Mary was absolutely amazing to deal with. We had a mattress that was older but still was under warranty. Mary was able to help us find a great mattress to replace it with! My boyfriend prefers a soft mattress and I really like a firm mattress. She walked us through all of our options and was able to find us a mattress in the middle that we both fell in love with. If I bought another mattress I would only want to shop with Mary. Her dedication and attention to detail are unmatched. We are so happy she was there to assist us!

Where to begin!? We knew exactly what we were looking for when mattress shopping. When we stepped into the store, we explained we were there to try out a mattress before purchasing it offline. We were straight forward and Tom, the salesperson didn’t try to sway us or sell us. He gave us SPACE & we didn’t feel like he was hawking us down. He was very knowledgeable and personable, as well as amiable and tenacious without being pushy!! We decided to buy the bed while we were there because if anyone deserved to earn anything off a sale, it was Tom! Now, our bed was supposed to be brought in on Wednesday (today) and when it didn’t show up on his morning truck he called us right away to apologize. We weren’t worried about it. We still have a bed to get rid of. He was headed to Columbia for a meeting and that store just so happened to have our mattress is stock so he picked it up and HAND DELIVERED it to us on his way home. What a stand up, genuine guy!! If you’re in the market for a mattress or frame - make sure you see Tom at the Mattress Warehouse in Perry Hall (Bel Air Rd). You won’t be disappointed! This man deserves all the commission and a raise! (Hint, hint) Thanks Tom! You Rock!

Mary was very helpful from the moment she greeted us entering the store. It was 4th of July weekend on a Sunday. I told her I was interested in a queen mattress for my guest room and she discussed the options, walked around the store with us and helped us with the display which led to us picking out a queen set. Mary was WONDERFUL!!! To say she was incredibly helpful is an understatement. Both my husband and I were in desperate need of a new mattress. However, neither of us enjoy shopping for one. My husband and I went bed shopping at Mattress wear house on bel air road. We meet Mrs. Mary. She was so helpful and got us in our new nectar gel king size bed. She was very knowledgeable of all the different beds which really helped us. We received our bed and it had a defect. No fault of anyone’s. Just a defect. She was prompt on replacing it with no issues. She was able to get the delivery set up for Saturday morning, which was awesome so that neither of us had to take off work. She asked me about my interest in bedding,. Then, took some personal information from me. I asked about the diagnostic system that would assist in my selection of the appropriate mattress. She reviewed the process with me. Afifa was very patient, kind and knowledgeable about the products that we we reviewing to make my final decision. So I had to take my old mattress myself to the dump. Haul it out of the house and load it in the truck. We bought a mattress from Will at Mattress Warehouse on July 3 and we eagerly await its delivery later this week. I must qualify my rating, as there are components to it. Why Will gets 5 stars: he was very friendly and led us through a useful process of determining what mattresses would be best for my husband and me, doing the Bed Test, which was cool. He led us through reviewing 5 recommended mattresses at various prices. We selected our choice and negotiated what we thought would be a reasonable price - though much more expensive than expected, we got to a price that was much less than list but also will give the salesman some, I hope, decent money from the sale. Mattress salespeople are just like car salespeople, so you will want to be at your best negotiating game...or bring someone who will negotiate for you if that's not your strength. That said, Will was very friendly and helpful and I recommend talking with him if you are seeking a mattress. Why Will gets 1 star: in this time of COVID-19, physical distancing and masks are absolutely a requirement - wear it over your mouth and nose at all times when interacting with those outside your immediate family. While Will had a mask on in beginning of our meeting, his mask kept slipping off his nose and mouth. Granted, with my hearing problems I asked him to repeat himself at times, but still...that mask has to stay on! Simply speak louder and slower. I was increasingly anxious as he continued to interact with us with the mask below his chin. My husband is a high-risk person for COVID-19 and I'm not far from high-risk due to my age. I asked twice for him to put on his mask, but it kept slipping off. So...Will, PLEASE keep your mask on at all times. The less anxious potential customers are, the better chance that they will buy from you. We gave you a pass and purchased the mattress...the next concerned potential customers just might walk out. This rating would rise to a 5 if the mask concern was not an issue.

i needed to purchase a new mattress right away after an incident with a wall charger catching fire. I called this location and over the phone asked about prices but wasn’t sure what I was looking for (I.e firm,soft etc) I also have a newborn so was hesitant to come in because I would need to bring him with me if I went today. Akisch gave me several options over the phone and gave me a time to come in when they were least busy so I could bring my 3 week old with me. He was very patient and kind and he had several options picked out for me in my price range and with different levels of firmness. In total he got me in and out within 30-45 minutes with the right price including my delivery fee, and without me feeling rushed! He was literally just that Good. I’ve never spent so little time furniture shopping and feeling so good about what I’ve brought. Will be buying from this location the next time I need a new mattress and with three kids I’m sure that’ll be soon.
