I went here with my husband to get a mattress for our new place and we had the best experience. Kate, the customer service specialist/manager was incredible and made the whole experience so worthwhile. She helped us with a sleep diagnostic test and came up with a list of recommended mattresses, all free of charge. And then she proceeded to take us around the store, trying out the various recommendations for us and even gave her two cents on what would work best for us, budget and use wise. Honestly, this is the best experience I’ve had in a mattress store and I definitely see us going back there to buy the other mattresses for our place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND MATTRESS WAREHOUSE BUT KATE IS EXCEPTIONAL!

My husband and I had a great experience with Greg and Anthony picking out a new mattress. We got there 20 minutes before they closed, and we took a little longer than we expected. However, Anthony and Greg did not rush us, they answered all of our questions and we were able to decide on the perfect mattress for us. We appreciate them staying late and helping us.

The experience from start to finish was great. My wife and I knew we needed a mattress but we couldn’t figure out what would be best for us, Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He laid us down on the Bed Match system to assist with finding us the best match based on how we sleep then talked us through each of our matches until we found the best for us. The conversation was great, the customer service was even better, Josh was also extremely helpful during the process and willing to help with questions I had while my wife handled the finance portion with Anthony. Both of these guys changed my outlook on mattress shopping for sure. My past experiences with Ashley furniture out a bad taste in my mouth on purchasing large items, these guys at Mattress Warehouse changed that! If we need another mattress, we know where we are going.

My wife and I had a great shopping experience at Mattress Warehouse of Catonsville. They had a great selection of many different brands and styles. In their showroom they have traditional spring mattresses, contemporary memory foam type, and a hybrid mix of both which is what suited us the best. The whole experience can be overwhelming if you don’t go to a legit store. We didn’t know where to start, but this store had some computer connected bed to read pressure points that we used, and it listed out recommendations which helped. In the end, what sets this store apart from others is the technical experience of the salesperson. Josh was a tremendous help to us. He explained the features of the different mattresses, answered every question that we had, and generally was along for the ride while we shopped. Ultimately shopping for a mattresses comes down to what seems to feel like the best fit. But from our experience, our salesperson made the whole experience boarder line fun, and I would highly recommend shopping at this store and asking for Josh.

We went to several other mattress stores in our quest for a new mattress. However, Josh and his partner Eric at Mattress Warehouse in Catonsville were the absolute best!!! They were kind, friendly and extremely professional. Josh tested us immediately, directed us to the recommended mattresses and educated us on the specifics of each one. He is a walking mattress encyclopedia. We ended up buying a mattress, an adjustable base and a few pillows, and had fun doing it - at a great price. Eric performed the training on how to use the adjustable base. “Great Tag Team,” Great experience!!! The first time my husband and I went the manager Eric was the sales person he was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in answering my questions and letting us know about the differences in the mattress' and store policy and not very customer friendly. On Friday, August 27 I called this store regarding the non delivery of a box spring I purchased over a month ago. The staff wore facemasks and used protectors on the mattresses and pillows to ensure an enjoyable experience.
