place is the Best quality for the Best price. Plus it is a family owned local business. The owner was super nice and very accommodating. If you are looking for furniture you wont be disappointed coming here!
