We had been to several nearby mattress stores and finally found what we wanted at Mattress Warehouse. Our salesman Nate was friendly and informative without being pushy. They delivered the mattress the next business day and didn't even charge us to take our old ones back (even though they said there would be a small charge).

This was my first experience buying a mattress. I had no idea what I was looking for, other than something to sleep on. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and they had me do a bed match. Ryan Miller was wonderful and made the experience quick, easy, and affordable. He had me try a few mattresses and knew exactly what would work with my sleeping position. I’m moving to Arlington, VA in a month and he set it up so that I will get the mattress and box spring the same day I move in. Thank you Ryan for educating me on all the things Mattresses. I never knew that buying a mattress could be so complicated especially if you want to get a good nights sleep and not wake up stiff and sore. I can't wait to get my new mattress. I went through the evaluation and received a print out of what is the best mattress for my husband and I. There were 5 and I tested them all and seriously I was so surprised. Found the one I think will be perfect and also purchased the lifter (not sure what its called) and a few pillows with a mattress cover. The best thing is you have to keep the mattress for 30 days and you have up to 100 days to swap out if you've made the wrong choice. How cool is that. Also want to thank a friend of mine who talked me into going to Mattress Warehouse and talking with Ryan. Best decision ever.

It’s important folks know how grateful I am to have met Ryan and work with him. I was in need of a new mattress and bed frame. My QOL was not great because of the inconsistent and lack of sleep, tossing and turning, etc. Anyway, I told Ryan what I was interested in and why. He helped guide me through a series of more questions to help find me the best mattress that would work with how I sleep. Ryan was very knowledgeable in all the products we discussed. He was professional and very friendly. I’m trying to keep this short and sweet. Bottom line, if you need a mattress, just go in and ask to speak with Ryan. He can assist to guide you through the process so it’s not as overwhelming as it may initially appear. Great customer service, great delivery, great mattress, great deal!

The salesperson are very nice my husband and I purchased a very nice bed but here is the issue our sales person asked us about a frame we said we had one but our bed was old nothing was said to us about getting a new frame. So I called customer service and got the run around telling me they would forward my issue to the district manager but have not heard anything . So I just went out and brought a new frame the salespeople.need to explain more about buying a bed we haven't gotten a new bed in 30 years so let's say I love my bed just explain the frame to other customers.

Best sales experience that I have ever had! I had been having back issues and thought that it may be related to our mattress. My wife went on line and contacted your store on Grove Rd. When we entered we were greeted by one of your sales professionals, Ryan Miller. I liked him immediately. He was not at all pushy and seemed to have our best interest at heart. I am a bit old school and was somewhat skeptical when he recommended that we try a mattress that would measure our comfort levels and in turn help him find the right mattress for us. After going through a few positions that Ryan recommended we completed the test. Based off of the testing Ryan recommended a mattress for us. IT WAS PERFECT! Being the skeptic I went ahead and tried a few others but none was like the one Ryan recommended. Ryan was honest from the start and I was really impressed with his professionalism. Went to Mattress Warehouse 3 weeks ago to "test drive" some mattresses. The experience from when we walked in the door to when we walked out was phenomenal. Nate was incredibly helpful and not "pushy". We did the diagnostic test and he walked us around to each mattress that met our needs. He explained the pros and cons of each one we looked at and we ultimately purchased a mattress and the adjustable frame. Delivery in three days and we have been sleeping wonderfully for the past two weeks. After a few visits to competitors I was relieved to meet Ryan Miller at the Grove Road location. He really took the pressure out of the buying process. When a tear developed in the base (we think due to it being dropped during delivery), Ryan worked his magic and got a new base delivered. Well this is how it started.. my wife and I picked a bad mattress at first. Common mistake I'm sure. So we did our 1 reselect spent more on the new bed. It's was delivered as promised. Got home that day was excited to try the new selection out. My wife and I spent just over a week in the new bed and man this thing was hurting me so bad that I couldn't even sleep in it.. my wife call the manager at the Frederick MD location and spoke with the manager Ryan..she explained that we made a terrible mistake. Ryan was awesome and spoke with the manufacturer of the mattress we picked and some how was able to get them to let us select again but within there brand. My wife calls Ryan and we set up a day to go meet with him again. We get there and my wife happened to have a pic of the tag off our old mattress and it just so happened Ryan had been in the mattress sales long enough that he knew about our old bed. We said what is now in place of this old style. He takes up over points it out. Lkng story short we worked back and forth on some stuff and ended up with the bed that we needed along with buying another bed for my son as well. Spent the last 2 nights on the new bed and man the last 2 nights have been great sleep.bottom line if your needing a new bed go and see Ryan. He full of great knowledge off all the mattresses and was awesome to work with..

I'm somewhat dubious about the negative reviews given to this business online. They have a very professional and knowledgable sales staff that spent quite a bit of time with us helping us to pick out the right mattress. I am sure they will stand behind the mattress warranty, also. They have a huge selection of all types and sizes of mattresses, and their prices are very competitive with other local mattress retailers. We had a HORRIBLE experience when we tried to buy a mattress at a Macy's Home Store. They somehow delivered the WRONG MATTRESS to our home THREE times and their customer service was horrible! Macy's seemed to not care at all that we were sleeping on a horrible mattress for over 8 weeks and did not try to resolve our issue. They even made it very hard to return the mattress that we did not want! In contrast, Mattress Warehouse made the entire purchase very easy! Our mattress was in stock and was delivered to our home the next morning. (free delivery too!) I will definitely return to Mattress Warehouse FIRST to do any mattress shopping in the future!

My fiance and I went into the Mattress Warehouse on Grove Road to get our BedMATCH completed. We went in with intentions that we would go ahead and pick out what we wanted and then come back and buy it later on. From the minute I stepped foot into the store until the delivery drivers left, I had an incredible experience. When I first got there, DC welcomed us and started our process. She bedMATCHed us, went over our paperwork and suggested beds, and took us around the store to find the perfect mattress. Ryan then stepped into help as well. My fiance has terrible back, neck, and shoulder pain and I suffer from neck pain. Our mattress at home, while expensive, wasn't doing the trick. DC and Ryan helped lead us to the perfect mattress, pillows, and adjustable base. They even held up papers to mock where our TV is in the bedroom to make sure it was comfortable while watching tv in bed at night. They went above and beyond my expectations. My mattress was delivered at the expected time, the two gentlemen drivers were friendly and helpful. My fiance even put the base together incorrectly and they noticed and fixed the mistake before placing the new mattress on the base. The attention to detail and customer service was great. If you need a new mattress, head over to Grove Road and ask for DC or Ryan. If you're lucky you will get to work with them both which really is a wonderful experience. Since I received my entire sleep system, I have been sleeping much better, with little to no neck pain. It has truly bettered my life. Chris was very polite and patient, as my wife and I spent a good amount of time testing several mattresses. Only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is that the delivery people were not great. First thing, the one Jamaican delivery man said to me when he got upstairs is if I had a screwdriver so "I" can remove the bed slats for the adjustable base. So I grabbed my drill and removed all the screws and slats myself. Next, as they were installing the Tempurpedic Adjustable Base the same man said "I haven't done this in awhile so I hope I am setting it up correctly". That is not something I want to hear as they are installing something I paid a lot of money for. Overall, the in-store employees were great, but beware of the delivery men.
