This is our first time buying a mattress and we decided to go to Mattress Firm in Canton Crossing to do a canvas on mattresses available in the market. We had no idea what we were looking for and how to find the right mattress for our first apartment. Fortunately, Damon (I suggest you look for him when you wanna purchase a mattress) was in the store and he basically gave us all the information we needed to help us make a decision. He was so helpful and insightful. He was also very patient with us giving us enough time to try out each mattress we were interested in. When we purchased the mattress during the same store visit, he was also kind enough to let us know off all the after-sales services and promos we could avail. I highly recommend Mattress Firm Canton Crossing to anyone.

I had an amazing experience working Damon M. He was really helpful in choosing a mattress. He gave me space so I could try out multiple mattresses without feeling pressured and he made sure that I got the right mattress for my sleep style...even if it wasn't the most expensive! He did everything he could to make sure that I was able to afford the mattress and base and most importantly, he ensured that my delivery went smoothly. When there was an issue with the warehouse sending me what I ordered, he made sure to make it right and I was very happy with the solution he offered. I lam so happy for new mattress and adjustable base and for a great experience that I had in the purchasing process.

I went to Mattress Firm yesterday and just so happens Damon was my salesman. He provided me with top notch customer service. He was the only person working in the store and when I walked in he was working with another customer. He never once made me feel like he was to busy to assist me while also assisting the other lady. He didn't force anything on me and he gave his honest opinion about all the mattresses I asked about. He told me that he will be relocating soon. I'm sad to see this store lose a great salesman like him, but another store will be gaining someone very knowledgeable and professional.

Great experience with Evan and very happy with the mattress he sold us after a few weeks of sleeping on it!! Evan was professional and informative and also a chill dude who took a lot of time with us helping us make a selection. I think he even stayed a little after closing time to wrap up our purchase. I was worried we’d feel uncomfortable or ripped off but instead we had a kind of fun time mattress shopping and now sleep in comfort and luxury every night and the prices were super fair.

I received A1 customer care over the phone and in store from Damon today. This was not an ordinary purchase of a bed it was an outright life-changing experience. He made me realize that buying a bed is a life decision, and I am confident that this decision will “pat me on the back” for making it every night I come home and lay my aching back to rest. I purchased a King Size (firm) 10inch memory foam mattress with an adjustable base (MP30 model). I will be back in 5 years to buy the bed that Damon himself owns. To my surprise we are similar sleepers who require similar sleep technology! It was as if I was talking to a family member about a hereditary illness. I trusted his word and he did not steer me wrong at all. Damon went the extra mile to ensure my comfortability all while making my 7 year old son and niece comfortable as well, they were mind-blowned by his presentation of the slow ice melt tempurpedic beds with adjustable bases. Though I had the negative misconception that all Mattress Firm locations are the same I had a pleasant introduction to top notch customer service. The Canton store though a little further away than my neighboring Glen Burnie store made the drive worth it. I was able to get the bed that I wanted for my wife's birthday as well as an adjustable base without much haggle and saved about 50% off of retail pricing. It is nice to see a sales manager willing to sacrifice a little commission to earn a lifelong customer.

My experience was more than amazing simply because of the associate at Mattress Firm that aided me during my purchase. First and foremost, the knowledge that Sarah possessed about all the different mattresses and pillows was definitely a selling point. Having someone who was well versed in everything “mattress” related, I felt extremely comfortable and at ease with making my final decisions. Next, the products that they had available in the store was intriguing . This being my first mattress purchase it was nice that I was able to have variety of options. Lastly, it was honestly the financing and how Sarah navigated me through everything. It was good pricing in and out of the sale options. I was very appreciative of the fact that she was able to understand where I was mentally with everything in regards to buying a mattress. Visited the Canton store in Baltimore about a month ago. We wanted to try out the adjustable bases and Greg the sales man was super helpful. He explained to us about the different bases and had us try out a couple of the ones that they had at the store. He was also very knowledgeable about the mattresses as we had questions about those as well. The service he provided was superb and when we decided to go and make the purchase, we made sure we went to the store when he was on duty as we had such a pleasant experience with him. We didn't feel pressure and he didn't try to up sell us on anything we didn't need. The delivery arrived on time as promised and the guys who set it up did a good job and were quick. I would definitely recommend the Leggett & Platt Adjustable Bed Base. We've been using it for about a month now and it's great and works as advertised.

Sarah and Evan were amazing and took their time to assist us with our needs while also being very patient. My only complaint is that after the purchase of a Temperpedic mattress, the delivery process either through Mattress Firm or their delivery partner couldn’t be accommodating to a working class couple that works weekly, 8 hrs a day. We suggested to change the date of the delivery and it seemed that there was no way they could compromise or meet us halfway. Temperpedic, Mattress Firm and their delivery partner need to fix this.

I have to say there are 2 things I hate going out to shop, mattresses and cars. My last mattress purchase 6 years ago resulted in the same company trying to sell me the exact same mattress at twice the cost. Disaster. Buyer beware. In the market for a new mattress, I encountered Wayne at Mattress Firm in Canton. He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand how a bed should provide support, debunking the old adage that a mattress must be firm and explaining how it should provide support. He walked me around the store to help me compare. He even moved mattresses from one end of the store to the other so I could try it on an adjustable base that I liked. I found a mattress that I really liked at the price of a used car, but get this... he suggested Ways that I could save myself a significant amount of money before pulling the trigger on my first choice. He suggested a different manufacturer's comparable bed. I still decided on the more expensive mattress. It just felt better. Now that I look at the Mattress Firm Canton reviews, I see this is the way Wayne does business. This is the way all sales men should do business. It's this level of service that will keep people talking and coming again and again. Smart sales tactic, Wayne!! After purchasing the mattress I went back to the store on weekday afternoon to test the mattress again, just to ensure I made the right decision before delivery. The store was empty. Wayne sat on the next mattress over and we just talked about all kinds of stuff, including pointers on how to use my soon to be adjustable base, for about 45 minutes. Then, when I had a delivery issue out of his control, he handled it better than I could have ever expected, yet wasn't expecting. I don't even have the bed yet and I'm pretty confident That even if there is an issue it will be made right. Wayne just seems like an all around good, honest, practical guy. Do yourself a favor. Ask for Wanye. At this point he is the only Mattress sales guy I trust, and will send everyone I know to him. If only I could expect this level of service everywhere.

I received excellent service from Wayne on a Saturday afternoon. I thought that I would lie on a bunch of mattresses and then go home and order one online, but I ended up buying one there and getting it delivered about 24 hours later. Wayne gave me space to try out all the mattresses on my own without me feeling like he was watching me with a hawk eye, but also checked in enough to answer questions and offer excellent advice. He helped work out a great deal on a mattress. Delivery was simple. The online tracking system is useful and the delivery team lead by Mario were great.
