The Manager, Mrs Brown, met us with a friendly smile and greeting as we entered the store. She was very efficient understanding exactly which Mattresses we were interested in reviewing. She explained all the aspects of the Mattresses as to how they were made including how the coils were made and the firmness of the edging. After reviewing the couple Mattresses we were interested in, she handled the transaction in a super efficient manner, chating with us the entire time. Upon completion of the transaction she scheduled the delivery at our convenience. Mrs Brown is one of the most friendly and efficient people I've ever experienced in all my years of shopping. She is truly a tremendous asset to your company if her interactions with all her customers are anywhere near the interactions we experienced. Thank you again for making our shopping experience so enjoyable.

Overall experience was good. Good customer service. However, I wish the 120 sleep trial cons where advertised more effectively. I ended up not liking the mattress I brought and tried exchanging it, but it ended up being cheaper to do a full refund than to exchange. Ended up paying an extra $400 to exchange the mattress for a mattress that had a $50 difference in price.

The staff here were very helpful in making decision, providing information and options that help me to settle on purple mattress. And I got a good deal of saving over $600 in total. Though I have not start using my purple mattress yet but I love it. The location is clean and well organized with cheerful associates who will go above and beyoud to make you feel relaxed as soon as you walked into the store. Especially the store manager Wayne, Steve and one other associates were really helpful. The delivery was fast and made sure I do not have to deal with any stress. I am really impressed and will recommend this location to anyone looking to make purchase of Bed or Mattress anytime soon. This is way to go.

Great Experience. Shopping for a 89 year old can be an experience in itself , for anything . The sales help was amazing. Couldnt have been more helpful or caring. We tried out about 10 different mattresses, of all types and firmness. Shopped until mom was happy. Discussed pricing and delivery and closed the deal. Fair pricing, great products and amazing customer service support is why we have shopped here for over 15 years. Boom...in and out in 30 minutes. Everybody was happy. Then of to "Panera" for lunch.

Very friendly folks at the Mattress Firm at White Marsh. We were helped by Kenton specifically and he was very helpful in helping us choose the right bed. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations and wasn’t pushy like other salesmen that I have worked with in the past (car salesmen I am looking at you). I went in just to test beds and left buying one, and a major fact was because of the awesome customer service we received. The best part was they could deliver our bed in 2 days! So we didn’t have to wait long at all! They give you a QR code on your receipt and then you can track the delivery truck as it goes along which was really neat. Delivery itself took less than 15 minutes and we were setup with our bed right away! In summation, definitely go to Mattress Firm for your bed needs and if you can, ask for Kenton! He will definitely be on the look out for what best suits you!

We had a very specific need when we walked into the store late in the afternoon on 12/26. We needed a twin mattress, inexpensive as it was only for the guest room and would get little use, and we needed it fast. To his credit, and my relief, Kenton, the lone salesman, did not try to talk us into a better mattress. He went into the back of the store, grabbed exactly the mattress I had seen on line and brought it out to us. He even tied it to the roof of our car. Entire transaction took maybe 20 minutes. We are satisfied customers and will be back the next time we need a mattress

We walked into the store at 8:15 PM and were greeted by John. We told him what we wanted, he took us around. Had instant answers to every one of our questions "What's the difference between Termerpedic vs. memory foam?" "How does this pillow cool?" etc. We wrestled between two choices based on input from him and came to a decision that I think we will be very happy with. We ran late, past store closing and were not made to feel like we were imposing.

This is by far the best mattress store we have been to. As soon as you walk in you immediately feel welcomed by both Wayne and Doug. They make your needs a priority and won’t stop working until you you’re more than satisfied. When showing their mattresses they are both incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They are not in your face which gives you time to talk honestly about it with a significant other and you don’t feel rushed unlike other stores we tried. I walked into the White Marsh location with a severe back pain. Andrea greeted me, asked how I was doing and inquired about my sleeping habits. I had done a fair amount of research on the various types of mattresses and their benefits. Andrea suggested the Tempur Pedic brand, which was exactly what I wanted. After lying in various positions with the beds flat and adjusted with the adjustable base, I felt far less pain on the Tempur Luxe Breeze Firm with the Ergo adjustable base. Andrea was very pleasant and personable. The customer service was exceptional.

After the sale, I was disappointed at the reviews on the adjustable bed that I had purchased so I decided later to not go with the mattress firm adjustable. I called Andrea and within a few minutes she swapped it out for the Sealy adjustable frame with no problem. The call took all of five minutes I believe the store had already closed or was closing but Andrea confirmed that she will send me an email confirming the Sealy adjustable full frame tomorrow.

After walking into mattress firm we were greeted by Wayne, who was probably the coolest salesperson I have ever worked with in my lifetime. My wife and I went to this Mattress Firm location today to check out the Purple bed since they were the only store in our area that had it available in-store. Doug was awesome. He is the assistant manager at that store and he was very kind and knowledgable. He didn’t try and sell us the most expensive thing with all the bells and whistles to get a great commission. He listened to us, made some brief suggestions, then allowed us to make the decision on our own with no added pressure to “close the deal”. He was able to get us a great deal on the Purple 3 bed, motion I-series adjustable base, Purple bed sheets, and the Purple pillow. Wayne the store manager was incredible. I stopped in for a pillow thinking I’d go to a rack of pillows and barley get any customer service. When I walked in I was greeted and asked not if he could help me but how he could, then he recommended a pillow. Before I went to buy it had me try 7 others to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. While I tried out all these pillows he gave my daughter legos and gave me space to test them out! On the way out my daughter said she was hot and he immediately got her a water! Best experience ever, I’ll be back when I can convince my fiancé to buy us a new king size bed. Fantastic Experience, Ask For Paul Grauer!! For me, mattress shopping is every bit as frustrating as car shopping. How much do I really want to spend, product reviews are mixed all over the place, is the sales person honest, am I really getting a fair price, and so on. I had already been to other stores looking for a new mattress and was not having a smooth experience. I found one at Ashley Furniture I liked but was told if I didn't buy the matching $300 box spring the mattress warranty itself would be void. I called Serta directly, this is false. Frustrated with sales people, I took a shot in the dark and purchased a bed-in-the-box mattress. The mattress quality was OK but it was very uncomfortable and not the firmness as described. The nightmare of returning that thing is whole other story. Knowing now that I really needed to lay on the mattress before buying and totally frustrated, my wife and I again set out and ended up at Mattress Firm talking to Paul. Wow what a mistake of not just coming here first! Paul was very knowledgeable, super friendly, and seemed only interested in making sure we found a mattress that worked for us. He even suggested we try a different brand of similar mattresses because the other was just better priced. We never felt for a second like we were just being pushed into a sale. The buying process was smooth and detailed, no unexpected or hidden fees. We love our mattress! The delivery people were also 5 star all the way. They gave us a small window not wasting our whole day and showed up on time. We have had a lot of rain so things were muddy and they went above and beyond making sure everything including my house stayed clean. Thanks again Paul and Mattress Firm!
