Sales Associate Ann Tu, was absolutely amazing. My partner and I are on a venture of getting our own condo, and she basically demoed every single bed to us. We asked a bunch of questions, and she gave us a bunch of answers. The part we enjoyed most, was that she wasn’t pushy for a “sale”… she was informal, funny, and very personable. We went to Bob’s Discount Furniture next door, and it was utterly a horrible experience with a sales person hovering over us the entire time. Ann is a great example of a sales associate who paints the picture, but doesn’t force you to buy. We stayed in touch; and a week later- we purchased our mattress :) thank you Ann, you rock. Mattress Firm, is an HR director, id give her at least an 8% raise. She’s someone id very much so snatch from you, if she worked in my industry. Thank you Ann! ❤️

When I walked through the door, I was greeted by Ann who was very pleasant and ensured she went over all the different qualities and comfort settings for each bed. She listened to what my wants and needs. She did a computerized analysis on my health issues which broke down which mattress would be more suitable for me. Me and my fiancée went to mattress firm about a week ago and work with a wonderful expert named Ace. He was knowledgeable and was not pressuring at all. His store did not have the mattress we wanted to try so he directed me to another location close by to try it out. This Sunday we were able to go to the other location and try out the Nectar bed.Donte the district manager was super helpful. He was professional beyond words. I informed him we were working with another location and he said no problem. We were able to order the bed and base we wanted and what we loved most is when we saw the sales receipt like a true great manager he made sure Ace received the sale as well. Would def recommend this location if you are looking to purchase a new bed, great service and not breaking the bank.

Two feedbacks: First the sales lady at the Columbia Crossing Circle, Columbia MD store, Yuan Y Tu, was excellent. My wife and I needed a new bed and we prefer Beautyrest. She showed us the floor models. We tried them all and choose one. She did not try to “up-sell” us to a pricier model worked with her manager to get us the upcoming Memorial Day sale price. A very satisfying experience. Next the delivery went very smoothly. They were at my house at the promised time. David and his helper were very pleasant and put on shoe protectors as they entered. I asked them to move the old mattress to my basement which they did and they even wrapped and taped it in the plastic wrapping from the new mattress. We were very pleased with the entire delivery experience.

This was the best experience ever!!! I was super anxious but Donte’ showed me the way. He asked several questions about my sleep style, physical concerns and my occupation. Donte’ explained in thorough detail the benefits of each mattress. I had been to other mattress stores before this one leaving unsatisfied. Amazing service through and through! Times are pretty hectic with Covid-19 around but the workers at this location were still professional and had procedures to keep us safe! My boyfriend and I were taken care of by Ann the entire time. She wasn’t pushy or controlling and let us take our time in the store. She brought us around to beds that fit our sleeping types and amazingly enough the very first bed she thought we’d like was the one we went with! We weren’t expecting to find a bed we liked in one day, but with Ann’s help we didn’t have to extend our search across multiple days. Ann made sure to explain all the ins and outs of owning a new mattress and what to expect which was super helpful. Setting a date for delivery and setup was easy too! All in all if anyone needs a mattress I’ll direct them here and tell them to look for Ann. Great professional service and great prices.

Lady was very helpful and great at listening to what I wanted. I only have 1 negative comment for my whole purchase and that is I had her show me the mattress on top of the frame or bed whatever you want to call it. I know some twin mattresses are smaller but it fit perfectly so I said I'll take both. Getting home putting it together I was very disappointed because the mattress was like 3 to 4 inches smaller then the frame. I thought I covered all basics but what is shown is not always what you end up with. Not happy

This my first time buying from Mattress Firm. Ann and Brian were great at helping us buy a bed. Brian was great with helping us since there were several deals going on when we purchased our bed and base. Ann was great with my wife and Brian was great with my 16 month old son. They were both family friendly and took the extra mile to get us what we needed. We bought the bed on Saturday and Brian made it his duty to get it to us the next day. When we received our delivery the base was damaged so only the mattress was delivered. I called the next morning since it was already after hours. Spoke with Ann in the morning and she took care of me and got the base later that evening. Talk about speedy service. Never in my years of purchasing large items have I had the service that Ann and Brian provided for my family. Now we can get a good night sleep. How often do we buy a mattress? My son a 19 year old college student and I pricing online visited two competitor mattress stores leaving us more confused and disenchanted in mattress shopping. This one company said they would deliver with a fee to my front door only and not remove the mattress I'm replacing. What???!!!
